I cant believe I actually fell into their trap too, and looking at these reviews, they actually happened since so long ago. I walked by the corridor and was offered the sample and the student rate facial. I did once and after that session, she immediately started hard selling and no matter how much I refused, she just went on and write on her accounts book asking me to sign on a package for 10 sessions. I said that I will be leaving for overseas soon and she still forced me to sign a 3 times treatment. I didn't want to pay the full amount and hence I paid an $150 deposit. A few days later, I decided that I did not want the service and called back to ask for a refund. However, they say that it would be very troublesome if I want a refund and it would have to go through a lot of procedures to get my refund done and they offered to change my $150 into 1session (which originally cost ~$98) and a $50 ampoule. I agreed to that. However, when I went to the shop again, they changed their words and say that I would have for fork out an extra $30 to do a BASIC facial or I could change to their product which costs $188.90 too. What kind of GOLD moisturiser (just a small jar) would cost $180

I did not pay and walked out of the shop. Should I just forfeit my $150?
Lesson learnt.

(Over a few years)I was pushed to sign up for several packages from a few managers...the first one who claimed that she previously worked at the singapore skin centre and give me the sincere feeling that she really care for my face problem and willing to give me a special price...but no longer, she was not there( her colleague claimed that she had transferred to other outlet, which I am not sure how true is it?) Next, another manager named Grace talked to me and persuaded me to take up the ipl course which said that it will work better for my skin. She even asked me not to give up on my skin condition & promise that will keep me update of my skin progress using the machine to scan my condition.., .but No, they did not do that even when I enquiry about it, they claimed that the machine was out of order or something cropped up...Not long ago, Grace was no where to be seen, and another lady(manager) come to me again and introduce a newest technology for my skin...i refuse but she keep pushing...Foolish of me to keep buying into their story and end up keep forking out husband's hard earned money to them...:(((
Though I must admit that, a few of their beauticians( they called themselves therapist) were quite good but they also disappearing...now left some new young girls at the branch(yew tee), they seemed inexperience and very noisy ( I always heard that chitcha loudly outside the room while I was having my session) And to be frank, i really dont see much improvement on my skin condition:((( I feel cheated & their service standard keep dropping...i dont rely trust them anymore but I still have quite a no of sessions with them...what can I do?
P/s :Tried to contact the main branch and feedback to them but they just ignore my request:(
