I ordered a pantsuit to wear to my Grand daughter's wedding. I placed my order on March 9, 2020 it didn't arrive until May 2, the day after the planned event. It is completely unacceptable, it is much too large for me, the pants are at least 8-10 inches too long and the quality was not at all what was expected. This was a very special order for a very special day, but I could not wear this unless I was an Amazon. I also ordered jewelry, a necklace to wear with the outfit and it did not arrive at all, I am requesting a complete refund and will be happy to ship it back.

First off I ordered from Magbridal.com. It was a Mother of the Bride 3-Piece Pantsuit 18 Women's Average. No customization other than the color I wanted.

My credit card was used on 7/22/18 for the purchase. It didn't take Magbridal anytime to get the money, and once that happened, they seem uninterested in helping out customers with legitimate problems.

When I was ordering online it said it would take 3-4 weeks to arrive. It took 5 almost 6 weeks for it to arrive.

I opened the package and the bag containing the outfit said Ada's Bridal.
I didn't really give it a second thought. Also in the mailing box and the bag with the outfit there was NO Receipt of any kind. That was highly suspicious to me right off the bat.

I immediately knew there were big problems, first the shell is so small I could only get it a little past my forehead.

The jacket also is way too small, more like a 12 Junior size. Couldn't even get one arm in the sleeve.

The pants are clown-like balloon pants that are sized for someone over 6"tall.

I immediately got online to try to contact magbridal, there was no human response at the phone number listed. I sent multiple emails, took over a week for the first response and it only asked for me to send pictures of myself in the outfit to show the problems.

I again emailed stating that putting on the shell and jacket wasn't even a faint possibility. I sent pictures of the items laid out on my bed.

Another week or so and I again got an email asking for pictures of me in the outfit. Looked to me to be a form email, like no one even took the time to read my previous emails.

I paid $130.76 for an outfit that I very much wanted to wear to my granddauhter's wedding which just occurred February 24, 2018.

I really liked the picture of the outfit on the Magbridal website, however what I received is the most substandard cheaply made item I have ever seen.

I could understand them not wanting to take back the outfit if it was custom tailored. However that is the reason I chose for lack of a better word"off the rack" size that I know is my size.

I have been trying for many months to get this resolved to no avail.

I would like to return the outfit and receive a FULL REFUND of what I paid for the outfit.

I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses from Adasbridal. Never, ever order from them! Dresses received were poorly stitched, uneven hems, threads falling off and completely UNWEARABLE!

After 3 emails specifying what was wrong with attached photos, the [censored]s are still asking what is wrong with the items! Seriously? What the first 3 times were not enough?

The are frauds!

I got a wedding dress at adasbridal. The quality of the dress is very good. And before I place an order, I asked a lot questions, the customer service was good. And the price is great. Finally I chose the website. But I had to say the shipment is too slow. I got my dress over 20 days. Though I got a great dress, I hope the shipment will be faster next time.

I wore a dress to my wedding last week. I’d ordered it in light champagne colour just a month before my wedding. Many thanks to your customer support workers. My inquiries were replied to in no time and all the questions were cleared shortly. The staff was extra polite, and I was provided with detailed answers to my numerous questions. It was very important for me! Despite such an urgent order, I got the dress on time, and it met my expectations.

After checking hundreds of eye-catching designs and colors on adasbridal, I could not stop myself placing an order. I was really in great hurry, so I read their FAQ section on the website first and then placed an order using “adasbridal’s express shipping services.” If I had to pay little more extra for that, but it didn’t hurt me because I received my package within a week that was really fast. I am thankful to Laura (my collage friend) for recommending me this website and adasbridal processed my order quickly. I’ll use their services again.

I received my dress for my sister’s wedding and I am so excited! It is a black and white theme and I was a little hesitant about the dress, but once I tried it on I totally changed my mind! I was also afraid it was going to be a little too short from the picture but the length is perfect! One of the other girls complained about the bodice, but mine fits perfectly! The flared skirt makes me feel so feminine and I love the neckline. It’s a really pretty dress and one I can actually wear again on other occasions. I will tell all of my friends about adadbridal.com

I bought my wedding dresses on adasbridal. The sizes can vary enormously from one product to the next. I'm short and petite, the smallest size is still big for me. I only buy a right size dress there by customized. but at least I get my right dress which I couldn't got at any real store at the price. so I would still like to buy a customized dress there if needs arise. I am not fit the generic size.

If you doesn't matter how long you will get your dress then sure, go ahead with this company. the product was good after looong time made. I ordered a evening dress for my friend's birthday. About 3 or 4 weeks after I placed my order I received my dress that I barely caught up with the party. from then on I purchase their item at least ordered a month ahead.

The product there was good and the site has a good collection of wedding dresses and formal dresses, but their delivery system is poor in my eyes. I had recently bought a dress and paid by Western Union. After a month that I have finally received it. Apart from that, the site was okay. their customer service stuff was enthusiastic and quality of product was better than expected. Not recommended to those people who's urgent need the dress.

We bought two vintage dresses from the company www.adasbridal.com. We paid through Western Union, because the website didn’t take our cards, but these people didn’t deliver our order within 6 weeks. We went to the website and cancelled my order, but the seller didn’t reply to our emails and didn’t provide any confirmation. Also they didn’t provide money back. They are liars and scammers.

I bought vest and dress from the website www.adasbridal.com. They took money for the pre-order and shipping, and they did it within couple of minutes. It was fast, but other things, which have concerned my order, they have done very slowly. After several weeks they still haven’t provided any info about order and its delivery. I sent emails and waited, but the situation remained the same. They simply ignored me and my requests. They are real thieves and scammers, so don’t order from them.

I found really beautiful dress on the website www.adasbridal.com. I ordered it on my own hook, but it was big mistake. I got awful dress and the size didn’t fit me at all. I wanted to return it, but the seller told me that under their policy it was impossible. Stay away from this website, because you will have a lot of problems, if your order wouldn’t fit you.
