My niece and my daughter both have sensory and generalized anxiety disorders. Prior to our day at the park we applied for the passes and picked them up at guest services. At 3:30 PM on 7/23 we presented them at the battle for Metropolis ride and Josie the manager there gave is a return time of 7:46PM. We argued that the wait was no where near 4 hours. She said oh you can not see the line in full and would not budge. This blocked our girls from riding anything for 4 hours. We sent them with my husband and then waited in the line to see how long it really was and we only waited 45 minutes. Josie destroyed our girls entire park day and flat out lied about the wait time because she did not want to deal with ADA. This is a appalling and is not a real accommodation in anyway. We left the park shortly after since the girls were not going to sit around for 4 hours to ride something else.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and potentially a refund.

Sna nman lng khit d ko mkuha yon parcel ko pki intertain kung ano dpat kung gawin pra mkuha ko yon, , kakainis kayo! Puro internet facebook ginagawa nyo dyan! Buti pa yon employees ng jrs mababait iniintertain ako ng maayos! Alam ko marami kayong customers pero kahit piso hindi na ako magpapatransac s inyo!
Insurance
I am 70 years old and had dental insurance up until two years ago; to pay $700.00 for 6 month coverage that only provided 50% of a cleaning or 35% of a periodontal visit, finally did not make sense. I have been to periodontists since I was 24 years old, most of these years with four visits per year.
Recently I had two extractions and grafts for $2, 600.00 out-of-pocket; looking forward to implants in the near future.
My complaint: why does the ADA not fight for the right and privilege of the mouth to be part of the human anatomy, just like an arm, or a leg, or a heart?
Is it really a financial benefit to the dental profession? Why are patients so lackadaisical when it comes to what dental health insurance companies cover?
