I have tried to call, with no answer. I have e-mailed and got a nasty returned e-mail saying I should have read the contract. What contract? I just want to know how to stop this repeated charge on my credit card. I too, am on a fixed income and can't afford this! They have my account being charged twice a month for $38.45. This is pure theft. I hope someone can help us!

The same thing happened to me!!! I have a sick husband and decided I couldn't afford the product. I called to cancel and got too busy to send the product back. I continued to receive the product and the bill to my credit card, but kept procrastinating because we were continually going to doctors and then hospitals. I finally talked with a real person today only to be told I could only return 1 bottle and would only be returned one credit on my card. Then I got on the computer and read all these complaints for the same problems I've been having. I think it's time for the Better Business Bureau to get involved.
