Dear Team,
I got charge two times, as follow but I got balance 10 Euro only.
Details are as follows.

- Product description: Credit for Actionvoip
- Credit amount: EUR 10.00
- Handling fee: EUR 0.42
- VAT amount: EUR 0.00
- Total amount (this amount will be charged): EUR 10.42
- Transaction date: 2017-08-11
- Payment method: Credit card
- Invoice number: [protected] 17 00007

PURCHASE DETAILS

- User name: reset12345
- Product description: Credit for Actionvoip
- Credit amount: EUR 10.00
- Handling fee: EUR 0.42
- VAT amount: EUR 0.00
- Total amount (this amount will be charged): EUR 10.42
- Transaction date: 2017-08-10
- Payment method: Credit card
- Invoice number: [protected] 17 00006
- Auto Recharge: ON (When credit lower than EUR 1.00)
- The transaction will appear as "Dellmont" on your account statement.

Please check and give me refund or send me balance of 10 Euro back.

Hi actionvoip Iam writing you because you stole 200 euros from my card!

Back in 2021 I payed for 10 euro credit on actionvoip and since then I payed much attention not to consume this credit up, there were months when I did not even loged into my actionvoip account but you still stole 10 euro monthly from my credit card but you did not add this monthly charged amount to my credit. I want my money BACK. Antal Ferenc

Action Voip Couldnot register

Trying to register the new user but the same problem continues. "Sorry, due to unknown error your registration is denied". Please help.
