ACT fiber net / No internet connection service
Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to our ID [protected], we have taken new internet connection on 30/6/2015 . i have not received internet service from 6 th evening july. i registered complaint on the 7th july with request number [protected].No action taken till now . I am not expect this kind of bad services from ACT broadband.Being without an Internet i am not able to continue my businesses . I hope you respond to the serious nature of my predicament and take adequate steps to ensure my rights as a customer.So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else we will be forced to discontinue with your services. We hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same.
