ACSI card membership, abuse by campsite
I booked in to the Ljubljana Resort while on a long journey. There were not many sites around in Slovenia and the ACSI system was reassuring to find a site of good value.
The book said €22 a night but this grew to €33.75 for 2 people for 1 night!
The extras included €1.50 each for 'registration' and €2.50 for 'rubbish contribution'!
This site is surely using ACSI to lure people in on false promises.
This experience has shown me that ACSI is not as reliable as I had thought and can not be relied on to give an accurate indication of a site's prices, and therefore what else?
Desired outcome: ACSI review its own standards and conditions for its sites.

I did my order on the 6th of January 2017. At the beginning of February 2017 I complained for the delay through telephone and they sent me a second shipment. Today 13 february 2017, still waiting... For sure it is fault of the italian mail service but is it too difficult to organize a shipment of the parcel post via express courier? The extra cost of the postage will be paid by the recipient. It's not the first time this disservice happens. Acsi, I am sorry but this is a terrible service!

After do mu order on 4th January they don´t send my order. On 10th March i´m still waiting . They just say me : Wait one week.

I ordered in mid July 2011 a Chest protector they charged me through paypal and the protector never arrived.
The only answer randomly on my emails.
That was there last answer I have not gotten my money back:
k..weve checked with Paypal and as far as we can tell YES the payment has been made.. and we are unable to obtain the chest protector. We had our specialists go BACK into the Paypal account and according to Paypal after 60 days we are unable to authorize a refund. We have contacted Paypal today to alleviate the situation. We will do our best to make sure you obtain a refund if it has not been made and that you are treated fairly.
