On June 18th, I received the powdered 21.1 oz can of Enfamil Infant Formula, from Walmart in Pleasanton, CA. After checking to make the expiration date had not already passed I went ahead and mixed up a bottle for my 10 month old son. After he was done feeding, and as I was putting the can away, I looked closer into the powder and saw two weevils, one was quite large. I combed through it a bit more with my partner and there were two more plus what looked like to be a larvae egg, if that’s what it’s called. I am absolutely disgusted. I transferred the 4 onto a piece of tape so I could seal them in and take photos. Walmart gave me an instant refund, explaining that bringing the can in to the store was not necessary. Because of my shock and disgust I threw both, the can and the tape securing all 4 weevils, into the trash then that trash out of the house. I do still have the photo on my phone, if reference is really needed. I do not want to have to take legal action or go to the media with this but, quite honestly, I’m stumped on what steps to take next. I have been a dedicated Enfamil customer but now I’m not comfortable preparing bottles for my son without having to, first, weed through the entire can of powder. I have lost sleep over this, checking and monitoring my son for any infections or possible bacterial viruses. I think I deserve some form of compensation for this, whether in Enfamil credit or some sort of bulk supply, complimentary, for all of this. It is not very easy to get through to an actual operator, either, as I have called a handful of times since the day I purchased the can.

This is the first time this has happened to me. I had packed a can of formula into my daughters diaper bag not thinking anything of it because it was a brand new can… coming to find out she starts to get hungry and I go to make her bottle and there was no scooper! My daughter has been having issues gaining weight, so she’s on a high calorie diet and MUST have more scoops than normal. I was not able to measure out the exact amount due to having no scoop. My entire hand had formula on it looking for the scooper… very disappointed to say the least.

I'm a 20 almost 21 year old trans man and was sent this package with my deadname on the box. I do not know how they even got a hold of my deadname or why they even sent me the box but I am disturbed, disgusted, and upset. There is a formula shortage and they are sending a young trans man this stuff.

I don't know how they got my address either.

I don't want kids, I don't ever want to be pregnant. I'm terrified of pregnancy. I am a man I don't need this formula.

Stop preying on afab people to have children by sending them this stuff. Donate the formula to afab people who actually need it and not targeting young adults!

I found a piece of plastic at the bottom of my sons formula. It seems to be a piece of the packaging, however it’s not from this package. And now the fact that my complaint keeps getting denied. Honestly this is ridiculous. Very unhappy.

Found a hair on my babys formula . Its nasty. Hair from a formula veny unsanitized! I want a compensation esp my son is only 2 months old. I dont know whos hair is it but its very nasty

Few days back i have purchased 4 bottles
Of enfamil stage 1, milk powder texture is totally different. My daughter refuses continuously and feeling gastric. It seems like moist milk powder. Generally enfamil powder is very smooth ana flows smoothly and these packs is not feeling the same like all previous packet. What to do ? Help me please. I am having more 3 bottles with me.

I bought 4 cans powder and when I got home I opened them and they didn't have the cloture on them that u pop open to keep them fresh. I had to throw them out and go buy more. I am a single mom on ssi and couldn't afford them to re buy they were 18.99 eachx4 plus the new 4 I had to get bc of y'alls mess up they were same price. X4 18.99 is there anyway y'all can replace these 8 for my trouble. My baby is 5 weeks old and I had to get an extension on my electric bill to have the money to buy all 8. This is ridiculous but I know accidents happen. But I live on 554.00 a month and that's a big deal for me - please help asap!

There was a live bug in my son's formula. I took picture and video. He has been spitting up with every bottle and I just had to dispose of 3 cans worth! What the hell is going on?!? I should not have to sift through my son's powdered formula to make sure there are no [censored]ing bugs! If I don't hear from someone i'm the next 24 hours, I will be going to the news!

Hi I recently had a baby on 1/3/12, on 1/11/12 I brought 4 cans of enfamils 23.4oz newborn. We notice our baby throwing up alot, something told me to check the formula and can you believe it was expired. They sold me expired formula and when I went to exchange and complain the manager Bill Matson told me theirs nothing they can do. He was the fourth person I was directed to talk to and he tells me call another manager tomorrow
