Aclepsa / QualityGenerics / No delivery, no refund!
I initially ordered from Aclepsa medication worth 98 USD. That was two month + 16 days ago. Shortly after that i received a notification from German Customs that my shipment was retained and not be handed out to me. I presented Aclepsas Customer Support with this notification (sent a copy) and they promised to refund. Which they haven't until today. Instead they keep proposing to reship despite the fact that their conspicuous EMS parcels won't pass customs here. I keep telling them over and over again. But no matter what i write to them, they constantly answer me with the same repetitive, inapplicable phrases : " there might a small, acceptable delay at customs" or "please wait some more days, if you don't receive we will reshipment or repay". ->Regardless of any preceding correspondence. Numerous times they said they'd refund. But when i inquire on the status of it, they never did but start to suggest a reshipment all over again. After 27 (!) messages back and forth, it is quite clear that i will not get my money back from this fraudulent supplier.
