I took the initiative and went to Ackermans Eastgate to make paymet on my account, the consultant at the customer service counter refused to assist me as she said that without the card they cannot assist me even though I offered to give her my id number, she told me she was to busy to call the Head Office, so I walked out very disappointed with the service I received. I then found out that I have been ITC listed for R389, which I paid via EFT on the 23 May and was then R472.23 but I was not removed from ITC, I was trying to buy a car and was told am written off as a bad debt. I want to be removed from ITC as I have made a payment, they are quick to list you but do not delist.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a phone at akerman's Premio have a k@k battery and you can't return it after 7days on the 8th day they take your phone for repair a 7day old phone

I've bought sneakers at Ackermans on the 10th of September 2023 on Sunday 14:49 , at Protea Glen Mall , they have cuts ad Cracks they hardly 3 months and they are damaged

Did an online order on 8th Sept 2023, to date it has not been received or any updates as to where is this parcel, As far as I am concerned order number [protected] does not exists , which means Ackermans stole my money.

I am going on leave today for the long weekend and needed this items for holiday - VERY ANGRY!

I came in the shop as a happy costumer at 11 September 2023 at round about 10pm. Asked Jamie a question,got an answer. I then replied with a joke and laughed. Jamie's reply to me was a shocking sarcastic sound with her tongue.

I did a lay by I went to cancel it twice they told me to wait for it to expire I did wait for it to expire, after it expired I went back but they said they can't give me my money back the going to give me a voucher even after I told them that I want money not voucher.

I made a payment on the 3rd of July 2023, I have been sending emails and no one is responding to them. Every time when I call customer service they always tell me to send proof of payment, which I did. The service is very poor. it's been 3 weeks now the issue is not resolved, no communication. Same story everytime when I call.

So now the staff also waiting in front of the door saying they don't know what's happening and so angry now and am late for work... I think the store is suppose to open 9 o'clock but now it's nearly 10 o'clock still not open.

I just have a complain why sending me so many messages for my account to be paid

I'm not even behind or in arrears it is so annoying for me while my account is up to date i think one is enough is not even month end yet

Bought a Premio S54/Telkom from Phola Park branch in Mpumalanga.Quite satisfied with the phone like many other customers UNTIL I had to replace the battery!Most of the cellular repair depots do not carry replacement parts including Ackerman's!please help!

I went to one of your connect shops and bought a Redmi cell when I reached home my sister didn't like the phone so when I returned the phone to top up and buy another phone they refused to assist me

So I left the phone with them and they didn't refund me,

Hi, I bought panties (briefs) the pack of 5 not once but twice, the latest was November in N1 city mall Goodwood cape Town . I find them very comfortable but the quality is terrible. After the first wash the panties starts to break, then have to stitch it. Unfortunately I've thrown the slip away otherwise I would have brought them back

While fitting pants in your store the magnet popped out and the pin pierced my foot . See pictures attached I was planning to spend over R1500 in your store but left with a painful foot and tears in my eyes.. The staff gave me tissues to wipe and a plaster . I left the store and no one cared if I was okay!

I bought clothes at Ackerman's store
i returned the clothes I bought with using a debit card they did a cash refund that was successful to my surprise the money is still not in my account I have slips to show that the refund was approved but no money

I bought black wedges on the 21st of December 2019 at the store and paid 200 rand for it. I wore the shoes to church on the next day and the back of the wedge broke [censored] well as the strap. I will be returning the shoes and expect a full refund. I am so disappointed as the shoes were very comfortable and i purchase from Ackermans regularly.

I was double charged and it went through twice on my account but it didn't go through on the Ackermans system now I have to go back to the bank and reverse the transaction and the charges are going to be on my account. I think it's really unfair for the customer

When the article was scanned the price was R169 99
When I enquired I was told that the article was a price up?
How does this work

I OPENED AN ACCOUNT THREE WEEKS AGO AT ACKERMANS FLORA CENTRE.

I GAVE THEM ALL MY DOCUMENTS, WHICH THEY SCANNED AT THE STORE.

I phoned head office, which they told me that they do not have the documents

If they transfer me they cut the line

Head office told me that they will phone me, which never happened

This is pathetic .
