i am not happy i brought acid bery and the life clense recived both items but they took 160 out of my bank if any one noes how i get get this back please let me no asap [protected]@hotmail.co.uk thanks nikki

ACID BERRY REFUND ON PRODUCT

Ordered 14 day free trial, ON THE 01-11-09 PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED ON 01-20-09, RECEIVED ON 01-21-09 AND canceled ON 02-01-09, . 12 DAYS AFTER received IT. I RECEIVED A Cancellation number. BUT THE $87.13 was deducted from my account the next day! Have called constantly but keep getting a message stating "this mailbox is full, cannot receive new messages". Am filing a complaint with my bank.

Purchased the free trial product and then today I was charged $79. The customer service person told me it was in fine print (no copy to see). I told her that I would be returning the product and she told me I would not receive a refund. ALL SALES FINAL! What a scam... DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT

never recieved my trial of acid berry but the $1.95 was taken out of my acct on 09/27/2110

I unfortunately didn't read this blog prior to ordering the initial trial. I too have had the same problems. I've just canceled my credit card as they will continue to charge even after you've canceled. It is also true that they will pretend not to know who you are when you call even though they surelyknow you since they seem to be able to bill you.

This also happened to me, I order the trial for 99 cents never recieved it I cancelled my order, but they still charge my credit card for the 99 cents and then $87.00 - I have cancelled my credit card so they can no longer charge anything on it. I have tried and tried to get through on phone, but keeps you on hold for so long then I get disconnected- I need to file a compliant also with BBB -

Yes they have such a scam going. I ordered this product for a "14 day free trial" and on the 13th day when I did not receive it I called the number to cancel and they said they did not have me in the system. On the 20th day I received the product (along with a nice $87 charge to my bank card) and when I called them they say the 14 days start when you place the order not when you receive it. However, if you call to cancel prior to the 14 days they have no idea who you are and then they ship the product after that time and then tell you that you have to pay. I filed a complaint with the BBB and my bank!

I had the same thing happen to me. I was offered the product for .99 cents. Kathy Curic had a special on this rip-off the same day I had ordered the 99 cent product. I quickly checked my on line banking and sure as crap this took 89.75 out of my account. Being on a Sunday, on Monday morning I went to my bank and explained that I called back the company and couldn't get through. This is a multi-million dollar rip-off. I would suggest anyone who got taken change their ATM number. One guy paid 3 months 89 a month before he realized what was going on. Tell the bank to cancel these charges. If you don't change ATM number they will keep charging you. They should be put in fail.

I have the same situation. My hubby ordered this stuff and we cancelled due to the fact that the product sucked and now we cannot get the money returned to us. This company is a complete ripoff.
