Ace Web Internet everything about this company is awful

When I first started with this company, they took over a month to finally install my services. The guy who came out was an AT&T technician. I was told my rate was 38.95 a month with no strings attached. 8 months later I'm moving down the street to a new house and asked to transfer my services. They told me I could not transfer my service, but I could pay a cancelation then pay an installation fee for the new house. They told me that I had a one year agreement and they would have to charge me for the remaining year (4 months) as well. I never signed a contract nor entered into an agreement with this company. That is exactly one of the reasons I chose this company because I did not want to enter into the usual 2 year contracts that other internet providers require.
"Customer Service" is rude and very unclear. While I was speaking to the customer service agent they charged my account the fees before we even came to a solution.

This company has the same practices as the other internet providers. I do not recommend using them.

Ace Web Internet Internet scam and thieves

This company and its owner Jacques Milon are scam artists and liars. I purchased one month worth of service with this company, not only did I not get the service but once Jacques Milon had my credit card number he and his company continued to make charges on my credit card, even though I called them 3 months in a row to asked them not to and to refund the unauthorized charges, it continued until I called my credit card company to put a stop to it. I called Jacques Milon and e-mailed him many times, he uses his answering machine and staff to avoid taking any calls personally as he is a coward and hides behind other people, as most scam artists and dishonest people do. When I did catch him by telephone one time he assured me it was all a mistake and promised he would refund the unauthorized charges back to my credit card... I am still waiting for this man to follow through with his word and it has been over 4 months now, as of May 2008. I have continued to call him and e-mail him but he is still hiding and refusing to man up and do the right thing. Do not do business with Jacques Milon or any of his companies and do not trust him with your credit card numbers; Luxury Lifestyle.com, Ispwest, AceWeb, Luxury Jet, Milon-Digiorgio Enterprises Inc, Ace-Station-BBS, Softwarearchives, Agama Computers, universalpops.com, MDE Inc., www.mdeinc.com

AS OF JUNE 9, 2008, Jacques Milon has followed through with his word and has now refunded the un-authorised charges. Thank you for all your help
