Ace Parking Management, Inc. over charged

I am so upset, Ace parking over charged me 12.00 for parking for 4 hours which it says on the signs that 3 hours are free.

They are theives! they should not charge for parking to shop at businesses.

Maintenance is very important.
I will continue with an attorney if something is not done about this.
