AccountNow review: will not release money from account 13

I'm have the same issue needed new card I have done everything they asked me to do several times it's now been over 7 mos they still have not released my $688.00 and can seem to help any other way

Account now is holding m money because they keep telling my my I'd picture us unreadable? BS! Theirs not a thing wring with my id photo I'm resubmitting once again today with a very enhanced image if they say unreadable this time I'm going to better business bureau!

im about to be kicked out because my accounts on hold it sucks why is it so hard for them to help costermer service is a joke all they said is they cant help me i really need my money like yesterday

Had my account frozen for a week and don't seem to care about me losing everything I have because of them. Horrible customer service, I will never be guilty of using them again

My back pack with my wallet was stolen with my ID, SSN Card and my Passport I had no id. I called to replace my card they deleted add told me there was no way I will be getting a new card or my money back. I did all that they required to get my money back and they refused. I have been with this card company since 2000. I am getting a lawyer and I filed a complaint with the United States Business Bureau, State of California and Untied States Federal Attorney General. As this was from Meta Bank in California I found out they are under investigation for money fraud and money laundering. I got a hold of the lawyer in charge of the case and I signed up with him as well. I have my cousin who is going to present me in the federal case as he works as a FBI Lawyer that is a specialist in Fraud Cases.

This is so ###, tomorrow will be 7 days, i got my tax refund deposited onto my card, and made a few purchases the went to use it the next day and it was denied... Huh? Yeah i just had 8600 deposited no way in hell do i not have funds, we'll come to find out this ###ing company decided to put my card on hold. So that means i can use it at all... (Very annoying) i have 4 children and a husband... So i have contacted my lawyer and the bbb and hmm imagine that i'm not the first person who's made a claim against these scammers... And i mind you i have been patient for 6 days now, and my card was supposed to be unlocked today by 4pm, and now it's way past that and still have not access. This company are scammers & they will do nothing besides give you a migraine... And have zero access to your funds... And when you speak to a customer service person they can't even speak ###ing english... Omg! Wtf is wrong with the world today? I'm going to file paperwork to see a federal judge tomorrow and not only am i going to get my money back but i think everyone should get there money back.. And i'll be contacting the fbi on this case, it needs further investigation because how can a company still be in business with over 273 bad comments and complaints about this business. What a sham, poor excuse for a company... Accountnow you are the worst and i mean worst prepaid card company i have ever ran across... You have your documents now give me my money

Placed hold on my account after one day can't give logical reason why and insist I upload my social security card license and a bill this is enough information to steal my identity all agents are from foreign country and speaking native language in back ground

I have a tax refund in my amount also and after 1 day of being deposited they restricted my account on 02/19/2016 every day they had me upload the same documents and even new documents still nothing has been unrestricted, I called BBB a yesterday and also spoke to my lawyer because I'm not the only one that this happened too. They have over 155 complaints and yesterday BBB told me that I was the 2nd person that morning calling to report accountnow
I have witnesses while the phone calls are made about my funds and recordings of all the runaround a and repeated lies from this company. I have 5 kids and bills and my aunt just died of stage 4 cancer, we can't even get plane tickets to attend thanks to accountnow . So I'm sure a family member will bring us back an obituary from overseas.

I've been with this company for years and have had GREAT SUCCESS! No real problems. One tax season my account was frozen. It was a precaution because we were transferring and withdrawing so much money at one time. I was asked where the money came from? DUH IRS! I was asked to send in ID and a copy of the return to verify the deposit. I did all and my account was active within 24 hrs. The other issues I've had I just moved past customer service and started calling the corporate office. Whomever I got on the phone I told my story and ask to be pointed in the right direction. Now don't expect overnight posting of your funds for certain issues. Most resolutions take 30 days. Just provide what they ask within your legal rights and keep calling.
