Account Assure not wanting to pay account insurance

After contacting the office several times trying to have a claim started I still don't have a claim paid sine March 2019. When I first made contact in march they said I did not have the insurance so I asked the to add it back to my account because I never cancelled it, then in april I called again again trying to file a claim and they said I still did not have insurance so then they finally added it then I have sent in the signed paperwork that they asked and they said they will pay the claim but then 6-25-19 I got another letter saying my claim is denied because I have not submitted a document which they did not ask for, so my question why carry this insurance and pay it each month and then become unemployed and them not pay the claim

Just found out that I am being charged for some type of payment protection insurance that I never signed up for and that is why my VS account never seems to go down. When I called to complain they did offered to close my Assure account?. I then asked what was assure and they explained that it was an insurance that will pay my bill if I lose my job! Good to know I did lose my job last year and since I have been paying on something I had no idea I had, I should use it. I requested to open the claim and got a letter that they had paid $45. into my account as a courtesy. My payment is about $80 since they have been charging money into the account to cover the insurance payment. Although it was never authorized to be done by me. So, now I just found out that I have all those unauthorized charges in my account that I will be reporting to the bank. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen and the Commenity Bank is behind this. Let's just see what the Bank will be doing about it and what the Attorney General will do as well. Apparently they have been ripping off millions of people with no intention to pay any of their bills if they lose their jobs.

I was promised and even have a paper saying: This form will be used for our records. We have included a postage paid envelope so that you can return the form to us. Upon receipt of your signed Disclosure Acknowledgement a $25.00 gift card will be mailed to you, I never recieved one nor any info as to why not or when you all will make it right? Account Assure credit card accounts

Good evening, I am so frustrated I am in total shock. I have had the privilege to have these 2 accounts for years. Express/The Limited I have tried my best to do my payments maybe not timely but I have always attempt to pay something. I had Brain surgery February 2018 and I was facing some Financial Hardship. I contacted Comenity explain my crisis and I was put on a payment Plan. These 2 accounts has not been ACTIVE for years but I still do my payments. I was not told that almost 12 years i was told date of Enrollment 3/15/2008. I had Account Assure that I was paying for and eligibility benefits never received. I don't remember signing up for this and there's no paperwork stating I did. I am requesting all the Funds that was applied to this program be REFUNDED. Thank you.

Account Assure my claim isn't being paid for and I completely qualify

I lost my job September of 2018. They missiles my claim as disabled and NOT as job loss. Because of this error that I informed the clerk of, she still filed it as a disability. I had to refile as the paperwork that was sent to me didnt fit my criteria at all. So another month took for it to process. I sent them the paperwork that another rep stated I needed and even part of the list on the claim. It took them a month to send me paperwork with two denials one that stated I didnt qualify for disability (duh really?) And another that I had missing paperwork. I contacted the claims analyst and let me assure you whomever it is is worthless. They feel they dont have to call you when you reach out to them. They'll just send you a letter in a month. I spoke with a supervisor but I dont know if it did anybody. After all this, I get a call to please contact them regarding my claim. I did only to e told it was a mistake that they found the email I had sent a week prior. December I get a letter that I didnt qualify because my order was shipped in October. I flipped. I had numerous times informed customer care informed them these clothes were back ordered from any 2018 and I lost my job Sept 2018. The know it all clerk threatened to hand up and said it didnt matter. She finally used her brain to get me q supervisor. The supervisor spoke with whomever in the dept. Asking for (more) proof about my acct and that it was back ordered. I sent this proof at the beginning of the month email and all from venus. Still not status and a full acct to pay thanks to these frauds I pay benefits and haven't used them. Either all my money be refunded or pay my benefits I'm entitled to.

Account Assure express and victoria secrets account

I have had a Victoria's Secret C/C and Express c/c for several years, I keep seeing my monthly payment going higher and higher, I have called Victoria's Secret and Express account, Comenity Bank and there response is that they don't have anything to do with that to call Account Assure at [protected] I've called over & over and noone is helping me at all, Not even getting my information or anything, I never have signed up for Account Assure I have no idea why I'm making 2 payments to Victoria's Secret and Express, I need this to be resolve and my money refund, If not I will be seeking help from an attorney or getting the media involved, this is a scam,

Account Assure benefit claim

I called because I was denied a claim due to not working full time and part time less than twenty hours. Now in 2016 I filed same claim was approved was told tonight that new terms now apply and that's why benefits will not be applied.
Well I never received notice of new terms but you took my money every month to pay for this over two years now I don't qualify for something that was change without notification. I will Be reporting to better business bureau and seeking my money back that you fraudulently took from me!

Account Assure victoria’s secret (lisette gonzalez)

Account Assure overstock account

I'm tired of having charges on my credit card bills from Account Assure...You supposedly have to sign up for it but I keep getting charged by them and I didn't sign up with them. I know how they rip people off. But yet they're on my credit card bills charging me over and over...then you have to call Them and fight with them to take the charges off...Someone needs to shut this company down once and for all.

When you log into your credit card account on Comenity, there is an option for the insurance and to cancel it.

Account Assure victoria's secret

I signed up for Account Assure for the gift card, and I was told it was only $1.99/month when calling for information. I have never received the gift card, and after being flustered about never using my VS credit card, but somehow my balance kept rising, I realized I was being charged $15/month for this service. I am baffled. I called to cancel, they didn't even offer a refund, just told me they would "try to get that gift card out to me". Poor service. Poor customer care. Do not sign up for this under the guise you will receive a gift card, it will never come, and you will never be able to pay your balance down ok your credit card!

Account Assure hsn/children’s place

I have signed and returned both contracts and have yet to receive the cards that I was told I would receive. My childrens place reward should have been received a few months ago and the HSN should have been within this past month. I understand there may have been some mailing address issues that prevented the most recent reward from being received on my end and possible was sent back but I would like to request that I be contacted on this matter at your earliest convience thank you for your time. Account Assure being charged for this on my victoria secrets cc

I never signed up for this. I just realized I was being charged for something I never signed up for. I want my cc to be credited with the money you owe me. My email address is [protected]@ymail.com. You are scammers who take money from people that you have no right to. I want all my money back on my card. ASAP. Or I will get the Better Business bureau involved. I want a response back.

Account Assure credit card protection

I was terminated from my job and filed a claim with Account Assure January 1st, 2018 after 30 days I filed a claim and was advised I would receive a credit to my account while a decision was being made if I qualified. I was advised the credit being made would not have to be paid back even if I did not qualify. I faxed over my unemployment award letter and proof of unemployment benefits payments received. I never heard anything back from Account Assure and telephoned the company again and was advised they had nothing on file in reference to my claim. The representative advised she would file a claim at that time and advised the same as above. I again faxed over the above information again. I later received a letter advising I did not qualify due to Employer claiming terminated for Misconduct. I telephoned the company again and advised if they read the letter carefully it would show the Unemployment Judge ruled in my favor against my employer advising there was no proof of Misconduct in connection with my job. I was advised by a representative that they do not reverse decisions nor do they base their decision off the Unemployment Judge, their decision is based off what the employer claims. I asked to speak with a supervisor who apologized and requested I send over any other documents supporting my claim at which time I sent over the same documents with current documents and also an updated Unemployment Benefit History to show I was currently still receiving Unemployment benefits. I later received another denial letter advising the same as above I did not qualify due to misconduct. I telephoned again and spoke with a supervisor and questioned the credit that I was to receive that I did not have to pay back even if I did not qualify and also advised the Unemployment letter clearly states the Unemployment Judge ruled in my favor that it was determined I was not terminated for Misconduct nor did my employer show any proof of my misconduct. The supervisor advised I did not qualify to receive the (1 Time) non refundable credit nor did I qualify for the insurance to pay my credit card due to Misconduct.
I advised the supervisor I had a letter sent from Account Assure that I would receive the ( 1 Time credit) even if I did not qualify. The supervisor asked if I could hold on while she looks further at my claim and later returned advising I did receive the (1 Time non refundable credit ) to my account.
I advised her I did not see anything posted to my account and requested a letter be sent to me advising the dollar amount and date of when Account Assure posted the credit to my account and she advised it would be mailed to me. I requested it also be emailed to me at which time I provided my email address and had the supervisor read back my email address to me at which time I confirmed it was correct. I never received anything by email are by mail advising a date are dollar amount to my account for the (1 time non refundable credit).

Account Assure enrolled without knowledge

I have a credit card with Express, and notice on my transaction history this company is charging me for unknown reasons. I have not used this credit card in months, and am in the process of trying to pay it off, but it seems the balance never gets as low as it should because of this unnecessary charges. I have no idea who this company is, and it angers me that I was and am continuing to be charged without consent.

I also find it ridiculous that I must create an account to make a damn complaint.

Account Assure ny company // children's place

Submitted all proper paperwork for benefit request. Still nothing. No help but all I hear when I call is more information is needed. Its nonsense and a waste of time. They want personal information from unemployment insurance even of you have found work. The agents are rude when you call in to discuss your personal business. I've just about paid my card off without the help of them. So what's the point of having it? Then they only cover certain balances and not all. So before the date of losing your job, or after the date of losing. Please Get more serious about helping people in need.

Account Assure insurance

I have called 3 times this last year to activate my insurance. I am totally disabled now with a letter from ssa and was told I was not covered even though I have paid for years to have this coverage on both my hsn & lane bryant. If you are refusing to pay these accounts then I want a refund of all monies paid to date. Since your csr puts me on hold yo transfer, only to be disconnected I feel you don't want to fix this. You have 15 days to respond before this goes to ftc and the attorney general.

Account Assure account assure

My name is Yvonne Lewis and I am being charged for an account that I have never enrolled in through Victoria Secret. I just found out from Victoria Secret that I enrolled in this program in 2014 which is false. I just looked on the internet and found that there was a lawsuit where the company was forced to pay back refunds to all who were charged. I want a refund of all monies that I have been charged.

hello Yvonne I just found out today I have being charged about $22 a month for last year. I beleive it started when I forgot to make payment on time. I think VS auto enrolled in this program. I am currently in dispute to have them apply those payments to my account, then I am closing out my VS account.

Account Assure victoria secret

I want assure account removed from my card. If not I will call the better business bureau on you and see what they can. I did not authorize you to charge my account with $14.19 for whatever you are charging us for I expect to hear something from you very soon my telephone number is [protected]. I am not asking you to refund me any money I'm just asking that you cancel this however you put it on there I would never agree to $14.19 charge to my card that's a waste of money so please contact me ASAP

Good luck the BBB will not do a thing they are useless, try the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), or the Banking Commission in their state, I would also try the Attorney General in that state as well, good luck

Account Assure money taken out of my overstock account without my permission

My name is Amanda Bruce and i have a account with Overstock and i have had 5 surgeries since first of the year so haven't been doing my bills but I was looking at the Overstock bill and noticed I was getting charged starting as far as I could go back money being charged on my account from the 6th to the 9th every month the first one I found was 12/09/16 For 18.91 and it was from Account Assure and your number and kept going and every month you charged different amounts on my card. I DID NOT NOW OR EVER ACCEPT OR GIVE PERMISSION FOR THIS. Like I said I could only go back to Dec.9 2016 and from then to now y'all have charged my account 257.56 and I want that back on my card and any if there some before Dec. 2016. I am unable to talk so i can not call so we will have to deal through my email address which is [protected]@msn.com. Again i want to say I did not approve any thing to be charged on my Overstock credit card acct# [protected]. So please get this STOPPED AND I NEED YOU TO REIMBURSE AND PUT MONEY BACK ON MY ACCOUNT. I don't know how this happened but please take care of it

Account Assure ny company credit card account assure charge fee

I was checking my ny&company credit card statements since 2015 there are a fee charge for account assure fees. I never signed for this insurance and nobody call me to ask if i agree for it. They have to return all my money i work hard for it.
I recommend people that verify all the time their monthly statements because this is not the first time that it happen to me.
