Accessory Geeks Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Accessory Geeks

So, I gotta say, my experience with Accessory Geeks was not the best. I was tryna get a phone case for my cousin's Christmas gift, but I ended up gettin' the wrong one. I tried to return it, but it's been a whole lotta trouble. I hit 'em up four times already, and I'm still waitin' on a response.

Now, I will say that my order was processed pretty fast, and the product got to me in no time. But, man, they really dropped the ball on the customer service side of things. It's a shame, 'cause I was hopin' to do more business with them in the future. But if they can't even handle a simple return, I don't think I'll be comin' back.

Overall, I'd say steer clear of Accessory Geeks if you're lookin' for a hassle-free shopping experience. They might have some good products, but if you run into any issues, you might be outta luck.

Accessory Geeks Disappointing Experience with Accessory Geeks' Customer Service and Delivery

So, I was trying to get some accessories for my phone from Accessory Geeks and I might have messed up the address I put in for delivery. But, when I realized my mistake, I reached out to their customer service team. They got back to me pretty fast and told me that they had already processed the order and received it back. They said they would re-ship it to the correct address, but it's been 27 days and I still haven't received it.

I'm not sure what to do now. I don't want to keep waiting for something that might never come. I wish they had just given me my money back instead of trying to re-ship it. It's frustrating because I really needed those accessories and now I'm out of luck.

Overall, I'm not too happy with my experience with Accessory Geeks. I understand that mistakes happen, but I feel like they could have done more to help me out. I don't think I'll be ordering from them again in the future.

Accessory Geeks Terrible Customer Service and No Product Received from Accessory Geeks

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Accessory Geeks. I tried to buy something from their website, but they never sent me the product. And when I tried to get my money back, they didn't even respond to my emails or messages on Instagram. It's like they just took my money and ran!

I mean, I get it, mistakes happen. But the fact that they didn't even bother to respond to my messages is just plain rude. It's like they don't care about their customers at all. And to make matters worse, they even blocked my email address! I can't even send them a message anymore.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Accessory Geeks. If you want to spend your money, just throw it out the window or give it to a homeless person. At least then you know it's going to a good cause, instead of lining the pockets of these shady "businesspeople".

Accessory Geeks Save Money and Bling Out Your Phone with Accessory Geeks

I always go to Accessory Geeks whenever I get a new cell phone. They have everything I need to bling it out and get all the adapters I need for it. The prices are way better than buying those things directly from Verizon. My buddy used to work for a cell phone store and he told me that they make most of their money from the accessories like car chargers. The phones are sold almost at cost to lure you into the store. That's why a car charger is so expensive, as are the cases and other goodies. But if you go to Accessory Geeks, you can save your cashola. They have everything you need at a fraction of the cost. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. I had a problem with one of my orders and they were quick to fix it. I highly recommend Accessory Geeks for all your cell phone accessory needs.

Accessory Geeks Terrible Customer Service and Wrong Orders: My Experience with Accessory Geeks

I bought some cases for my iPhone 6s from Accessory Geeks before. They sent me the wrong case twice, and I had to contact them to get the right one. I ordered another case, and they sent me the wrong one again. I emailed them twice, but all I got was a standard response about my order. I tried calling them during their business hours, but the line was always busy. Their customer service is really bad, and they can't seem to get my order right the first time. I won't be buying from them again.

Accessory Geeks Poor Customer Service and Communication from Accessory Geeks

I bought a phone case from Accessory Geeks back in December 2016. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. I tried to contact customer service to exchange it for the correct size, but all I got was a busy signal every time I called. I tried calling day and night, but it seemed like they were always busy.

I decided to send an email instead, hoping that someone would respond. I received an automated reply saying that someone from customer service would contact me within 48 hours. However, I never heard back from anyone. I was starting to get frustrated because I really needed the right size phone case.

Finally, after several attempts, I was able to get someone on the phone. They gave me an authorization code to return the phone case for a full refund. I was relieved that I could finally get the right size case, but I was still a bit annoyed that it took so long to get a response.

It's now March 30, 2017, and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried calling and emailing, but I can't seem to get anyone to respond. I'm starting to get worried that I won't get my money back.

Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience with Accessory Geeks. While I understand that mistakes happen, it shouldn't take so long to get a response from customer service. I hope that they can improve their communication in the future so that other customers don't have to go through the same frustration that I did.

Accessory Geeks Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Refund from Accessory Geeks

I recently made a purchase from Accessory Geeks on April 24th for a cellphone case for my husband. I was excited to receive my purchase, but after waiting for several days, I emailed them to get tracking information to know when to expect my package. It took them 2 days to respond, stating that they were checking the status of my order.

After several more days passed, I emailed them again for an update on the status of my order, as my item was due to be received within 5-7 business days. After another day of waiting for a response, they finally got back to me, stating that they were sorry but the item was not in stock and that a refund would be issued within 3-5 business days.

However, it has now been two weeks since then and a month since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive my refund. I have sent several emails to their customer service team, but have not received any response. I have also left many voicemails on the phone number provided on my bank statement for the charge, but have not received any response either.

Whenever I try to call, the line is either busy or an automated voice states that due to high call volume, I should leave a message for a call back. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life, and I am starting to feel like this business is a scam.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Accessory Geeks. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will be sure to share my negative experience with others.

Accessory Geeks Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Accessory Geeks

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Accessory Geeks. I ordered three phone cases on September 2nd, 2020 and after a week went by, I decided to give them a call to check on the status. But guess what? No one picked up the phone! So I left a message and sent an email to inquire about my package. But did I get a response? Nope, not even a peep.

It's now been two weeks and two days, and I've made four calls and left four voicemails, and sent several emails, but still no response. I mean, come on, how can a company treat their customers like this and still stay in business? To me, no response means "I don't care about you, we don't even care if you purchase our product, why don't you go somewhere else and purchase from them?" This is what no response means.

As a member of the military, I learned that respect is earned through hard work and service. And it seems like Accessory Geeks doesn't respect its customers at all. Shame on them! I'm going to reach out to my bank to get my money back. If they don't have something, then they shouldn't promise people something they can't deliver.

Overall, I would not recommend Accessory Geeks to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to purchase your phone accessories.

Accessory Geeks Disappointing Experience with Accessory Geeks: Back-Ordered Item Discontinued

I was really excited to order an item from Accessory Geeks (accessorygeeks.com) that was listed as "ready to be shipped within 24-48 hours!" I needed the item ASAP, so I paid extra for the 2-day shipping. I placed my order on a Friday and eagerly waited for my package to arrive.

However, when I checked the status of my order on Monday, it was listed as "Back Ordered." I was disappointed and frustrated, so I decided to call Accessory Geeks to get an ETA. Unfortunately, they were not in the office at their listed starting time, and nobody answered the phone until 45 minutes after the listed business hours. Finally, I was able to get through to a lady who told me that there was no ETA, but back-ordered items typically ship in a couple of days. She said that my item would probably ship on Wednesday of that week.

I was still hopeful that I would receive my item soon, but I continued to check the status daily all week. Unfortunately, it continued to say "Back Ordered" until Friday when I received an email from Accessory Geeks. The email said, "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but unfortunately, the item(s) you ordered below are discontinued and no longer available."

I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. It had been a week since I placed my order, and I had expected to have my item by then. Not only had it not been shipped, but it never would be. I replied to their email expressing my dissatisfaction, but unfortunately, they chose not to reply to me.

Overall, I would not recommend Accessory Geeks to any of my friends or family members. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I was left without the item I needed.

I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with Accessory Geeks. I needed a case for my Honor mobile and I found just what I was looking for on their website. The best part? It arrived right on time. No fuss, no muss.

So, I had a really bad experience with Accessory Geeks. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but they never answered. And to make things worse, they didn't even ship my product. I was really disappointed with their customer service. It was the worst I've ever experienced. I'm thinking about asking Amazon to remove them as a seller, and maybe even contacting the Better Business Bureau. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did. This company is just plain awful.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Accessory Geeks. I placed an order on August 12th, and when it finally arrived on August 18th, they had sent me the wrong items. I've been trying to get in touch with them ever since, but they haven't responded to any of my emails. And when I try to call them, their phone line is always busy. It's been weeks now, and I still haven't gotten any resolution.

Honestly, this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. It feels like they just took my money and ran. I'm really frustrated and disappointed.

Accessory Geeks Phone case

Please stay away from Accessorygeeks and do not buy anything from this terrible company! They refused to fix their own mistakes and showed total disrespect!
I bought a phone case from them and it was a present for Christmas and they sent me a wrong case! When I received it and saw that it was incorrect I contacted them right away and they refused to help me and said that they do not accept any returns. That was their mistake and they refused to do anything. Are you kidding me? I will never buy from Accessorygeeks again!

Accessory Geeks Charged twice!

I've purchased something for my cell phone from this website Accessory Geeks and they charged me twice for one and the same product. When I spoke to their support he said they'll refund my money as soon as possible but that was about a month ago and I'm still waiting for my money.
Last time I spoke with them they said that they had some problems with their system and will contact me as soon as it gets fixed. I guess they decided to keep my money. Well, very sad. They lost me as a customer, Accessory Geeks is not to be trusted!

Accessory Geeks I got completely nothing from this company

When I placed the order on the website www.accessorygeeks.com, I thought that the company was great and the rep was very helpful. But they only pretended to be great. I ordered from them several weeks ago, but still no delivery. As well as the seller didn’t reply to my emails. I haven’t got any information or email, which would confirm my purchase, so I have no idea about the status of my order. I was really disappointed in this company. It doesn’t worth it!

Accessory Geeks bad items

i ordered a t-mobile cell phone battery and it didnt work. emailed them and they sent another. it too would not work. it clealy wasnt new. it came in a clear plastic container. when i asked to return both and get my money back it was weeks before i received the return label. so it was returned and delivered to them on 8-13 and a notice left. guess they arent in the office OR pick up the return mail. now im told it was never delivered blah blah blah-i sent them the USPS tracking info and asked them to GO get the mail. it will be months if EVER to get a refund. i will never deal with them again.

Do NOT bother ordering from this company! I ordered phone cases for two different phones. I received an order confirmation email, but nothing regarding shipping details/tracking. I emailed tow days later to find out when it would arrive, and 2 days later, I received an email that one of the items (Droid Razor Maxx case) was no longer offered and asked if there was another product I wanted. I told them the substitute product (from their website) and they didn't have that available either - nor did they have two others that I would have purchased. THEN when asking about the second item (iphone case), I was informed that item was no longer available either! 4 days later, I cancelled the order via phone. There was no apology or acknowledgement of error or inconvenience.

Accessory Geeks Don't deal with them

Ordered Iphone accessory's for christmas gifts. Received email stating one of two items was shipped the other back ordered. My credit card was charged for both items. I never received tracking number. Finally no product arrived so on Dec 22 I called them three times and one live chat with there site. By the end of the day I was told the product never shipped and the second item was not available anymore. They wanted to sub the first item for something else, I declined, just want my credit card refunded. I will never deal with these people again.

Like I said David Leach better worry about Greyhound's reputation with the public.I already told the Dallas BBB, court shows like the People's Court, Judge Judy, Joe Brown and Shame on You.So let's the public who also lost their luggages say what the hell 250 dollars gonna do for them.We are talking about a billion dollars bus company.Why can't they psay me 25, 000 to settle out of court?The news media in NYC and Dallas should investigate this corrupt bus comany indeed.
