Owner and operator William Constance advertises the following services: preparation and filing of tax returns, freedom from debt relief and pay day lender to name a few. Constances's practices are unethical and immoral. As a former customer who referred a family member, his fees are high and refunds are significantly less. Do not do business with this man or with his company. Most importantly, do not give this man your money. Ask yourself this question. If Constance is on the verge of filing bankruptcy, would you feel comfortable doing business with him.

ProTax LLC is a scam artist and totally overcharge for a reduction in property tax. Even if you contact them to cancel, they will continue to bill.

BUYER BEWARE, this company is a scam artist and they should be investigated by the Attorney General

My experience with Protax LLC of Poway California leads me to believe that: (1) they are a scam bilking homeowners out a of portion of tax relief that they would get without Protax anyhow; (2) they are an incompetent sweatshop operation, as the entirety of what little work they did do was based on WRONG data, and even AFTER this was pointed out to them, they made no effort to address it; (3) they are deceptive as they not only misled me as my client, but they misled the County about material facts as well; (4) they are utterly unreasonable, refusing to settle even in the face of reasonable offers from me coincident with atrocious conduct by them; and (5) HEED THIS ONE IN PARTICULAR, PROTAX IS *VERY* LITIGIOUS - Protax has filed lawsuits against 18 clients in just the first five months of 2010.
