I was browsing the internet the other day at www.acceptmycash.com and i guess the thought i was applying for a loan, but i was not and they took some money out my account and now it is in overdraft and i didn't want the loan so what do. I have to do so they can take the charges off my account as soon as possible before my bank start to charge me everyday for something i didn't want to do!
I just recieved one from cashaccept.com and looks like I won't be doing business with them! DO FALL FOR IT!
At best this sounds like a payday loan which will gouge you for obscene amounts of Interest like 100% APR! BEcause the loan is only two weeks long! Good ratios of cost are generally $20 per $100 you borrow and up. That is still a rip off. My advice, open up a Wells Fargo account if you have direct deposit from your work. Their fees ARE more fair for every 20$ you advance with Wells Fargo it cost $2. The transfer time is faster, and will automattically payitself next deposit.
However, if possible, avoid paydays loans at all cost. Just eat the overdraft fees, and start scrimping to catch up. Because you do a Pay Day loan it is a vicious circle even with the better rates at a bank.

I have been burned by PDL companies and am glad that I went to [redacted]s.com to find information about this company. With times being as hard as they are and being a single parent, sometimes times get VERY hard and you begin to feel desperate. I am currently involved with two and may NEVER be able to pay them off as the fees continue to rise. I hate that I had to go to this length and am living hand to mouth, not from my regular bills, but from these cotton-picking PDL companies. So I would advise everyone to RUN as fast as you can from these companies at 400% interest charged monthly, I am beginning to think that that cardboard box under the bridge is looking better and better every day! :((
Currently I am attempting to clean up my credit so I can get a legitmate loan without so much stress involved.
So people take my advise, nothing can be as bad as being indebted to these leeches, if I had only been patient things would eventually have worked themselves out...heck we ended up eating beans and rice and rice and beans anyway trying to pay this stuff off!
One more thing, I created what I call my JUNK email account so that when I fill out forms for anything online they all go there and I can then make the decision to give them an email account that will allow them to keep in contact with me. Sort of a caller ID of emails. :))

I am sorry to all of you that got taken by this company. Thank you for posting your stories. I was going to do this also but now after reading all of your letters I have changed my mind. I will now "throw it out."
i reciver a letter to please read the fine print i took a loan from a on payday didnot get the money but lose a lot of my own money becasue of them taking money out of my acc every few days for one thing or other i did fine one that is good they are cashnetusa

This company is even forcing people to change their phone nos. and shutting down email accounts.

ACCEPTMYCASH.COM (if this info is true then maybe somone can give them a call and ask a few questions, i called another SCAM and some foreign lady answered and hung up when i said SCAM) oh i cut and paste this from another site.

I was sent a pre-approved letter for a certain amount I went on line to apply, gave the information and was approved for a lesser amount, which was ok but i never received information as to how the process work on receiving this money . My number as well as e-mail address is correct. I think maybe this is a rip off
i agree ...that this is a scam ...wow... thought i had found a place that would be lagit i guess i am scared now...hope fully god will handle things for me ...this is a scary scary deal.no thanks ...and thank all you people out thete that proved this is a ripp off...company.

please contact the arizonia attorney genaral and bbb. i just did because they are doing the same thing to me. the more people that report this the more chance we can shut these people down

I read the information over and over and first I was thinking about using it, but I read all these complaints, but not really sure if others not following what they suppose to follow if it's not legit then you can simply call your bank and stop or close the account out so you won't have to be charged or they taking something out of your account, but all and all if you don't have all the information before given information you setting your own self up to being ripped off. I look into things before giving personal information if half of y'all do research finding a number and how these business work first alot of y'all wouldn't be in the hole or lost it's sad, but we all need to realize you communicating over inter net you don't really know who you dealing with so remember do research first and if you can't get legitmate information as to speaking to someone or checking with your bank or bbb usually your sources can tell you if it's safe just becareful one more thing if your bank wont give you a 500 dollar loan why should these so call lenders think about it stop giving personal information out to people you don't know this is the internet. I applied for a loan a few days ago and BAM! I am OVERDRAWN because Plrcinc.com/AcceptMYCash.com WITHDREW MY MONEY from my account. They were not authorized to do so. I applied for a loan and was turned down and now they have caused me to be overdrawn!
Today i got a letter in the mail and was about to try it out, but thanks to you, you open my eyes after hearing your complaints so i'm going to trash it. Thanks

I to was a dumy. i was on a survey, took the trial offer and got scamed. there were no phone numbers on the offer but i thought there would be with the trial shippment.NOT, only a web sight. when i went to bring it up, all that would come up was a picture of the bottle of colonsmartcleasner, when i clicked on the bottle it would take me to another sight. i tried several times the same thing kept happening. So there i found a phone number so i called it. they kept saying they had nothing to do with colonsmartcleasner.needless to say i was very angry.then i thought well when it comes in i would just put on it return to sender and wait for a refund. well it never happend... my bank said they couldnt do anything for thirty days from the day i sent it back. so i waited filled the dispute and waited four days for the results.. well then i get the results from my bank... NOT HAPPY my bank sends me some copys off the internet from colonsmart stating there is only one way you can receive a refund.you have to follow four steps. one of thoughs steps are they do not except Return to sender packages as a way for refund. what they dont say is that package i sent back is theirs now and you get nothing for $88.98.now it said nothing about ANY policys when i ordered the free samples.and when i got the free samples it had nothing of any policys either. so im out the money and the FAKE product(COLONSMARTCLEASNER). OH DID I MENTION YHE PRODUCT DID NOTHING... I TOOK THE SUPPOSEDLY FREE SAMPLES AND HAD NO REACTION ! if there is anyone out there that can help me get my money back.i would be very happy... oozman.com@live.com TO EVERYONE------ STAY AWAY FROM COLONSMARTCLEASNER ! i forgot to mention the paperwork my bank got off the internet was dated july 10th 2008 REVISED. this was 2 mth. after i sent mine back. when i got my (FREE) sample.i couldnt get on their web site to cancel nor did they have a phone number... COLONSMARTCLEASNER IS A RIPOFF...
O my God, I gotten one of these things in the mail 2days ago, until I seen on there it was talking about it's a scam, I almost fell for the okey-dokey. So I just wanna say thanks everybody for these complaints. I notice the person that sent me this scam letter does not have a company name or address on the envelope. They would have been real dissappointed at me because I don't have any more in my account for them to take anyway.
I need to correct a few paragraphs in my last comments I meant to say answers to my questions. I don't know if you are bad company yet, but I'm hoping all acts is legal reading prior news letters about your firm.
I filled out all the questionare to open a bank account with your company to get a direct deposit for a loan i requested and it has my entire identification on it then the application screen says to print out the application and mail it in to get my approval. When it went blank did all my information earased fron the net? I must know if I have to get in contact with my attorney to persue action for idenity theft. If you are an legit company why don't you have an address for me to contact you or to mail your company a letter? I need questions now!

First off...if you are NOT applying for a loan, then why did you give your banking information?
Second...What did you do with the money they loaned you? They put it in your account...you spent it...You owe them back. You obviously took it and you owe.
You needed it but when it comes to paying back all of a sudden the company that lent you the money is the bad company.
I have received this in the mail and if you read the print, acceptmycash IS NOT the lender. They simply match you to a lender.
So you all sit here and complain about acceptmycash.com and you shouldnt be.
I have used them and I paid back what I was supposed to. Just like all the things I agreed to. I had no problems.

I Thank God for this company, it was very fast and there were no complications. I Believe more companies should give such a fast and speedy response. I am not writing to complain. I am writing to say "Thank You, Very, Very much.
they took money out of my account
So you took out a loan and the money taken out was a payment. When you take out a loan it is just that a loan and you have to pay it back!
Thank goodness I googled this site (accidentally) first instead of responding to the letter right away! That's horrible! Just by looking at the site it seems illegit. I ripped my offer up and out it goes. We need to weed the world of scammers.
