AcceptanceNow 90 day same as cash

I was told that my 90 day option was a certain price. On the day i was to pay it off on the 90 days they told me the wrong amount. $100 less then what it started off at. I had paid $400 into it already. Called back again and spoke to someone else. They gave a different pay off price which was $200 less than total cost. Still not right. No manager was in and they all claimed they were new employees. Said a distinct manager would call right away. Never happened. BEWARE THEY SCAM PEOPLE . ABC Warehouse in michigan

I was told that my 120 day option was a an specific price. I paid on time and they got mad with me. Samantha in Tampa, FL was very rude. Everyone is a manager but nobody know anything. Always a supervisor supposed to called me since 11/19 but it’s 6/20 and they continue charging me despite they charged Almost $400 extra after I paid in full. They got me late on my credit report. I continue calling and asked them if I can send all my proof but nobody wants my payment received. I called back again and spoke to different people but again nobody will help me and I am still waiting for someone to call me. No manager is available and the people who are answering claimed That they were new employees. Said a distinct manager would call right away. Never happened. BEWARE THEY SCAM PEOPLE . I have an account with your location in bobs discount furniture in poughkeepsie ny. Your company should be disgusted by your so called 'employees' at your poughkeepsie location, especially the 'manager' donna. I will never do business with you again and will be taking legal action as a result of their disgraceful customer service.

Just a few examples out of the many I could give:

When I called and explained my issue to donna and asked for assistance I was told she was having a long day and didn't feel like discussing my issues.

When I asked donna why I got conflicting information every time I contact their office, I was told their phone calls are not recorded so what was said in the past does not matter; I was also told if her employees forget to document/note phone calls, there's nothing they can do about it.

Donna also made unprofessional and rude comments such as 'I don't understand whatever english you're trying to speak' and 'you've clearly made everything you're saying up in your own head.'

AcceptanceNow loans for value city furniture chesapeake virginia

I purchase furniture from Value City Furniture last January 2016 in Chesapeake Virginia I got about $1, 600 financed through your company I have been paying $185 a month for a year a call to pay off laying to find out amount and found out I still owe the same amount that are financed through your company and they tell me it will take 2 more years to pay it off So eventually I would have gave y'all $7, 200 for financing basically $1, 600 I have talked to two different managers and got two different answers can someone look at my account and tell me if this is correct and let me know if there's any other way I could pay this off sooner without incurring all of the money my name is Richard Harrell I purchase furniture at Value City Furniture Chesapeake Virginia last January of February my phone number is [protected]

AcceptanceNow 90 day payoff date

I've been trying to reach a district manager about my 90 date payoff. I call to pay the remaining balance and was told I past the date. However i contacted the store approximately 2 weeks ago to be sure of the date and i was told 2/15/17, but that not the correct date it's 2//7/17. The 15th is my payment date monthly they mistaken the to dates causing me to miss the time allotted. I need someone to contact me about this. I have been trying to reach someone since Friday. Hi Lance.

I'am in the same boat. The only way for you to have a district manager to contact you is by getting their email.
Call the Acceptance Now store that you purchased your merchandise and ask for their district managers email. I'm sure they will give you the run around. However be firm and persistent.
Once you get the email, write a very detailed email pertaining this matter.

AcceptanceNow clarity of billing from acceptance now

This is a complaint against Acceptance Now located inside Rooms to Go. The address is 10790 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 and phone number is 954.430.6141

The manager named Myra did not clearly explain the final charges owed on my account. My money paid to them did not match the amount owed on their computer system. Myra purposely navigated in haste through her computer screen when explaining the charges. Her fast-paced explanation was a deliberate attempt to confuse me. Her only explanation was that the dollar amounts differ because that is how her system shows.

I believe Acceptance Now purposely deceives their customers with hidden charges. I say "hidden" because they cannot clearly explain what a customer pays against the balance owed.

I believe if a customer pays a dollar amount and is confused about the balance owed, everything should be clearly seen and easily explained. This is not the case with Acceptance Now.

I was forced to pay up to over $311 more than what I calculated as my final balance owed. If I did not pay that amount, my balance owed was scheduled to jump to over $1000 more.

These deceptive consumer-seller practices are fraudulent. I have already filed a case against Acceptance Now with the Better Business Bureau. I will also continue to use social media outlets to warn consumers about Acceptance Now and Rooms To Go since this is their finance company.

AcceptanceNow contract 90 day payment

I chose to use them and was constantly telling them I wanted the 90 day no interest option. All their paperwork was for the leasing option with one page related to the 90 day option. I made 3 payments per the 90 day page. However, I was not paid in full. the 90 day option page was not accurate as it did not have taxes include. So since I did not pay $80 in taxes, I now had to pay $400 as the 90 day option expired. Also, you have to make last 90 day payment in store. None of their written documents tell you this. And if you make it online - it still will not count to close out your account. I consider acceptance now extremely fraud oriented and will note on every site I can so that people will know what tactics they use. I will also not shop at Sears as they give space to this company and should know what kind of company they deal with.

A class action lawsuit should be filed against this company! I'm working to find out what steps must be taken to initiate this action. They are not under the Better Business Bureau.

Dwight, the assistant sales manager profusely sexually harasses two of the female employees, including invading their personal space, touching them, and making comments to them. I'm not looking for him to be fired, I just need this to stop. Lowe's Acceptance Now, Athens Ohio.

Worst experience of my life! Just save up your money and get what you want. My credit has decreased by at least 30 points and won't go back up even though I've paid off my balance a month early. Also my couch was $2, 000 and on my credit report it said I owed them $4, 600. Never ever ever again!

I paid 645.38 which the remainder of what i owe. I received a settlement letter in the mail; when in reality, i paid off the full balance of the account.
the representative at the store refused to correct the transaction.
Accepatance Now store 561. The transaction was on 5/4/18
