AcaiX3 Refund

I sent a product back...because the website originally said that we were not illegible for this product...yet we received it in the mail. This is also after they took $88.55 from my account. They said this was done because we did not cancel the product...how can we cancel something that actually got here after the charge was made...we never even knew this was coming...so they told us to return the product with an TRA #[protected] along with delivery confirmation...which shows they received it on May 26th. I have called 4 times since then june 15th, june 19th, june 23, june 30th...and all of these times...they said that refund had been processed. I call today and they said that it wasn't sent through until JUne 24th...they lied to me 4 times. In the first place they said they the refund once product was returned would take 10-14 business days...this was told to me by Jason. Now it took your company a month to even process this and I have to wait another month?
This is unexceptible...I would like to know what is going to be done this...this is no way to run any business.

i order acaix3 on 5/2/009 and just receive it on 5/18/009 but they already charge mi card with out a real trial they say is from the day you order that you count the 14 days trial not from the day you receive ""and really try the products "" so their are liyers ""faults advertisement""

I ordered a trial but they charged for a whole bottle. There is no number. The only thing it says is ACAIX3 REFUNDS CALL 86 DRAPER UT. What can I do to get my money back?

I* have been trying since May to receive a refund. I returned all of the
product and they acknowledge it was receivred. Every time I call which has been very many they say there was a problem crediting my account. I called the bank and they have no record of a credit that was attempted. In fact my bank took the info and credited my account and attempted to get the money back . They were unsuccessful and debited my account again. This caused me about $200 in negative baqlance fees. These people are dispicable and should be shut down.

I want to cancel in future shipments because the product (Acaix3) does not work. I will no longer pay for any more billings. I am going to the bank this morning at notify them of this. So if you do charge me again I can bring charges against you. It is terrible and unacceptable the way you people do business with all the extra charges you have billed me. So please make sure you cancel my subscription immediatly.

Good Luck! This company and product are a complete fraud. I ordered the "FREE" bottle also paying for the shipping and was charged 88.55 to my card with "No Way" of getting the refund.. I talked to some arragont idiot that had the nerve to tell me their was nothing that he could do. I am assuming their will be soon, some class action law suit similar to the company that Anna Nicole Smith advertised for at one time, the company name escapes me. It is so unfortune that we are people that choose to do something about a few extra pounds and have to be preyed upon buy the weight loss preditors. I found out better that a sensible diet and consistent yoga have given me the flattest stomach and reduced my weight by 25 lbs, feel great and quite happy with those all natural choices. Good Luck! AcaiX3 company will not refund money

My complaint is the same as the other 202 complaints I saw on the BBB web site last Wednesday. I sent for a trial order in Mar 09, never received in and was billed on 6/10/09 and 6/17/09 for $88.55 each date. I called the company because I never received any shipment and they told me the 30 days after the trial date in Mar 09 had expired and I could not return the product and get a refund.

I am posting this to let people know to do a formal complaint at the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ and file a complaint with the BBB or Iowa State Attorney General.

I replied to an ad offering a $4.27 sample bottle for trial. I did receive the bottle but have discovered that my account has been charged $95.13au and I have not received another bottle. I have tried numerous times to contact the company by phone using many different numbers and have had no success. Could someone please inform me on the best avenue to pursue my dilemma. I want to cancel my account immediately.

This company is a total fraud. Further, their customer service department is rude and completely useless. They are STEALING money from customers and sending nothing and making it quite clear theat they are doing nothing wrong. I am going to put as many postings on facebook, twitter, etc. about this company to keep other people from getting sucked in by this company.

I ordered the "free" trial based on an advertisement on a local News website. Since then I have received three more bottles of pills, and my credit card, that I charged the original S&H on, has been billed $88 each. I have taken the original sample plus one bottle, with no noticeable results. Perhaps someone could advise how to get them to stop.

I order the FREE pills and paid shipping and handling and the next thing I knew there were charges to my bank account. I called and had them stopped or so I thought. They just keep coming. I sent the pills back but to no avail. I will call my bank and change my card number. I would advise anyone not to order these things online. If it says it's free then run the other way.

Ordered the sample got that but the next thing I knew there was a $88.55 charge to my account. Have called since 5/22/09 trying to get a refund, they tell me it has been sent to my account. It has NEVER showed up in my account and they tell me they cannot track it. VERY upset with this !

Ordered a trial bottle of AcaiX3 paid initial shipping cost, never received the product and not only they charge the initial shipping but the charged $88.88 a week after. This company is in cohort with Bromalite doing the same thing. Bromalite at least sent me the product but had in very little print that this was just a 12 day trial and I will be charged $69.95/mo thereafter. A complete Rip Off. Don't buy from these companies.

I don't have any info on the company because they don't exist...I hit the free sample button BIG MISTAKE...gave them my credit card number for shipping...BIG MISTAKE...and now can't get it to end. They sent me a month's supply which I did sent back but they are still charging my credit card for the months supply and now a cancellation fee. HELP!

I ordered the trial pack of ACAIX3, with the understanding that I would only pay shipping. I received an email saying they were charginn my credit card in the amount of $88.55. I was unable to respond to the email address and there was no phone number. When I received my credit card statement, I call the number and they said to call during normal business hours. I did. Received the same message. I want a refund and the charges to stop.

AcaiX3 Unauthorized charges, refusal to refund

Responded to e-mail for free trail on 5/8/2009. Paid the 2.79 shipping and handling. Called the customer service number at [protected] on 5/14/2009 to cancel the order. spoke w/a female who took my request, said the order was cancelled and that the $88. 55 that was charged to my account the day after I submitted the free trial offer would be refunded because it was within the 30 days.

As of 6/18/2009, I have not received even the first package from them and assumed that the order cancelled and that the $88.55 that was charged to my account refunded. In fact, the $88.55 has not been refunded and when I called the above number and spoke w/ Sean on 6/18/2009 was told I would not be receiving a refund and that no, I could not speak with any else regarding my complaint. So, not only did I never receive the product, but was charged both the $2.79 shipping fee as well as the $88.55.

AcaiX3 Fraudulent charged my account

I ordered the free trial offers: Purity 12 and AcaiX3 and paid shipping fees of $2.79 and $4.99. I didn't see the "contract" they hided at the bottom of the main website. This contract is intentional hidden from you so that they went to charge me $88.55 just 3 days after I received the AcaiX3. The bank statements showed that they charged me $88.55 one more time less than two weeks later. I just received the package 2 days ago. I am talking to my bank to dispute these charges.
In addition, I found places you and I can go to file formal complains about fraudulent business practices. Read the website: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov or http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/products/pro16.shtm. File complains with BBB at the city where the company locates, in my case is Scottsdale. Yes, when i first saw the ad it said to try it for free and it said nothing about charging my credit card every month, it said try it for free then contact them if i was satisfied after 30 days, this is a scam.Unauthorized charges.It also said to try the colon cleanse free, to just pay the shipping, there was nothing else said about the hidden charges to my credit card every month.

AcaiX3 Unauthorized charge

I signed up for the free trial offer and was immediately charged the $2.95 to my account. I never received the trial size offer, but immediately received 2 60 capsule bottles and was charged $88.55.
I tried to contact them by email and no response. Contacted my bank and had my card cancelled and reported them as fraud. I receieved the following number that is in service [protected] and spoke with Tommy (#12021). He informed me of the fine print and I told him my case. He spoke with his manager and told me to write a certain rga # on the bottle and send it back to their company and that I could keep the other bottle and still receive a full refund of the $88.55 that was charged to my account. Tommy is the best employee to speak to I believe. Hope this helps and I hope this will help me too.

I made my complaint to the BBB, FTC and Oprah via her website.

On April 21, 2009, I ordered a free bottle of Acaix3 from a website that said Oprah endorsed it. the website said it was a free bottle to try out, and I only had to pay postage of $2.79. I received the bottle on May 1st. I also noticed a charge of $88.55 and $2.79 in my bank account on May 1st. I called them at [protected] and was told I had to cancel within 10 days to not be charged "the monthly supply". When I told her I only ordered the free bottle, she said, "Didn't you read the fine print?". In any case, I didn't receive the first bottle until 10 days after I ordered, so I didn't have 10 days to "try" the product before I was charged for the second bottle I had not received yet. I told her I wanted a refund and she said I had to wait for the second bottle to arrive before I could get a refund. She said I would then need to call them for an RGA#. Almost two weeks later I still had not received this second bottle so I called back. She said I should get it any day and gave me the RGA# and to send it to 405 E. 12450 Suite I, Draper, Utah 84020. I finally got the second bottle and sent it back via USPS signature on May 14, 2009. I called to let them know I sent it back and find out when to expect my refund. She said 7-10 days. I told her that didn't make any sense. It's not like they had to mail it somewhere. She said she couldn't expedite the refund until they received the product. I said "fine". I checked the tracking number on May 19, 2009 to find out it had been signed for. I called back on May 19th and talked to a guy who said they hadn't received it yet. I told him someone signed for it. He said it "wasn't in their system yet". I told him I wanted to speak with someone who does the refunds. He said they were not "reachable" and that I had to just wait for the "process". I asked him how much longer this "process" was, and he told me 7-10 days. I told him this was not acceptable. He said "It isn't MAGIC Maam" I told him I was reporting them to the BBB and he said "Fine, have a great day!"

This is their website, but I only found it after I made my complaints. This calls their product Acai-Pure but it's the exact same website, claims, tactics and labelling.

AcaiX3 can't ge my money back

i'm not a company. just a comsumer. i rder the trial size on line and received it and a day later the company took 88.55 out off my account for the next shippment and that was om4/20/09. i was to receive my shippment in7to10 days. today is the 4 of may and i still haven't received the shippment yet. when i talked to the company on friday they told me to wait till monday and see if i get it by then but, i haven't. if i don't received the item thsey will only refund half my money. i have sat here everyday till my mail came and i did not get the itemyet and it is well over the 7 to 10 days. i'm on a fixed income and only receiving half my money it not exceptable. can yous please help me. because of of this i only have about 17.00 dollars to get me through to the second wednesday of May.

yea they did me the same thing i dont know how they can just take money out of your account yea. i did the same got the RGA# and i called the 1/866/882/1281 number and now that number dont work then i got another number [protected] and i called it and this lady name alaine ext 526 said i would get my refund in 24 hours that was last wed 0n the first i call to day and they tell me it will be 30 days this has been going on 4/27/2009 sam address as the lady above

I had the same problem, they even said they sent me two bottles but for some reason I never received either one. When I call to ask to speak with a manager they wouldn't let me. They said they would send me another bottle and I would get to keep it and I wouldn't get my money back. If I want my money back I would have to wait for the original bottle. I really don't see that happening. To bad nothing is ever going to happen to this company. They are just going to continue the same old scam.

AcaiX3 Unauthorized charges

I saw an advertisement on my e-mail web site for a sample of ACAIX3 in return for payment of postage. I agreed to pay the postage in return for the sample. Since receiving the sample my credit card has been charged for their product which I neither ordered or received. I called them when I received the sample because there was a note in there indicating I would be charged for and receive future shipments. They indicated they would issue a credit to my credit card, and as of today no credit has been issues.

This company fraudulently charged my account $88.55 . They never sent my trial product. They stated they had no physical adress for me. They were asked why they did not contact me via email...silence on the line. They refused to credit me for the product and trial I never received. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and he refused stating a supervisor would not come to the phone. All the while, I had my bank conferenced in to here this conversation. The nice banker interjected that she would immediately open a fraud claim and that the merchant was unwilling to be of help. The banker was confident that she could reverse the fees, but it takes time. I had to cancel my debit card and play the waiting game all because acaix3 is shady!
I want the world to know that this company is fraudulent! DO NOT fall for it.

I order the free trial of Acaix3 for 2.95 was charged immediatly, then about week later the 88.95 was charged to my account it's a month later and i still have not recieved the product and they claim they sent it out. I called numerous times and they give me the same excuse till the last phone call i cussed the person out, because she said there is no manger or supervisor to speak with, I canceled my order weeks ago, still no product, I will never order anything online again . For those whoa r reading this do not purchase anything from this company.

Asked for free sample of Dietary supplement for 30-day trial, was charged for S/H and did not receive free sample until 2 weeks later, meanwhile, according to them, the tral period had been reduced to 10 days and started the day I was charged for the S/H. i was charged $88.55 and a day later $72.21. If I ever receive the $88.55 shipment I have to return it to them for full (?) refund. How about the $72.21? I have contested charges with my C/C company and my State's Attorney General. These people have to be put out of business and prosecuted for mail fraud.

The phone number that I have is [protected]. Your bank can try and put a stop of the debit to your checking account. Customer service very unhelpful and the 4 people that I talked to, didn't speak English very well. Why is the company still able to steal our money?

Despite all problems with debits the products do not work as advertised and cause stomach pains and other side effects.

To all.
do not wait for refund and extra debita and USPS charge for RGA/RMA, call your credit card and dispute the charges if you used a debit card go to your bank and ask to cancel the card and get a new one.
What are you wait for?

i only wanted a trial of acai. next thing i know over 80.00 was pulled from my checking account. they didn't send any sales slip or any phone number or address where i could get ahold of them to cancel. i don't want to have to cancel my checking account but i may have to.

AcaiX3 I want to cancel my order

I ordered this product based on the advertisement it provided along with a colon cleanser product that was offered with the same advertisement. I contacted the company after I completed the product(colon cleanser) to tell them to cancel my order. The company number provided on the insert no longer deals with the colon cleanser. I was able to track down another customer service number, xncld my order and they provided me with a confirmation number. Why would the insert provide a number for a company that no longers handle their product? I thought this was the number for both products being when I received the ACAIx3 there was no company information listed anywhere---- not on packaging, no inserts at all where enclosed and can't locate them via the web. It redirects me to the same order form. I would like to cancel this order being I have not seen any ---- except for constipation and bloating from this product. I can't xncl any further shipments if I can't locate them. Does anybody have a number to this company that offers ACAIX3? I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello Marie, I think you may be trying the wrong number. The address you have above is not the same address I found. If you scroll up you'll find my email with a phone number that I was able to cancel through. I had rcvd 3 different products when I ordered the acaix3. the other product was a melt away you put in your mouth and it was supposed to aide in weight loss along with a bottle of soemthing else. I forget now. But they came froma different company than that of asaix3. I ussually contact someone at the phone number I have listed above around 12:00-1:00pm. after that it goes into an answer machine saying they are closed. good luck the number I cancelled through was [protected] it appears that someone else also received her cancellation through the same number. all listed above. good luck and I'm so sorry to see that there are soooo many folks in the same situation. I am still getting so many calls on my cell phone --- only because my cell ended up in the company number section some how.

There seems to be an error in my complaint status. In the phone number section of the company name it lists my cell phone number instead of the company number and I can't find a way to fix it. I do't mind the calls because I can provide you with the company phone number. However, please be aware that under Nancy Kaiser and the company name --- the phone number listed is to my cell phone.

In the meantime, I received a phone call from this company asking me if I wanted to receive a free trial sample! Ahha! Gotcha ya! So I got their ear and then she provided me with the following number [protected]. I too received a cancellation number and explained our situation and why so many folks are angry with them. She said that she's heard this before. At least we have 2 phone numbers now. thanks to everyone. Good Luck

IF YOU DON'T ALREADY KNOW, IT IS A SCAM, SO PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP FOR IT AND THEN YOU CAN'T GET IT CANCELLED. NOW I HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM. I POSTED AN EARLIER COMPLAINT AND SOMEHOW MY PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. Acaix3 is a scam of all scams. Received my sample - didn't work. I had some physical reactions to it. Cancelled it. Was charged for two months within 2 weeks. Never received product. Had to search for a number to call because the one I had didn't exist any more. Finally found one on line, called, and was given an oh well attitude and it's all my fault. Very poor service. I didn't even receive the product in the mail so I was charged for air I guess. Operator stated it was sent so I should have received it and that's all there is to it. Don't buy this product. Oprah Winfrey endorses a faulty company. Shame on her.

They offer you a TEN DAY free trial of their product (without telling you that the ten days starts from the date you order it) so by the time you get it in the mail, four days have already gone by.
I called to cancel any further shipments and was given a confirmation number. Three weeks later I receive a new shipment and a charge on my credit card for $88.50 When I called to complain they said they had no record of my cancellation and I was over the 30 days so I could not receive my credit (again it wasn't 30 days but they count from the day I called to order the product).
If you ask to speak to a supervisor, SORRY SUPERVISORS DO NOT TALK TO CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE, (wonder why).
My suggestion is BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They lie about the terms and conditions of the guaranteed refund.
Also THE PRODUCT DOESN'T EVEN WORK, SO DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
If you think I'm exaggerating about this, just take a look at all the other complaints against this company and its product. I am not the only one who was dupped into their lies.

I ordered the free try it then I decided that I did not want to take something I was unsure of so I cancelled the product with the one phone number they ave me when they called to set up the shipping. They said both were cancelled and I went off of that. Today I received the product and not only did I get charged for something I was told was cancelled they shipped me a product that had the top broken off and pieces of the white plastic inside the bottle with the medicine. I told they customer sales person, operator 12172, that this was very poor customer service and bad product that I was given one phone number to call and I called that number was told that it was cancelled and whe said oh well that was not the right number.
As you can see from thephotos below the product still has the protection seal on it and it is broken. That is the way I recieved a product that you take. he product that I cancelled with in 7-10 days like I was told to do if I did not want the products with the only number that was provided for me to call.
I do not feel I should pay for a product hat I cancelled and if we continue to let these business' get away with it our money go for nothing but product and services we cancell and they continue to give us and they do not care.

First I was charged for a "Free Trial Offer" and then the shipments kept coming, even though I refused them. Now I am told I had to get a return authorization number--EVEN THOUGH THEIR PHONE NUMBERS ARE NOT ACCURATE. I finally got a phone number off this complaint site that worked [protected] and now have a cancellation number. So far their "free trial offer" is going to cost us $265.65 and the Company says I cannot do anything about it. How is that for doing business?

I do make a mistake order online and give out credit card # on shipping charges for the first time that after the trial bottle, they charge me the first bottle with full price 88.55 that I call back and cancel and told me to return the bottle once I received to get a refund. From April21 till now, I still not getting my full bottle, but they already withdraw the money, this toll free # on my account, call and told me that they are third party, do not handle refund, unless, i give them the package back, how can I send something that I never received it. ACAI IS cheating and not honest to customer, their customer service is just a third party person do not care or help you at all...what kind of services, trial bottle with 15 pills which is not helping you at all...

I never ordered this product. I am not sure how they recieved name and/or address. When I tried to contact them regarding the trial sample that I was sent I could not find any contact information. I eventually found some numbers on the complaint website and called both [protected] and [protected], both customer care reps that I spoke with were from the same third party company. I was informed that they did not have any account information for me and weren't sure why I recived the product, but were certain that due to the lack of billing information that I would not receive any charges for it. I will keep my eyes open just in case, but BEWARE. Obviously this is a SCAM. They had no contact information that came iwht the product and if you can't reach them it is most definately a scam.

Three days after receiving "free" sample, ACAIx3 charges my account $88.55 for the next supply. After they instantly help themselves to my money, I call to cancel future shipments and ask for details on returning product for $88.55 credit. Upon receiving that shipment, I follow all instructions to return for credit, save my Post Office info and tracking, find they receive the return on May 8th. On May 12th I speak to Melanie who tells me credit issued on May 11th, takes 10 business days to credit account. In 3 follow up calls I am told, credit issued on 11th, I should ask my bank where the credit is. Upon asking to speak to a supervisor, I am told that supervisors do not speak to customers! Not good business, nor is LYING, SCAMMING, and STEALING MONEY FROM HARD WORKING PEOPLE. Finally I had my bank manager call because supervisor would speak to the bank but not actual customer. Supervisor ERIN tells us there is "misunderstanding" re: date return was recieved and date credit was issued. CLEARLY these people have horrendous business practices and they are scammers. WARNING! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a "free" trial of the Acaix3 on 4/10/09. As of 4/21/09 I had still not received anything, but yet was charged $88.55. When I called their office on 4/27/09 I was told that I was charged because I didn't cancel my subscription after my 1 week "free" trial. I informed them that I hadn't received anything to try, therefore I demanded a refund. I was told that since the next bottle had already been shipped out a day prior that when I received it then I was to return it and then they would refund me my money. It is now 5/11/09 and I have not received anything. I just called them again to inform them and to demand my refund since I haven't received ANYTHING so how am I supposed to return a bottle to get my refund when I don't have it! I was told that there was nothing that they can do and they would not refund my money. I am currently filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Sent for a free trial of ACAIX3, finally received it after the trial period with no invoice of information about them. Got on the website in which I ordered from clicked on the terms and conditions contacted the number it gave to cancel the order. When I spoke with a customer service agent, she told me that she had no record of any of my information and that the FWM Laboratories, Inc doesn't distribute or have anything to do with the ACAIX3.

AcaiX3 Fraudulent charge

Spoke to cs @ 11:10 a.m. EST (company is in Mtn Time Zone) on 4/20/09 at Acai Fulfillment Center @ #[protected] and spoke to Rachel, employee #12068 (she would not give her last name). I told her I wanted a complete refund for the $88.55 which was charged erroneously on 4/16/09. I didn’t receive my trial bottle till Monday, 4/13/09. Rachel stated that the trial period was for 10 days and I should have received my bottle by 4/8/09. I told her there was no contact info on website and she stated the “terms and conditions” has a telephone number and the email address might not be the best way to contact them. She gave me the address of Acai Fulfillment, 405 East/12450 South, Ste I, Draper, Ut 84020. Write RETURN #: [protected]. I have, also, cancelled all other orders for this product and was given the confirmation cancellation #[protected]. I was told as soon as the bottle is received, I need to send the bottle back with the Return # above-referenced and will receive the full $88.55 credit within 7-10 business days. Call ended on 4/20/09 @ 11:16 a.m. EST. Let's see if I get my refund. I am going to the post office to present "mail fraud" and internet fraud initiation will be on going. Hope this helps you.

I have been trying to contact this company since june 20, 2009, regarding some bogus charges against my debit card. No one will call me back. I had a charge of $88.50 + a $25.00 nsf charge billed to me on june 19, 2006; i had a charge of $88.50 + a nsf charge billed to me on july 8, 2009. Both charges are unauthorized. They have caused my rent check to bounce and i don't have any extra funds to replace these charges. I want, and i need these charges deposited back to my account today. I do not have any of their products and i have not spoken to anyone since may 2009, the first time that it happened. This is against the law and i will be pursuing these bogus charges legally. This is a scam that they are probably pulling on thousands of people. I am very upset that they have put me in a bind.

Started as a pop-up for free trail bottle of product, pay shipping only $2.79 Never received trial bottle, but was charged the $2.79 10 days later was charged another $88.55 called to find out why I could be charged for this product when I never even received the trial one. This started on April 10th and to this date May 26th, I have never received a thing and I'm told I will not receive a refund without returning the product. How do I return something I did not receive . I have tried everything to get my money back. I suppose the next thing is a civil suite? I wish someone from this company would respond to me.

received a free trial of 30 capsules (15 day supply). Item came without any information inside...cannot contact the company to cancel because there is no information inside. Now I have received the next bottle that is being charged to my debit card. The only information that I now have is the address on the outside of the package which may not even be the correct address. I want to stop these shipments and return the onopened packages that I have received. I did find this online site but I do not know if they will respond...they are unoped when I call them. I am going to cancel my debit card today so I will get no more charges, but I also want my money refunded.

I orderd this then canceled, was told there was no charges that i would recive, the next day my debit card was charged and a over draft fee. I was then on the phone for over an hour talking to customer service and all they could do was appologize . no action was taken place on their side, they said i would have to wait till i recived the product then mail it back at my cost then i would get refund. they said the total process could take up to 3 weeks and i am still out my over draft fee. All this after a rep said i was not going to get charged. they told me they would talk to her, big deal is she going to cover my fees?

I placed an order for this product on 4/9/2009. to this day i havent received anything. No free trial nor the bottle that they have charged my account for. I have spoken to Bobby who supposedly works for the company and he couldnt seem to give me many answers, but claimed that thier terms state that it takes up to 3 weeks for the trial period to get to me. I find that hard to believe. I would hope that somebody can do something about this company. This is just wrong and i cant believe that this company cant be fined or sued for taking all of our money and not delivering us our product, that we have already paid for. I did cancel all future shipments but it is 4/28 and i have yet to recieve anything. i will be placing a call to my credit card and there company tomorrow and demand my money back or a credit to my account.

On 4/25/09 I was charged $88.55 to my Checking account. From that time up til 7/1/09 I have tried to get my refund. They had told me that it would take 30 days from the time it was posted on that account to recieve my refund. I gave it a little more than 30 days before I made another phone call. This time I am to check my email and that would tell me about my refund, but I was to give it a couple of hours. This was the morning on 7/1/09. That evening I still hadn't recieved any email so I call back just to hear the same story. I figured it being the holiday that it would be pointless to call and try to get something done. On 7/6/09 I will make another phone call to see what kind of response that I get. My $88.55 is hard to come by and I can't get my refund from this phone call then I will take it a step futher.

I signed up to try this product. They sent me a bottle in early April. I opened it, thinking it was the sample bottle. It contained 60 capsules. I was going to cancel, then received another bottle in the mail, which was the 30 day supply. So I called the company customer service. I told them that I opened the bottle that I had received first thinking it was the trial. She said no problem and to just send back either bottle. So I waited about a week and called to find out the status of my refund. I was told that since I had opened the first bottle (apparently the monthly supply) that they would not issue me my refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They refused to speak to me. So I am out 88.55 because of their fraudulent actions. I got the companies address in Reno, Nevada. It is ACAIX3, 6100 Neil Rd, Suite 500, Reno, 89511. I am willing to drive their from California to get my money back. I know I will loose money on the deal, but these guys are crooks and need to be stopped.

Never ordered product! Seems as though I was passed on by pyrity 12 and reservatrol ultra. I life out of the country and only accepted the trail offer on the reservatrol and purity. Unfortunitaaly I didnt read the small print! I returned 2 months later and after trying all the numbers finaly got a cancellsation with the ordered product. Did not even try them, just didnt like the way they swindle money from obviuosely thr middle aged and older looking for help. Just discovered this site trying to find numbers to cancell the acaix3 crap, hope I can. FLASH, FLASH BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! YOU SUBMIT A CARD NUMBER AND THEY REFUSE IT, SO YOU TRY ANOTHER AND IST ACCEPTED. hA ha THEY KEEP THE REFUSED NUMBER AND TRY TO USE IT LATER! BEWARE

we need to do something about this situation, acaix3 is just a scam to get your money. they charged my account without me receiving the product, then when i called them they came with terms and conditions, bla, bla, 10 days from time of order, bla, bla. i kept telling her i did not get the order how was i going to cancel it. but nothing. i called to get a refund then she said it was over 30 days. if i never got the product how is it going to be over 30 days? they do not want to refund my money. please tell everyone not to sign for this product!

I ordered the free trial of ACAIx3 and received recently. In trying to cancel there were no numbers provided. I went on line and the number provided was the incorrect number. I called and the representative indicated that they were not part of the ACAIx3 or any product they offered and that they were trying to take care of the problem. When I asked for a number to call all they could suggest was BBB... they were rude, quick to speak their innocence in the matter and hung up. I went back on the web for numbers to no avail. I will be charged 88.plus within a few days because a cancellation number in non existant. This is crazy and illigal advertising. What can I do?
