acaia / cannot reach company to cancel

I had a trial sent to my home. I tried it for the full month and lost no weight at all, not one pound. I received a second bottle in the mail before the 14 day initial trial period was even over. I sent it back unopened and wrote, "refused - cancel" on it. I figured that would be enough to be cancelled and lo and behold, another bottle was shipped to me! I sent that one back the same as the last one. When I called Bank of America and explained that I could not get in touch with these people they stated they could make record and it could take 6-8 weeks to get the charges off of my account but meanwhile if they sent any further product they could not block my account for payment. The trouble is that I only have a $200.00 available credit left on that account and if they keep this up they can send me into overcharges on that card, affect my credit, and cause my percentage rate to go up on that card. All for what looked like a safe bet with their money back guarantee that you had to lose weight with their product and you could cancel at any time!

    My credit card keeps getting a recurring charge that I did not order.I have called my credit card company about it but it is hard to track down this company
