Acai X3 rip off! don't order EVER!

I also made the huge mistake of ordering a free sample. I just found a charge of $78.53 from Wellness Labs. I called [protected] and was put on hold for 15 minutes while the rep "verified" some information. The policy, as he explained it to me, is this. Once you place an order for a free sample, you have 19 days to return the product and cancel the account. Your free sample is a full 30 day supply, which they never make clear in the first place. According to the rep, I placed the order for my "free sample" on Sept. 30. I received the product on Oct. 6. The free trial begins Sept. 30, irregardless of the fact that I don't have the product in my possession until a week later. At any rate, I called the company, cancelled my account, and am sending the "free sample" back. They will give you a cancellation number, an address to send the product too, and a return number. It's bad enough that you have to pay your own return shipping. After you've sent the stuff back, they will send you a confirmation email, at which time, you call back to the 866 number and then they refund your money which takes 5-7 business days. This is not worth the hassle. Want to try Acai and Colon Cleanse? Live Better! Wal-Mart!

My story is exactly the same, except - I have never received my money back. I've been calling few more times, they always asked for more information and numbers etc, wondering why I have not my money back yet. Finally I decided to write a letter, mailed it by certified mail. Within 2 weeks the letter came back with note "not known"
Did you get your money back?

Acai X3 diet pills

I order a sample at the end of march and did not know that you had to cancel or they will charge your credit card and mail you out more pills. April 15, 2009 my card was charged 88.55 for something I did not want I called and cancelled and then returned the product to them. I am stilling wanting for my refund and I still get the same run around and there is no one that you can speak with. Not only do I not have my money but I do not have the product either. HOW IS THAT RIGHT

Acai X3 NEVER COULD CANCEL

I ordered a free trial for 2.95 NEVER got it... then tried several times to cancle my "order" and could never get ahold of anyone! the number you are "supposed" to call to cancle during your trial time is not real and they will tell you that they done have an account for you which is a lie anyway... the reason being is because they do not give you the right number the number you have to call is [protected] the web site for Acai x3 is bull! I believe the website is something like www.securecarte.com (something along those lines) however they trick you just do not even order anything online with ANY of these companies ... For a good quality company that dose not try and screw you over just to make money is NATURES SUNSHINE It is a good site you have to become a member which is free i believe and they have no free trials because they are a Great company!

I registered for a free trial for ACAI X3 and Green Tea through another company. The company that offered the tea called me asked if I wanted hoodiawater and acai for 50 cents per bottle to try. I agreed. I pormptly recieved the bottles began using them and just didnt set well with my stomach! LOL so I emailed the company and canceled... I never recieved word that they did in fact cancel instead an email begging me to stay which I replyed no thanks. Well in the mean time I recieved another bottle of acai but this says X3... no invoice nothing just a pamphlet on how to use. well than I get a charge on my card for $87some! I called the original company that sold me all that.. they didn't do it. They were actually insulted I blamed them. So I call the number thats on the bank statement. I would finally get someone they say hi and I said yes I have an unauthorized charge... lost connection all sorts of weird prompts... imagine an automated phone system tuned into the radio and you are constantly flipping radiostations with random tid bits, music or just static... and than Id finally get someone else... 5 times doing this, and immediatly mentioning unauthorized charge.. I finally got someone that completely apathatic to the point of accusing and than had the nerve to ask me to not cancel and recieve further product at 50%! I just no found out walgreens carries what they try to sell you for almost $100 for $9 for 60 caps. They royally screwed me and caused me 3 overdraft fees because of their charge, and I dont have a job to make the money to pay off my acccount let alone afford bills. If you go class action let me know jhonshaw@gmail.com.

I also purchased this product for $2.79 although they billed my credit card for $2.82. Then they billed me an additional $88.00 in 2 weeks without authorization. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, and am looking for any and all websites that I can let people know of this scam. The company name as appeared on my credit card was Topbody Cleanse, the 800 number hung up on me over 3 times before I finally spoke to an individual, who was very unhelpful. I also want to warn you of Wellness Labs (nutra pure) tablets that I supposibly purchased for $3.75, then they billed me $90.20 for these. They of course do not take back the product and offer no refunds. I also reported them to the BBB, although I wish I had looked up the company first, it already had 11 complaints. I told both of the representatives that answered the phone, they should be ashamed to work for such dishonest people, and business practices. I am left with countless NSF fees, because of an unexpected $172.20 coming out of my checking account as well as the fact that my husband is furious with me for purchasing anything online. NEVER AGAIN Please be warned of these crooks.

Acai X3 Acai x3 overcharging bank accoutn

I ordered the 14 day free trial for only $2.97 shipping. This amount was taken out on 4/20/09, then on 4/29/09 they charged my account $88.55, without my knowledge or concent. (Causing me an overdraft fee of $25). I tried to call the toll free # on the terms and conditions page, they said they do not support this product. Thanks to some more complaints on Yahoo I found this # above. I am going to try to call them on MOnday. I think this needs to be turned to our attorney Generals of each state and to the online fraud units to stop these companies from doing this to other people. I can see you have had many other complaints from this same company. Please help us stop them

Thanks,
Darlene Watson

The number, [protected], is for FWM Laboratory in North Miami Beach, Florida. Apparantly, they are the same company as Real Technology Laboratory, [protected], in Jackson Wyoming. They do this to throw people off.

The number I had previously, [protected], no longer works, I just get an automated system. Is the [protected] number the new substitute? The company I was previously trying to get my money back from was based in Draper UT.

I called the number [protected] back today (June 22, 2009) and found the first person I spoke to lied the other day. This is the correct phone number after all for ACAI x3. After giving the customer service person (Erica) my full name, I asked her to verify her address at 3007 Greene St., Hollywood, FL, and she did verify it. I was able to then cancel my account and was given a confirmation number. Good luck anyone else who is having trouble with them. I will wait and see now whether or not I get charged anything. I did call within my 15-day trial period.

I suggest that anyone thinking about buying ANYTHING on the internet, look at conpany's website and see if they have included the name of the company, the address and the telephone number. Call the number and see who answers the phone and verify all their information. Ask them what the catch is. Just be very careful. If you are looking to lose weight, you are a prime target.

Acai X3 WOULD NOT LET ME CANCEL

On verifyyourorder it tells you can cancel immediately, after several trys it would not let me do it. I wrote down the phone# and called and be it to my surprise, it was another company. The gal gave me the correct # for verifyyourorder and I called and told them about the occurences and demanded to cancel now. She said I was cancelled but would be charged the $2.79 only and nothing more. We shall see. So I
This should be taken off the internet, it worries me as you use a credit card, something is very shady. I have the name, number and cancellation# I was given. This company is HOKEY!

Acai X3 Not able to cancel

I ordered a trial samle of Acai X3 from a site on the web at securecartcenter.com.

After receiving the trial size, I received a full size (unordered) within 2 weeks. The site says you must cancel before they charge your credit card each month, but their contact site is not a real site. I have been unable to contact them to cancel. The package return address is Real Technology Labs, 970 W. Broadway, Suite 83, Jackson, WY 83001.

I have not been able to find a phone number for them.

i have had the same problem i cancelled my card but they can still take the money out of your account, the best thing to do is open a new account and close the old one then they cant take your money, its not to hard the bank will move all your D/D and S/Os over to the new one, and no matter how you may not want to do this it is the only way to have a good nites sleep. hope this helps, you dont get anything for nothing today there is always a catch, the berry itself is great its the scams that are bad, your local health store will stock them and at half the price, jan xxx

I have experienced the same problem. I ordered the free trial bottle of AcaiX3 and had no way to contact them. I was able to contact Natra Pure Cleanse folks and had it stopped immediately at [protected]. At least they did submit this information with the shipment of pills. However, AcaiX3 folks did not. Very frustrating... I plan to just cancel my bank card and get another...

Acai X3 Couldn't cancel - but I found a way!

I ordered a free trial of Acai x3. I received an email stating that on April 30th I would be charge $88. 85 if I didn't cancel my subscription. The email address to respond to them was bogus. Their website that it directed you to was for a completely different company.

But I finally found this phone number

[protected]

It works. But be persistent! I called every hour yesterday during their business hours and the automated answering service kept saying to call back during business hours. I was really frustrated but then again today I tried again. I was put on hold by the automated answering service so I was afraid the same thing would happen again...but someone did answer and I was able to simply cancel it. They gave me a confirmation # for my canceled order. And I will not be billed on April 30th.

So try that number and be persistent! I hope it works for you like it did for me! I know how frustrating this whole process can be!

The number that this person is saying worked for them is no longer a good number. When you dial the number all you get is a busy singal. I think this whole thing was just a rotten scam! There is no need to try the number because all you get is air and then a constant busy singal. I think these people should serve some serious prison time for this mess!

I have been screwed over by this company too. I spent about three hours on the phone trying to follow up with my refund after I sent the product back that I didn't even want (paid for the postage myself) and have never been so frustrated and angry dealing with a business transaction. At first I was thinking maybe this is just an extremely amateur company with no integrity whatsoever. They have thier angry customers directed to a call center probably based in some other country and thier front men can hardly speak English. When I called to find out why the refund had not gone back to my account they told my "yes the product has been recieved but you didn't call in to get the refund" Then I was supposed to allow a month for the refund to happen at that point. After another month went by I had my three hour fiasco where I was yelling, threatening to put them all out of business, preaching to them about the law of karma, and finally just breaking down and crying. I am a young mother and $90 is a lot of money to me right now. What a mistake. It's almost not even about the money at this point, it's about the pain and suffering these kinds of operations cause people on big and small scales. All these ### should be brought to justice and I will definately be making a complaint with the better business bereau. There has to be someone out there that can get these guys. And if anyone out there has anymore leads please let me know. I am f!@#ing pissed.

I order this product and I was charged the full $ 88.55 within a couple of days when I called to cancel and get my money back I was told it was too late to get a refund since the pills are already shipped but my membership was cancelled. I had to wait for the pills and returned them to the address they provided me with and since April I have been waiting for my refund. I learned from one of their sales person that they were located in the Phillipines. Isn't that something so here I am out of $ 88.55. But I learned a very important lesson through it all. Be persistent because I called today and a lady told me that my refund is being process that she can see it in the computer, I do not know if it's true or not I can only hope and check with them everyday.

To all of you out there keep calling the toll free number [protected] who knows maybe you will be lucky to get your money back. In addition we need to learn our lessons before buying anything from the internet.

I almost fell for the scams too, but I was lucky because after a two to three days of ordering AcaiX3 (online), NatraPure Cleanse (online), and Hyrid 7 diet pill (by phone) free trails. I look up the products that I have ordered and called the customer service of AcaiX3 and NatraPure Cleanse. Hyrid 7 was by phone so I didn't have a wedsite or phone number to call to cancel the order. It did took a while because I had look up sites were i ordered AcaiX3 and NatraPure Cleanse and read the terms and policy and find the phone numbers of each product. AcaiX3 I called about three to four times which I found two different sets of phone numbers for the product. The first number I called was from website where I ordered the AcaiX3 product which is [protected], I called and asked nicely if i had ordered the product form them and if I had an account with them and they said no because they did not have the AcaiX3 product, so I called the second number which is [protected] and I asked the same questions and they said they did have the AcaiX3 product but I did not have an account with them. I also called NatraPure Cleanse [protected]) and I also asked the same questions and I did have an account with them and they have charged me with $3.95 dollars for the free trail. I also asked if I can cancel the next month of NatraPure Cleanse because I didn't want the pills anymore but they said no because I have not revive the pills yet and tried them too. They told me to tried the pills first then call back to cancel if I did not like the NatraPure Cleanse pills before July 4th. Later I called my bank and asked them to see if I my credit card was charged for diets pills and my bank told that I was charged with NatraPure Cleanse and Hybrid 7 was still pending (not charged yet) but not charged with AcaiX3. I asked for the phone numbers of Hybrid 7 and NatraPure Cleanse which had different phone number [protected]) from the one I called before. I then called Hybrid [protected]) and asked if I have an account with them and they said no. So I called back to my bank and told them that I called the Hybird 7 and I did not have an account with the Hybrid 7 company. My bank then told me that I needed to cancel my credit card so I will not be charged with Hybird 7 diet pill because it was still pending. So I am getting a new credit card and I can referred any bills of already charged products form the old credit card to the new credit card. So I was lucky to be charged with only $3.95 for the NatraPure Cleanse free trail and not Hybrid 7 or AcaiX3.
I also have a litte tip for people who want to order free trail pills online.
First- check for scams of the product first.
Second- read the terms and policy or call the product company first and ask about the canceling within the 14 day free trails and canceling after the 14 days free trail.
Third- call your bank and check your credit card for over charges because getting a refund is hard.
Forth- when calling the product companies be clam and patient.
Fifth -ask your credit card bank for help.
Sixth-fix this problem as soon as possible without losing your anger or patient.
Seventh-do not order any more diet pills online or by phone. Free trails are not free.
Eight-lose weight the old fashion way even if it harder and takes a longer time.
Nine-do not feel stupid about yourself because you are not the only one who fell for the same scam trick.

Anyway who ever reads this, I hope I have posted something that can help you if you are going through a similar scam like me and many others out there.

I would advise everyone here to file a complaint, with as much information as possible, with the Better Business Bureau. They definitely get things done. I haven't ordered the free sample, but they somehow got my mobile number and have been calling me at least 4-5 times an HOUR (no exaggeration), sometimes multiple times in a row. If it continues, I will also be filing a complaint.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I have read the terms and conditions and this is not the first time I have tried a product with a similar "catch". However, this is the WORST company I have ever dealt with in terms of trying to cancel.
I haven't been able to get them on the phone even YET...I am on hold as we speak with an automated service that I only finally got through to today.
Their automated service and the web support does not recognize any of my order #s or credit card numbers.
I wish I had found all your guys' comments before I ordered from them.
Seriously...Acai x3 is the WORST company to order from EVER. They completely suck and are scam artists. I have never had such a horrible time...but I will not give up...and they are going to give me a refund on the last month statement because I couldn't get through for a month. And I'm calling the business bureau. I suggest everybody else put in a complaint as well.

Acai X3 Charged after order cancelled

I ordered a product caled acai x3. . A detox supplement, but cancelled the order immediately. However, today, my bank advised me that a charge of $88. 95 was made against my account by durable goods wholesale & mgd. Co. For acaix3 (Which i have not received) . As a result of this charge, my brank account was overdrawn and i have been assessed a further $35. 00 overdrawn fee by my bank!
I cannot contact this firm as no one seems to know who they are, yet they advertise on the web (Cannot find the site now) .

We also were unable to contact the company to cancel before "deadline". My husband called several times before getting through. When he finally got through, he sat several minutes and then was disconnected. We did not receive product for days after "deadline". Went online after the receiving product and typed in name of company. Read too many complaints to count. I did find a telephone number that someone said they had called and actually got to speak with a live person. They gave me a cancellation number and assured me no more charges would be charged to my credit card. I explained that we should not be charged at all. That we did call in plenty of time to cancel, but failed to do so because of their end of the deal. The number is [protected]. Pass this on to others. If you run into the same bad experience, speak up. Otherwise, this will keep happening. They are making money by ripping others off.

Ordered product on a 14-day trail period. Was billed full price for the product before I received it. Has spoken to three different customer service reps in attempting to get my refund only to be told that it was being processed each time. They acknowleged receiving the returned product which I had to send back via "Delivery Confirmation" USPS service at an additional cost. Now when you call the number you are told that no one is available. TRULY A RIP OFF.

Pure scam to order a free sample just pay shipping but if you don't cancel the order that you won't receive before terms you'll be charge 89.31 for your free sample plus shipping fees of 3.95 and some foreign transactions fee of 5.36. So, basically they charged me $100 dollar for my free sample. And, argued with me when I wanted a refund. DO NOT BUY! Basically, this vitamin increased my metabolism by raising your blood pressure dealing with deputing them. If you have already ordered a free sample, my advice to you is call you Credit Card Company and cancel your account and has them reissue a new account to you before more charges show up.

I ordered a trial from Acai X3, for $2.75 a month ago. (not on my credit card, my dad's) I recieved the order a month ago and they called asking if i had recieved it, because they said i didn't. I said yes i did and i do not want to be charged for anymore. They never said ANYTHING about needing to cancel or that it would be sent monthly.
I was sent another order today! I don't know how much i was charged since my dad hasn't told me anything strange about it. i will check tonight when he comes home. BUT, if i was charged $88.95 like everyone else, then how can i get my money back?
I've called the [protected], i put in my creditcard number to cancel (stupid!). then i called [protected] and some guy with an accent so hard to understand, asked me for my last 6 digit of my cc number and my name but they didn't find me in their system. He gave me [protected], i called and the phone said it was not a bonafide number.
The package sent was from 3007 Greene St. Hollywood FL [protected]. F*cking kidding me right? I asked that guy where is YOUR ACAI X3 from? He's like "Wyoming" THE [censored]?
I don't know what to do, I've learned my lesson, I WILL ask my dad to cancel his car. but I REALLY NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS ANYWAY I CAN REFUND FOR THIS SCAM!

I returned a product to this company for a refund. Customer service said the refund had been processed, but I never got my money back. I had purchased a free trial of Acai X3, and after two weeks was shipped another bottle. My bank account was charged $88.55 for this bottle. I called customer service [protected]) to obtain the address to return the bottle to, because I did not want any further bottles of this product. I shipped the bottle to 405 E 12450th S, Suite I; Draper, Utah 84020 (just in case any of you live nearby and want to check this place out-maybe someone there has some answers, but I doubt it). By the way, the BBB has another address of 6100 Neil Rd Suite 500; Reno, Nv 89511. The product arrived and was signed by a guy named Nash, per UPS tracking. After a week, I called customer service to inquire about the refund. They told me that the refund had been processed and that it takes 7-10 days to show up in my account. I called back again after that time period had gone by to inquire about the status of the refund because it still had not been credited back into my account. The customer service agent told me that the refund had been processed on his end and that there was nothing else that he could do and that I would have to contact my financial institution. He also stated that he only handled customer service for the company and did not have a telephone number in order for me to call the company directly to try and work this out. I asked to talk to a supervisor so that I could ask for the company's phone number and was told "no, I already told you what what you have to do."

I was sent to this site as it was represented on an ad from craigs list as a weithtloss study with acai x3 and ever since have recieved alot of spam and telemarketers calling me. This cannot be a very reputable company if they immediately sell you information to all these marketing companies and don't even ask permission. Now I have to put up with this annoying stuff and constantly keep telling these companies not to contact me. I feel I have been taken advantage of and hope this can be stopped.

Beware it is not a free trial as I just found out and was charged 64 dollars so make sure you read everything as right here you see nothing that says their will be a charge. I am disable and extremely expenseve medication and their was no way this person I talked to would return my money. I did not authorize them to take out the 64 only the 2.79 for the so called free trial so beware I still have the whole bottle left and they would still not return my money the lady I talked to today said she could under some circumstances but not this so please beware !
