The exact same thing just happened to me. I never received the
sample, and today I received my bank statement, and they
had withdrawn $87.13 for my "order." I called the number listed and
waited on the line for a while, then found out that I was supposed to
"cancel" if I didn't want the full bottle. I never received one email
from them, no sample, nothing to "cancel." She said my sample and
the full order was shipped "today." I told her to cancel my "order"
and refund my money. I received a confirmation number, but I'll
see if I get it back. If not, I think we should file some kind of class
action fraud suit against this company. They are ripping people off!

I've experienced the same thing. Took my shipping and handling for trail bottle, never received it. Charging me the $88.00 +.
Tell me I didn't cancel within the 14 days (called them on day 15). Didn't care that I had never received trial.
Refused to refund money. Put in a cancel order for future orders but could not tell me if anything would be delivered.
    I want my money back.

I did receive the free-trial bottle, but on the same day that the charge went to my account...seems that the fine print which is right there says that the 14 days of the free trial starts the day of the order. Okay, see the problem: it takes 14 days for it to get to you, so you don't stand a chance. I have called and called and get the same robot-like responses from whomever it is answering their phones. They cannot connect you to the "refund department" which is supposedly going to send me an RMA so I can return the bottle because they are in communication only by e-mail, and there is no phone number to give me to contact the "refund department" on my own. I am not ready to give up calling them even if it is just to annoy them, but I think I can forget about getting my refund. I actually asked the person who answers the phone if there were many phone calls like mine, and doesn't it seem a bit suspicious, and I got absolute silence. It's as if she were programmed not to respond to such inquiries. It was a little uncomfortable, but it is so unscrupulous, even if they are doing just what they said that they would...who ever heard of the trial period beginning before the product was even in hand? I feel violated.

I had the same experience. My trial period was 21 days. I called 2 days before expiration. I had not received any product since my order. They said they had the wrong address in their database. I had to wait over one hour on hold on the phone, listening to some brain washing weight loss tips.
Once on the phone, I explained my situation, tried to cancel the whole thing but it was not possible, they proposed to ship it again, at the proper address and then I would ship it back to them right away. They proposed to reimburse half of the $79.90 at the expiration date (2 days from now), then would refund once they receive the product back. I argued that this entire thing made no sense at whole and we would both save money canceling now but they refused, saying that this was not part of the guideline directions they had (the phone support person). I tried to talk to someone else, get company name and a direct number to call with, of course, no luck.

I hope I will receive the product this time, early enough so I will be able to ship it back for a full refund.

This entire thing is a scam, regardless of what the product sold is. Even if the product has some kind of magic property, the selling mechanism should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I received my sample bottle within the following week. It shipped from Fl, and I'm from CA. Only problem I had was the server timing out while placing the order which charged me an extra $2.00 but I was able to contact the people who were selling it. Though they did not reverse the charge, they still seemed helpful. I was able to call my bank (Bank of America) and have the claim re-credited to my account. Whether the product works or not I have yet to find out, but everything was smooth and i was able to cancel my subscription when I called them (the day I received the sample!) this has been helping people. http://www.acaihealthtest.com/acai-berry.php?t202id=3825&t202kw=acai%20berry

Acai berry really does work but you just have to look out for the scams. good luck. cheers!

I have been scamed by this company!!! I noticed an unauthorized charge on my bank statement of $87.13. I called the number on my statement as well that was no longer in service, and did find the real number online, which is 1-866-949-0138. I complained about this unauthorized charge, and they read back to me my email address, home address and such and when I "supposedly" made the online purchase. I was floored!! Because I never made any online purchase, and I did stress this to them. I then realized that somehow, I have been scammed!! Anyway, I canceled whatever account they had with my info, and they told me they were going to put in a request with the refund department for the refund, and that It can take 30 days before recieving an email from them (refund email address is fwmcancelation@gmail.com). I also spoke with my bank and changed my account numbers, which was done immediately. It is almost 30 days and have not recieved any emails yet. I can't beleive I was scammed. Oh.. Did I forget to mention "I NEVER DID RECEIVE ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM"!!! Those M.F's need to be brought down!!

We need to get together and put out an action suit against them. Same thing, let's unite! Has anyone had any success in discovering about this fraud company?

The same thing here...no free trial was ever sent to me, however, they sure debited my account for $79.95. I had to cancel my debit card in order for future debits to not go through from their company. And I cannot get a refund because nobody will answer my emails and the phone number I have just goes to a voice mailbox. I never thought I could be scammed, but I guess now I know better than to order from companies like this. It's ridiculous the money they are getting away with!

For me they have sent me a trail pack but its manufacturing date is 2000-01-23. That is more then 9 years. and expiry date is not in readable condition. I think it is already expired 7 years back.

I do not know how and what to do to get my money back (USD 19.99)?

I ordered a free trial of Acai Elite for 5.95 shipping. I did receive the product but was ignored by the company when I tried to cancel my order with in the trial period. I finally tracked down a phone number for Vital Health Star (the company my bank had who took the shipping charges out) and called. I spoke to customer service and cancelled my order as well as requested return information for the trial bottle. I was told I would receive the return instructions as well as my cancellation confirmation within 24-48 hours. Instead I received this information 5 days later AFTER they billed my account 79.95, stating that I had not cancelled within the 15 days. I placed the order on 4/10 and spoke with customer service on 4/22. I had also sent them about 9 e-mails from 4/10-4/24 requesting cancellation. This is a huge scam, these people ignore you til they charge you and then try to make it look like you didn't cancel in time. I just mailed back the bottle and am awaiting a refund... wonder how long that will take. I am going to dispute the charge through my bank.

I ordered a trial and within 3 days they took a further £58.88. They agreed to refund and I returned the pills with proof of posting. No refund and now they have taken £68.18 for continued enrollment.
This is fraud and there should be some way of everyone being compensated.

I actually did recieve my trial bottle however it was supposed to be a "free" trial bottle "just pay shipping and handling" well I've never known of a tiny bottle of pills costing $79 to ship. Luckily my bank caught it and I canceled the card so the company can charge and charge and charge some more won't get that $79 from me.

I got a spam in my yahoo instant messenger advertising this product but somehow they posted it into the link of one of my contacts so that it looked like the recommendation was coming from one of my friends when in fact it is a huge hoax. My contact on yahoo messenger did not send me this recommendation and knew nothing about it.

when I try to trace where it comes from it is unavailable but they pretended to be an acquaintance by using his logon account.

I received an IM from a MSN Messenger contact which claimed that she had lost 20 pounds using these pills. She never sent me the message, they either get access to your contacts or infiltrate your computer and paste their web address on the message. I did fall prey to their scam. I ordered the pills, they sent me a couple of emails, but they never sent me a phone number to cancel membership. I had to contact the credit card company, cancel my credit card, and am fearful they will stead my identity. Don't fall prey to them like I did. It's a company from China, they can't even spell or communicate in English well. I received the product in a cheap carton package. The bottle has a cheap sticker on it, I'm afraid to try the pills.

    HI,

    I am from Singapore.
I too felt that I have been scammed...
I received a declined order e-mail stating that the customer service will contct me & the next few days...they sent an email stating it is successful.

Below is the e-mail I received:

This is an automatic email to let you know that your
    order has been unsuccessful.

    Your Email: XXXXXXXXXX
    Your Order ID: 310233

There may be many reasons for this declination, such as:

    1. Incorrect credit card details, such as card number, or CVV
    2. Incorrect billing address/name submitted
    3. Credit card requires pre-authorization from the bank to approve the purchase

Our customer support staff will be sending you an e-mail shortly, and will be in contact with you to verify your order details.

You are also welcome to resubmit your order online at:

    http://www.comeseer.com/

or e-mail our customer support staff for further clarification by using the CONTACT US form on the website.

    Best Regards

    Customer Support
    Acai Elite

I felt cheated. They never contacted me on this matter. The website cannot be used also.

Thanks to this forum here. I immediately cancelled my debit card before they made the move.
Is that any way we can put a stop to this nonsense by them or an online petition to all who have been cheated by them to the ministry which can put a stop to them.

    Thanks.

Similar like most of the cases here, I got a msg from one of my contacts on my MSN list who I did no talk for quite a while. Msg advised how powerful Acai Elite made on reduce weight and also provided the link to get trial for free of course. You won't know how much final S&H charge will be till you get the page of order confirmation. After reviewing all these complaints I know what happened. The worest is even your credit card company asked to you provided the dox for whole process you can't as you don't have any. On another hand this site/company got all your info including your credit card info. The credit card company advised they can't make sure if they can cancel further amount this company try to claim as you provided your credit card details at first place. Yes, what a nightmre and it happens everywhere in the world now!

i have the same story! i never received my trial package then i received an email saying since i never returned the remainder of the trial that they would be sending me the product for 87.13. i immediately called the number and they said my name was nowhere in their database and that i would not be charged and not to worry. low and behold i got charged. i decided i had been scammed and that i would just eat the money but the next month i got charged again and ended up having to change my credit card number.
