I, like many of you ladies, recieved a charge of $4.95 on my bank account but it was under web access along with an 866 # so after some research online reading many of your stories I decided to call the # [protected]) and they answered right away said customer service may I help you & I told them what happened & he put me onhold for about 5 mins then transfered me to a lady who said I was automatically signed up for a secrets & insiders club that was a monthly charge. I asked her to cancel it and with in a few mins she cancelled my automatic subscription, make sure you ask for a refund though! I asked her would this money be refunded back into my account & she said well you didnt ask for a refund, so I asked her to please refund my money back into my account & she politely said yes it should be back into your account within 5 to 10 days.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Signed up for 1 free months trial of acai burn and they automatically sent me the next bottle, sharged form my account without consulting me. I am no longer taking the product and do not want it anyway. They should have contact numbers for Australia instead of all US numbers. Postage says it comes from Milperra NSW. I want these transactions to cease immediately
I signed up for a free trial. I paid for postage of US$12.90 but have since had 2 payments of US$86.93 debited from my account. I am unable to find a number I can dial from NZ to contact the company.
Any help appreciated.

I have Requested The AcaiBurn products to Be cancelled and they havn't heeded to my request.I demand that they give me a full refund and the money to be returned to my bank account immediantley.

I have had this company. I spoke to a person via live email and they told me that if i sent my acaiburn product back within the specified time that i would not be billed anymore. This was four months ago( 7/7/09) and they are still taking money out of my account. How do you stop these people and get my money back. I expressed my product back to a P.O.Box in Sydney. Please help me
Signed up for acai burn trail, which should have been free, IT WAS NOT. After canceling the acaiburn, different companies charged my account, they are VH Access, Kitaccess, Access member, Ezykit, Elitepack and Health member. These are all the same companies which trade under differnet names to fraud your accounts. You must cancel them A.S.A.P as you will not get these charges back. I bought the free trial for about 15$ but never got the product. Now, thursday the 12 of november, i got billed 93, 49 for no reason. Can i get my money back?
If you ordered some acai burn and didn't sign up for the E-book, they will take payments even if you have cancelled the acai burn free trail.
The numbers to call are, [protected] or [protected], this is where you can cancelled the Health member, VH access, Kitaccess there are not easy people to talk to and they refuse any credits.

hello i wanted to know why am i getting charged $87.13 for an bottle of diet pills when i order them only for $1.95 for it to come to me this the second charge on my bank statement I want to know answers! either let me and my husband know how we can get it off or we will start talking to our lawyer asap!
I was told that I would be given a free 15 day trial of the product. They said that if I wanted to cancel all i needed to do was call a number and everything would be fine. So I called the number and cancelled only to be informed that I was going to be charged an additional 75 dollars for the "free" 15 day trial. It's the biggest load of crap I have ever heard. Now I want my money back.
Did anybody ever get anywhere getting their cancellation of orders acknowledged with this company? I have recently fallen victim and I need some serious help.
I have had sums of money debited to my credit card that are unauthorised. I have returned products and not recieved refunds for it. I have contacted the Company Tel no: [protected] and cancelled by subscription I will now have to wait to see if this is effective.

I ordered the Acai Burn pills because they were stated to have been endorsed by Dr. Oz. I found out he does not endorse the product and it doesn't work!
I got a 30 day free trial, not a free product that I had to cancel in 14 days. They charged my account approx. 25 day later for 59.88. I thought the charge was for the 2nd bottle which I was OK with but I don't even get product, I just paid for the product I thought was free. Here is their phone number . Only ordered the trial sample bottle, NOTHING else, much to my surprise, I find that I have been charged $58.76 twice. I did not agree to any of this. Today I called and spoke with a rep from their company, and Was told I had to send the trial bottle back at my expence, after receiving this, then they would credit my card for the amount taken. I will let all know if this happens, if not I'll go to the BBB, see if they can help.
i would not like to receive any more of the acai burn or your colon clenser, i will be making my bank aware that i do not want any money taken out my bank for these items
These people said they you could do a free trial for just postage and packing the goods made me very ill were returned to sender who has continued to take unauthorised sums of money from my account to date over £100, when my credit card notified me I tried to contact them but to no avail. I have had to stop all non pin access to my credit card. These people have put me to a major inconvenience.

Although I cancelled the product within 7 days and returned the unused product, I continue to get charges on my credit card. I have confimation numbers proving I called over a month ago and still charges which were supposed to be reversed were not. Dr. Oz needs to stop hawking this product. This is Fraud
I noticed i was not the only one complaining about the advertising, deceptive advertising, practices of this company.
Question is, what is being done to get the word out and get us our money back. Complaining is good, but to what end...they don't even try to accommodate us at all...
What is being done to stop this FRAUDULENT company, Acai Burn? I signed up for a free sample and understood that I was only to pay for shipping and handling - around $7.00. Within 10 days I have a charge of $130.00 on my Visa account. I've tried several times to call the cancellation number that I found on line, but its always busy. How do I stop these ridiculous charges?
i applied for a free sample and paid the asked amount of around five dollars (australian), then i received what seemed to be a life time supply and they keep taking my debiting my credit card account every month and i didn't ask for a subscription, the amount they are taking is quite a lot and very frequent.
Contacted them to cancell my free trial and they told me i was not on there records. They have continued to take the money out of the account.

I ordered a 14 day trial then they duplicated my account and charged me for both products after I had already sent them back. Customer service said I wouldnt be charged for anything and what do you know they still charged me. This company is horrible I dont reccomend it to anyone. I repeat its a SCAM I learned the hard way. And its not a trial by the time you get it you have to send it back with no time to try it.

I ordered Acai burn on the 25/3/09, £17.00 has been taken from my account but still no goods. I feel soo stupid, i should of realised. Just contacted my bank and i am sending a letter to male sure no further payments come out. for anyone reading this "PLEASE BE WARNED".

I did not authorize all the extra charges for web access and membership fees. I didn't receive my second months worth on time. When I did receive it the name was "Wy Yi Burn". I called the company and they didn't seem to care. On top of all that it doesn't work as I was lead to believe.
I ordered for the acai burn and it hasnt arrived in over a month now.I was told it would take 4-7 days but no sign of it arriving.I dont leave in the US but thats where i ordered it from.Cant get in touch with anyone and my credit card company have sent me bills already i dont know what to do.Can anyone assit?

I did the $.(5 trial and then called to cancel as the product did not work. A two month supply was deducted from my account with a !.00 charge that was seperate. I called and cancelled again...sent my product back and still have not received a refund. I notice this morning I had another 1.00 charge taken from my account. If you use this porduct...DO NOT give them access to your account.
I tried acaiburn and it did not work at all for me. I not only took that but the cleanse they said worked best with the package. BIG SCAM! NOt only did I not lose weight, it does not give you any energy. I dieted for a month now eating only vegetables and low fat meats, No sugar, exercising my tail off. I did lose 9lbs so far but it has nothing to do with the pills. If I were you. I would not even waste your time or your money.
