I ordered package two which clearly states in the terms and conditions that it does NOT come with a membership and is one time charge, but they signed me up for the weightloss ebook package and insider secret tips package that have a fee every month. after talking to an online chat person she gave me two phone numbers to call to cancel both of those but the numbers dont exist. I then told her that if I could not cancel those I wanted to cancel my entire order. They sent a refund receipt to my email address and hopefully it will not have charged.

Now I have 2, 35.00 overdraft charges too. Im out almost 200.00. Got no where with customer service either. What a scam. Beware dont order free trials of anything on the internet. Once again, it's never free! I ordered the product during the "free" 14 day period. However, I was charged the $59.95 after the 14 day period was up and the automatically sent and charged me another non-refundable $59.95 at the end of the 14 day period because I had agreed to "join" their club. This is a costly mistake that after less than 30 days they can hook your for $120 and get away with it before you cancel. Needless to say I canceled and am ticked off! Did it work? Do they ever? I got sucked into this like every other weight loss helper. Diet and exercise people!

I too was sucked in by this website and have been charged 2 x for the amount of AUS$93.74 without asking for further products.
I managed to cancel the acai burn order (I only wanted a sample!), but just want to let others know you also have to cancel the following, which you mysteriously sign up for! otherwise you will still be paying different amounts to these sites.
World Club Fitness [protected]
Weight Loss Reduction [protected]
They are absolute scammers! thats why the information pages are so long so that you actually skip what they sign you up for, to get to the bottome of the page.
Totally unacceptable to do this to people!

The free trial is "free" for only 14 days and then it converts to a monthly subscription fee, that varies from $58 to $79 dollars per month. You have to return the unused product within 14 days to avoid a charge on your card. They say they will reverse the charge if it is within the first 30 days. I cancelled my "trial" before receiving teh 30 day supply, but I still have to send back the unused portion to avoid the charges. After that cancellation, there are two more phone numbers to call and two more products (magazine subscriptions) to cancel to avoid more monthly charges of $4.00 (approx) and $8 (approx). In addition the monthly fee is charged quarterly or in other words the $240 plus S&H after the first trial month. Expensive. I have gotten ripped off before with these endeavors and I suggest anyone using this website for their product be careful

Also, there hook is to offer the first 100 people $1, 200 to go on this program! Try and get a response to the email! This is the posting on craigslist. Good luck

I ordered a free trial of acai burn and have since recieved two charges to my Debit card, 0ne from wellbhealth [protected] of US $43.81 and another from vibrantbeauty [protected] of US $12.90, i can't afford this, especially at this time of the year, so could you please give me a full refund.

I purchased a 'free trial' where only had to pay USD12.90 shipping (that totalled AU14.45). I did not agree to purchase any product, nor to have any other deductions made on my credit card.

I have since had two deductions for USD87.62 come out of my credit card, one on 17/11/09 and the second one, 7 days later, on 24/11/09. The receivor (Acai Burn) also changed their name on my credit card statement with each deduction, so as to make it difficult to trace them. As this has been my only international transaction however, it was easy to trace the fraud back to them.

Did a trial to try the AcaiBurn product manufactured in Canada. The product is c rap, so I cancelled the subscription that I didn't realise I signed up for. The company have given my card details to another fellow company "Weightmember" who have decided to deduct $10 per month on my CC, just because they can.

DO NOT TRY ACIA BURN OR ANY OTHER INTERNET TYPE TRIAL
If they get your CC details they can do what they like with it & your bank will do F all about it.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LITERALLY SCAMMING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM REASONABLE PEOPLE ALL OVER THE WORLD.

If i could tract them down, (theyre slippery bstards) I'd give them a good hiding. Cancelling my credit card. Fk the banks for not helping.

Scam! do not order any of their products! You order a so called trial offer and they enroll you in their so called membership and bill your credit card $59.95 for this "membership". No further merchandise was received even tho they claim they were sent. Efforts to contact were met with frustration!.

Please do not order from these people, it is a ripoff. I cancelled my order the day after i placed it, I got the pills anyway. Sent them back, with tracking confirmation, so I know they got it, they still keep taking money out of my account. Do not deal with these people. They keep giving me the run around, and giving me other numbers to call.
I have two numbers to cancel:[protected] AND

I also was charged $79.96. When I called the phone number, the person that answered, "Mr. Hill", I was asked which product did I order and how he couldn't help me that I had to E-MAIL someone to get a refund. There were no phone numbers that I could actually speak to anyone. I then sent an emai and was told that even though I didn't receive the product that I still would not recieve my money back. I then noticed another charge from a different company and it was the same deal. Bottom line...don't order anything for a free trial...even if it was on OPRAH!

After reading some of the complaints posted about Acai Burn, I am even more enraged than I have been all day! I too ordered this so called 4.95 free 14 day trial. I expressed the product back within the 14 days, cancelled the account and they still debited my account 79.28. They told me I would be refunded back within 5-10 days. I waited 2 weeks, called them again and they told me 30 days. Yesterday, I was debited another 48.28. I called them again and they told me it would be 60 days to get a refund. I went to my bank, they said they had had numerous complaints with this same product. I filed a formal fraud complaint and closed my account to prevent futher debits. I fully intend to contact the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and plaster this all over the internet. These thieves are probably driving around in their Mercedes and living in their million dollar homes at our expense. Someone genuinally needs to stop this scam!

Ordered this product to try "FREE TRIAL". Called on the 11th day of the trial and was told that although the product made me extremely ill, I could not prevent a billing of my account unless I returned the product and provided the tracking number for shipment to them. This is not identified anywhere in the product info. I sent it on the next day and called immediately to provide tracking number and was told the product was cancelled and no billing would take place. Three days later they pulled $79.00 from my account. I called again and was assured this money would be returned.

In the meantime, two other products that are attached to the original order also decided to bill me for something I didn't even know existed. This caused a check to bounce resulting in $29.00 extra billing. They at least did return the money within two days, not the $29.00 though.

Its now been 28 days since my first call, still have not received my $79.00 back and getting a run around telling me that a "refund was issued". This is just outrageous. Now I fear that next month the same thing will happen again.

This is a terrible scam, causing me great hardship and anxiety as I couldn't afford it unless I had planned to do this beforehand and I tried to prevent it.

First of all this is not a "free trial" it is a scam trial and they bill you as soon as they can. Then they add on these extra charges and if you are not paying attention these smaller charges will just slide by you. I only knew they existed because of the return of my checks. How is it that this type of thing can happen without punishment by the government that is supposed to protect consumers?

This product should have been investigated a long time ago, I only realize that now because I have seen so many complaints not only here but on several internet sites. Yes, its my fault, I should have checked it BEFORE BUYING but I guess like many others, we naively believe the government protects consumers even on the internet.

I ordered the Acai Burn free trial and stated I did NOT want the membership...I even confirmed that with the man I spoke with once more before hanging up. Well...he then put it in their database that I was a member and began to tap into my bank account monthly for the $59.95. My bank acct is in the hole over $200. When I called to cancel they stated I would be receiving a package...I never got any more of the acai burn tablets. but they still stole my $$$$$$...DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

To the person who said Ordertaking.com is carrying out these scams...you are an idiot. I just researched this company and called them and its a call center that takes calls for 3rd party insurance clients. Its an answering service stupid.

And to the rest of you: How about you guys just charge it back? Or not order stupid ### online in the first place? Or check your balance on a monthly basis? Hmm?

To the anonymous poster who copies and pastes the stock answer to all complaints here; would you please make it clear that all the helpline will do is to give you a cancellation number for the one single product you ordered (if like mine, it wasn't received) and then give out numbers of each of the many other so called 'affiliates' who take unathorized sums from the 'victim's' account. The 'victim' is then expected to telephone each and every one of them in order to make individual cancellations. The number that I was given to cancel the first, I suspect, of many such unathorized debits was unobtainable. The helpline should realize that international callers need toll free numbers that are usable from their particular country. As all these companies are obviously held under a single umbrella the first company of contact should be the one to advise all the others to whom they have given out personal information, that no contracts exist and, therefore, no further unauthorized debits should be attempted.

You also copy and paste the same ridiculous line in each of your responses (and all the other spam username's posts) that the "unused" item should be returned for a full refund - how precisely is this a fair "Free Trial?" In order to return the product in the given period, there can be no trial whatsoever. The advert to which I responded said delivery would be 5 to 7 days, so if I grabbed it from the postman, ran straight to the post office and returned it, I would still be 'out of time.' Get real Mr. Dai iong and all your other usernames. What excuse could you possibly have for providing nothing at all and taking payments from peoples' accounts without authorization? What excuse could you possibly have for not advising by email/letter what exactly it is that you are charging for? It would have been nice to know what I haven't received.

Thanks.

well i ordered the Acai Burn... me knowing that in the back of my mind it is some sort of scam after i purchased the free trial, i tried to get in touch with the company it took me two days calling non stop for me to get intouch and cancel my order after i heard i had to pay an additional 86.72 cent fee every month. so because of this company being slick i then cancelled that card and got a new one so they cant charge me the extra 86 dollars and some odd cents every month. the only thing they shouldn't of said is " well we wont be charging you for another 15 days". so i then called my debit card company and cancelled my card and have received a new one so i don't need to worry. this company thought they were slick they are in away, but not slick enough to get me sucked in. ! SO WHO EVER READS THIS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING YOU WILL GET SUCKED IN AND BE FU(%ED UNLESS YOU ACT FAST !

I am copying the statement they make on the web page; I think the best way to escape is to cancel the credit card number they have immediately. [and call within the 14 days, else they can initiate legal action against you I think]

Offer Details:When you place your order today with Premiumacai Slim, you will automatically become a part of our elite customer club. Your active credit card will only be billed $2.95 for the shipping of your 14-day trial. If you choose to keep your trial, your active credit card will be billed the low member price of only $87.62 for your trial, and then again every 30 days should you continue to use Premiumacai Slim. And remember, there’s no obligation – you can cancel your membership at any time by calling [protected]. No obligation, CANCEL ANYTIME!
