Acai Berry Billed not recieved

Have $130 taken off my account and no product. Now I no longer want the product only my money back. No one will talk to me, and I can not get a phone number for you. I also do not know how you got my name and Id. to take my money but I do not remember asking for anything from you. The company I did contact has been very good working with me and assured me they are not from your company and do not know who you are.

I ordered acaiberry detox which came for $3.95 which was sent into bank broke into to chargers totalling $3.95. About 15 days later they hit me for $87.13. I called the number and he wouldn't give me an address but said he was in florida. I went to bank and filled out complaint which was sent to visa and was told the company had 60 days to dispute the complaint. Still haven't heard back and haven't gotten my money back yet. My daughter who lives in florida told me it is a scam and they had it on the news. ROBIN REYNOLDS MADISON WI

I fell into the acai berry trap too...what a mess. They are the biggest bunch of con artist and scammers I've ever come accross. My cc has been charged w/out my authorization, even though I called their [protected]
customer svc to cancel...which is all automated and then when you hold for a live rep the machine drops the call after waiting on hold for an hour. After doing my research I've learned there are multiple complaints
and the cc company's are on to those scammers but even though they operate in the usa they are not a us goverened company and since we believe in Free enterprise those foreign governed companies can do this to us in our own country and get away with it! That is b...s... and I plan on complainig to the Florida, Utah and
Arizona Atty generals along with the FCC & the FDA(the product I used for 3 days messed me up for 3 weeks).
I encourage any of you that have been taken advantage by these people to do the same. They manufacture out of florida under FWM Laboratories GOOGLE it> These people also sold my # to other marketing firms who now call me at work every fricking day to sell me some other product.

I got screwed on the "trial period". Don't get the shipment to get the full trial and then call when I think I am within the time period. Got dinged on my credit card the full amount. Call to complain only to be told that I am a day late (and now $80 short). What a bunch of losers.

Acai Berry Fraudulent Charges to Bank Account

I can see from all the entries to this site that I am not alone. Question #1 - Why is the Federal Trades Commission not doing anything about this? Question#2 - Why when these web sites are obviously scams - are they not immediately shut down or at least "tagged" as possible frauds.? It seems by now there must be technology to support an alarm system to its citizens! I suggest that all of us contact our lawmakers and get these laws set in place - I'm sure our government has these types of systems set up for their protection -- Why not Us?! I just wanted a trial sample and now I have $500 + unauthorized charges on my account. My bank is finally trying to help... but they are still in limbo about how they will help with these charges. NOTE: This is obviously a type of financial terrorism to us personally and to out banking system. It seems even though these companies may come from Isreal--- they are now in Florida -- here in our country - illegally, fraudulently ripping off unsuspecting persons. I, personally, am tired of our government being so fraudulent themselves and not protecting its citizens in anyway they can. Where is the justice? Why must the citizens" raise the roof "before attention is had. Shouldn't there be an agency attached that does nothing but web fraud - passing laws - pursuing the criminals. This international stuff is "bunk" if our citizens have access to an avenue of purchasing we should be protected the same and as if we walked into a retail outlet.

Acai Berry Unauthorized charges

I ordered a free trial the Acai Berry Detox and the Colon Cleanse off the link from www.rachelray.com. I agreed to pay $0.99 for the free trial. I received the free samples and called the number on the invoice and told them I wanted to make sure I was not going to get anymore and that I would not be charged for anything else. The man told me that the only thing they only had the free trial charged and I would not receive any more charges or product shipments. I was looking at my checking account today and I have been charged 7 times amounting to $255.15 ! The only reason I even noticed it is because my account said I had overdrafted by $140 some odd dollars and I was trying to figure out how this had happened! I never even received any shipments to give me a clue that this was going on!

My charges are as follows:

6/23 Skyberry Cleanse 0.99
6/29 Xpress Berry 39.95
7/7 Anitox Berry 87.13
7/23 Nature Cleanse 83.18
7/23 Nature Cleanse 1.95
7/23 Nature Cleanse 2.00
7/28 Rainforest Berry 39.95

The only common denominator is FWM Laboratories in Hollywood, Fl. When I called the numbers that I found, it kept me on hold for 22 minutes and then disconnected me and the second time for 23 minutes and then disconnected me. The phone recording said to go to myordersupport.com to manage my account and it would not let me on because I did not have an account or login or anything. It took my email address and said it would send me an email immediately to tell me how to get on to the website. I never received an email!

I never received all these shipments I was charged for or I would have known what was going on and that my account was being charged!
I searched online and found MANY complaints about this same thing from others. How is this allowed to continue?

What can I do to get this taken care of?

Acai Berry Taking money out of my credit card

I took advantage of their 'free trial', it was supposed to be, pay only for postage. Shipment was supposed to arrive in Australia in 3-5 days. I received the tablets after 14 days. They made me nauseous and I also had insomnia (no wonder; when I looked at the 'life cleanse' bottle, there is some sort of caffeine in them, so much for 'detoxing'.) I paid the shipping which was on my credit card statement. However, when I checked my account balance, this company had put another total of $287.34 onto my next month's account. There was no email address, only a phone number for the UK. I rang and said I was aware of the 'scam' and a rude irrate man treated me badly, saying that I had to 'cancel the order' within 15 days, via phone or else I would automatically be billed the full amount for the 'free trial'. I explained that I had only recently received the tablets. He commented that the 15 days was starting from the first day I ordered the goods, and there was no allowing extra time if the goods had to be shipped overseas. I asked if he though that was fair? And his comment was 'no it's not, but that is the way it is!'
I have closed my credit card, to prevent this unscrupulous company just dipping into it whenever they feel like it, and I am in the process of lodging a dispute with the bank. I am a single, 56 year old women, and this amount is almost half of my weekly salary, which I cannot afford. This company, operates on 'deception'.

Acai Berry Refuse to give concellation number

I order and received this product thinking it was the real thing, but after during some research, I found out that the free trial offer was a scam. I did not know that by buying this product, you are really enrolling in a diet plan. After the 14 day trial period you will be charge a much higher price than the real cleanser cost. I also sent for the free trial offer of acai berry and the same clause as the above product applied. I returned the both products to the above company. I cancelled my orders and they refused to send me the concellation number to my email. When I call they gave me the run around. I contact my credit card company to advised them to stop all future charges from this company. They are ripping people off. All you get on Their web site is their contact information, you have no way of chicking your billing and payment information to verify that a tranaction to place for the shipping chargers.

this is a scam. i ordered the simple cleanser and the acai berry from a link on oprah winfrey website.it was a advertisement of racheal ray stating how she lost weight by using these two products. i believed it was legit because it was posted and affliated with oprah winfrey website. i trusted these two celebrity wouldnt affilate with such illegal practice. i ordered it in 2009 and i JUST received a letter may 6 2010 stating i ignored the 14 trail day terms and aggreement and that i owe them $ 109.95. it also stated that they tried to withdraw the money from my account but couldnt due to insufficient funds. how dare them! first of all, i only authorize them to take $1.95 for the acai berry shipping and handling fee and $ 4.95 for the simple cleanser fee. also, no where on this web page did i see it state that it was a 14 day trail offer.i ve brought many "as seen on tv" products and i know when isee a 14 day trial posted.i only received one of each product and each package didnt come with no written information stating it was a 14 day trial either, only a page stating what was enclosed in the package.today, i will call the [protected], that is written on this unprofessional business letter i received ( that has no letter head!) im prepared to hear the same "flim flam" dialogue you all have received. they wont get a penny from my account because i will close it today! yes, im and aggreeance with forming a class action lawsuit with all the customers who were mislead and robbed by this fake company! also, i saw the website offer in my favorites on my pc. so i have proof. even though the page is inactive.

I've been duped as well and it is still going on as of today Jan 4, 2010! I plan to call them tomorrow and see what happens. They are happily spending our money as I write! I sent one item back with a cancellation note, but it was ignored and I received another bottle today. Thank God for all of these comments, , , now I know what to do! Thank you all! Here is my question, what can we do the Correct this and get our money back? I was just told by Michael employee #860 (I guess they hired someone else) "You can come here if you want!" They do not give out the correct number. The number that was on my bank statement I called and cancelled and he is telling me that this is the 1st time I have called thier company. Of course it is because the number on my account where they charged me 88.90 is a totally different number then the original number and the number that I used to talk to Michael. We need to get together and file a Class Action Suite against them and all of thier numbers.

I hate to say it folks but I to was dupped. I happen to notice a charge of 59.95 only days after receiving the product. I initially bought it for my daughter. I also was sucked in to buying the Acai at the same time. It was advertized as the product being free and only the cost of the shipping. $1.85, and $1.95 respectivly. I too canceled my debit card right away. After calling the Simple Cleanser people, I realized what a big mistake I had made.

I also ordered Genuine Acai Berry from website on 8/10/09 and was duped in believing that all you were charged for a trial bottle was $1.95. They charged my credit card the next day for $1.95. I did receive a bottle in 2 days of my order. Then recieved another on 9/10/09. I was charged $65.95 for the first bottle and $70.90 for the second. I don't know how I missed this! I called and they said I should have read the disclaimer before I ordered. Now I can't seem to find that website I ordered from to prove that this is a scam! I'm going to dispute the charges on my credit card! I hope they stop these ###s!

Yes it is ONE BIG SCAM! The 14 day free trial starts on the day you order not the day you were charged or received it. I tried to call today 9/28 thinking this was my 14 "real" days from date of charge TOO late. They said would cancel my membership & I did get a cancellation # but would not return the $65 that they charged this morning even though I tried to call @ 8 am & they were closed. FUNNY they sure as heck "shipped" the stuff so they say. I SO wish I would have found this website before I ordered. Now I am out $65 because the bank says they can't do anything. I sure hope there people get what is coming to them! We all need to somehow let Rachel Ray know they are using her name to sell CRAP! It doesn't work & seems to be making everyone sick in the process!

Same thing happened to me. It was clear that i was only to pay for shipping for the free products. few weeks after that i was charged with almost $60 for each two product i never received. Just two days ago, i was charged again with 2 products which amounted to almost $70 each. None of these products were sent to me, excpet the first free ones. When i called the customer service, they told me that it was my fault for not reading the terms and conditions. I called my bank and they will investigate and send me dispute papers to sign. I am not sure if i can still get my money back. This a SCAM!

I also order these product which were to be a "FREE TRIAL" with only $3.95 for shipping then on arrival I had to pay another $13 for them. I have not checked my visa yet but will now. Free trial coast me $13 canadian and 3.95 Pounds. So much for a free trial. Now I just have to hope they are not taking more off my visa.

Thanks for leaving these tips regarding what not to do if you wish to purchase Acai products. I have recently noticed these same products are selling in stores such as Walmart and Walgreen chains so I think I will just purchase the products there with cash, its more convenient, no shipping charges and with cash there would be no way for them to put hidden charges on my account.
I have heart good things about the product but I will not purchase this product using a credit care now hearing these nightmare stores.
Thanks for the tips and for saving other people from becoming victims, good luck getting your money credited back into your accounts.

I have to agree as well with the complaints here. I tried it myself, got charged for the buck for the trial, because of some "special deal", then got 40 taken here and 50 taken there. I got two sets of colon/acai berry. Then, I got charged for 80 bucks twice. So the money was doubled, but never got the third set. (Set is two bottles, acai and colon) I called and complained hardcore. The one guy acted like he didn't understand english, and talked in circles. The woman was trying to do the same thing until I started yelling at her to understand me. Three charges. Within ONE month. Yes, the first one was a buck a pop, but still... you know? That's 252 dollars for only four bottles. I think, looking at the "original cost" that they just charge and charge, hoping that no one will notice. Blue Hippo screwed me over the same way... I'm done with these stupid things.

Acai Berry Unauthorized Charge

I had a trial offer for 99 cents. When I signed up for the 30 day trial offer I was called and notified the trial would actually cost me about $40 a month. I declined the offer and the sales representative told me the product would be canceled. A few weeks later I found a charge in my bank statement for $87.13 from DETOXICANT ACAI BERRY PRODUCTS. The product was never mailed to me, I was still charged., despite the fact i said no to the offer. It took me 4 days to get a representative on the phone. When I finally did I was told I could not receive a refun without returning the product, and the representative that canceled my product did not to so, and was not authorized to do so either. This product is a scam, and they're very poorly organized and structured. I wasn't even able to speak to an actual person from the company, the representatives worked from India. I will give this company very very very bad reviews.

I was victim of this scam! i got the free trial for $4.95, i used it and wasn't imressed. So i tried to cancel it. The customer service reps told me everything is cancelled and then i get charged $39 twice when i never rec'd the product. It's so sad how these companies get away with scams like this. I'm telling everyone i know not to do anything online that hs to do with "free trials".

Also when i called this company, [protected], they have horrile reception! at one point reps were picking up the line, cursing, and then speaking to another customer while i was on the line, i kept saying "hello, hello, can you hear me?" and got no response. There is a delay when you talk to each other also.

Bottom line is that i'm spreading the word that this whole Berry/detox combo is bogus when done online!

I totally agree with this complaint, the offer was for a free thirty day trial for .99, then after you sumbit your request for the trail, they offer you a three months supply for a discounted rate at 87.13 and I answered no. I not only did not receive my trail product they also billed my credit card without my authorization for 87.13 and I never received any products from them, but I also never requested any products from them. I called the number provided by my credit card company and was told I could cancel mysubscription, but I did not order any subscription and was also told about some refund/exchange policy, but I never received products from this company. This is a total scam and what gets me the most is the credit card company is going to just let them get away with it.

Acai Berry Scam

About 6 months ago I ordered a free Acai Berry trial. Several months later I noticed my credit card was being charged on a monthly basis for this product that I never ordered of course. I managed to cancel it but today I was looking at a bill for a credit card I no longer use and found 2 scam charges on it, one of which is My E Saving Club. Lo and behold - it is another Acai Berry charge that I unwittingly must have signed up for. I have probably been charged the $8.51 for the last 6 months without even realizing it. I had great difficulty trying to cancel it today with a person in India who a) couldn't hear me properly and b) couldn't understand my English. This entire Acai Berry thing is such a scam. Be warned, NEVER buy this stuff online.

Scammed by FWM Laboratories of Hollywood, Florida., Brian J Weiss, Owner. Ordered "free" sample of AcaiBerry for the price of shipping and handling $3.95. No terms or conditions supplied. They have charged my credit card with a an amount of $79.62. I called them [protected]) to request a refund and was denied. While researching this company the BBB states that the Florida Attorney General Bill McCullum reached an agreement with FWM. They or He is in violation of his agreement. There is a copy of this agreement on line at http://www.myfloridalegal.com/webfiles-nsf/WF/MRAY-7Y3KCR/$file/FWMLaboratories.pdf 11/24/2009
found this on the BBB website where it states company has agreed to issue refund to any consumer with a complaint.
How is he getting away with this?

I ordered a sample of "Acai Berry" on Jan 23, 2009. No address, web site or phone number came with the order from "acai berry" for cancellations or complaints. I did cancel my order with
"colon cleanse" which was advertised with "acai berry"; because that was the only available number. My bank provided me with an Acai Berry phone number today, or else
I would not have been able to contact Acai Berry at all. They have charged me $87.13 for merchandise that I do not want and did not order. I have stopped payment of this charge; but I want the charge removed by the Acai Berry Detox people.

i've been on the phone to the Acai Berry number [protected]) for over 2 hours, mostly on hold. I have spoken to a supervisor, with no satisfacti0n whatsoever. Basically there is no way to contact the company directly. The terms and conditions spot on th Acai Berry site (www.acaiberrydetox.com) is at the bottom, in tiny letters in purple print on a purple background. It is virtually invisible to my eye. Is there any hope here?

I have the same complaint as most others: I ordered on 4/28/09 AcaiBerry Detox online and read their terms and conditions, which specified a $3.95 S&H charge and a 14 day try-out period for a 30 day supply.
Did not receive the product until May 5. Called them today, May 18, because on April 28 I was charged $2.00 and on May 15 a charge of $87.13 plus $2.61 Foreign Transaction Fee showed up on my account.
They said that the 14-day period started on April 28, regardless on WHEN the product arrived (which they claimed to be May 2). According to my count the 14-day period from the time of the arrival would end tomorrow, 5/19. Yet they sent the charge to my Debit Card through on May 12!

After receiving my product two weeks later, (and having to call one week after ordering and finding out it had not even been shipped), I was charged two charges totalling $4.07, not the $3.95 it was supposed to be. I was told I would have to fax my bank acct. statement to the company (yeah, right!). Also, I was charged for some Life Cleanse (again totalling $41.15 when I was told their records showed $39.95) which has still not arrived, and when it does, I have to send it back and wait a week for my refund. I should've listened to my husband, who said to stay away from these online scams! Also, a few weeks ago, Acai Berry Detox was the #1 recommended by Dr. Oz, and now some other Acai something or other is the #1...all these people losing weight after two days I don't think exist.

I ordered the "free" acaiberry product from acai berry in early December, 2008 and stupidily gave my credit card # to pay for the shipping charges. I was charged the $3.95 shipping charges. No problem. Then on 12/17 I was charged $87.13 for the "free" product.
I received my credit card statement on 1/10/09 and there was a second charge for $87.13 on 1/3/09. I immediately called the Acaiberry company and cancelled all shipments of all products. I was informed the second shipment of product had already shipped but I could return it for credit. I was given a return shipment # and told to follow the instructions onthe web site for returns. I received this 2nd shipment on 1/15/09. I sent the product certified mail to the No.Miami Beach, Fl address from the instructions at the web site on 1/16/09. The return arrived in No.Miami Beach on 1/20/09 but was 'forwarded' by the postal service around Flordia and finally was accepted in Hollywood, Fl on 2/18/09. The web site states to allow 2-3 business days for the credit to be posted to your account but here I sit after 10 days and still my credit card account has not be credited. This company (companies) is in business only to fraud the consumer and no I did not lose any weight during the 30 days that I used the acai berry detox product.

Absolute scam. Sign up for FREE 30 day sample of product, which they send you plus charge you some shipping fee. Next day you get inundated with their telemarketing dept to get you sign up for specially reduced rate product on ongoing basis.
SPECIFICALLY told them that we signed up for FREE trial only and that under NO circumstance were they to sign us up for any more product until we had tried the sample to see if it works.
19 days into the 30 day free trial they have debited our account with 2 x charges for $ 82.35 each
They graciously cancelled the account but refused the refund !
Under NO circumstances use this company, they are frauds AND the product does not work, in fact we have ended up with joint inflammation.

I ordered your "free trail" saw NOTHING on your rip off web site that said if I did NOT cancel in what was it 15 days that I would be charged the full price for some more of your pills (that have not come, and more then like never will) You have took money out of my bank in the amount of 87.00 dollars. I want you to return my money to my account or i will sue you big time. And your product was suppose to have been here on the 13 of Aug. I did not get the shipment till the 21. yeah so 15 days you totally suck.

I ordered the 'trial pack' of acaiberry detox and the colon cleanse and paid the agreed s/h fee as stated on the ad, then approximately a month afterwards the sum of Au$119 disappears from my account and another bottle of acaiberry detox arrives completely unsolicited. I did not order this and did not give anyone permisson to take that money. Scam, theft, whatever it is called, it is wrong and I would love to meet these people face to face. Viv3 LTD is the distributors. Try and send an email to the email address on the bottle, no go.

There is power in numbers, what can we do to let the website know or the customer service number that we want our money back. I told the rep I was not going to stop until I got my money back. I was charged double. Maybe we can email the chat room or inform a large volume of people to hit a particular website. If all of us were over charged think abouit how much money this company made. And the product does not work. I too am embarrassed I did not look at my credit card statement b/c I never use it. The rep rebuttal was the account has been open since 11/09. If there is anyone who is willing to try to get our money back I am willing to go for it. At least to make this company think twice. I was double charged.

Absolutely, same thing happened to me. Did not want automatic shipping but was shipped the 2 products anyway and charged. Tried to cancel on the web to no avail. No phones are answered. Cancelled my account online, thought It was over and now I just received more product today. They need to be reported to the better business bureau immediately. I will be using the info in these complaints to possibly get the BBB to help. Good luck!

Acai Berry Fraudulent publicity and procedure

My wife ordered a free sample of the ACAIberry product with a handling charge of 3.95 canadian money.
What a surprsie to realise that our master card has been charged, 15 days ago, of 7.09 US money with a company named Tiiper health, plus a 79.95 for a product called Colon Cleanse Ellite charged with the comopagny Realdaystorres, plus a 85.90 fpr the same product but with another compagny, named WEeight Secrets.
My wife has been charged without receiving any sample of the product.
We received a parcel last friday from a company in toronto named Marketing Enterprises 434-3044 Bloor Street west, MBX 2Y8. We want to cancel every thing but it has been impossible to contact the consumer support of these companies despite their pledge "to resolve any issues as swiftly as possible"
Could someone help me on that matter which seems close to a scam.

I reside in Australia and have found myself in the same position as you all. After ordering the "free" trial of AcaiBurn and Colon Cleanse products, I have had seven charges applied to my Visa! A total of $AU347.79 - an amount as a single parent & student I cannot afford to lose.

A second parcel from China containing [what I believe to be] the Colon Cleanse was delivered to my home after the trial. I promptly returned the unopened parcel to the same address with a short note stating that I wanted to cancel any order in my name and asking for a refund. And then, yet another charge was made against my credit card!

My financial institution has cancelled my card and are issuing a new credit card, but they advised that I also need to contact this company to cancel the order and seek a refund [especially] for charges made when no product was received. I have found a contact number for the AcaiBurn, but am struggling to locate a contact number for Colon Cleanse. I kept emails regarding the Colon Cleanse and will send an email and await a response.

I assume that Acaiburn and Colon Cleanse products are distributed by only one company because it was a linked website. The description of the charges and amounts on my credit card statement are as follows:
Date Description ... $AU
26-Jul MAXACAIBURNCOM OS Amt 14.90 USD ... $18.68
28-Jul CAPSTARDIET OS Amt 19.95 USD ... $25.00
31-Jul CLARIFYHEALTHY OS Amt 5.13 USD ... $6.43
31-Jul QUICKSOLUTIONORDER OS Amt 74.82 USD ... $93.71
28-Aug PERFECTACCESS OS Amt 79.95 USD ... $98.60
14-Sep elitepack OS Amt 2.96 USD ... $3.50
30-Sep JVR-SUPPLEMENTS OS Amt 85.90 USD ... $101.87

I have included these details for anyone who might be concerned about charges on their own credit card statement. Please review your credit card statements periodically to ensure charges are not applied frauduently. Warn others about the risk of any "free" trial ordered via the internet.

NB - The product did not deliver the promised results either!

after an oprah show, my wife wanted to try the green tea and colon cleanse elite pills so after a google search i found these on the colon cleanse elite website and ordered the "free" trial. and yes, i did not read the terms and conditions to see that i was actually signing up for negative subscription (which by the way is an illegal marketing technique in sweden).

i was surprised to see two charges of 79.95 even before i had received the product and free sample. the transaction is QUALITYHEALTH and each "invoice" comes with a different and invalid email address to customer support so it is impossible to get hold of anybody.

obviously, this is a scam and i have passed this on to the credit card company to get the money back which is also the surest way to stop the shipments from china.

ps. the green tea company promptly responded and promised to terminate the shipments so i will see how that transpires, maybe there are a few serious companies out there...just remember to ALWAYS read the small print.

I managed to get my money back by calling the credit card company, and disputing the fraudulent charges made to my account. The people at Powercleanse finally paid back the four charges to my account, but only after three months of emailing back and forth. I don't know what the credit card company threatened them with, but it finally worked. I. like all the other complainants had absolutely no luck in getting these people to acknowledge that two shipments were sent back to them, even with proof from the post office. A total scam. A good learning opportunity, though. I'm never ordering anything online again, unless it's from a company I already know and trust.

We have had the same thing happen to us, but was for Life berry. We ordered the trial size which was 2 or 3 dollars that had a 15 day trial period, well we just recieved the trials yesterday and checked our bank account and we had been charged 87.13 twice for the full sizes, when he called to say we hadnt even got our trials to try for 15 days a person who couldnt even speak english well said the 15 days were up and we didnt cancel, , needless to say when my husband called today he was not very nice to the person on the phone, but we are sending it back and see what happens. Acai Berry Fraudulent, Misleading Advertisement

Same story as everyone else. I ordered the 14 day FREE TRIAL for $4.99 on July 11 2009. A charge for $139.97 was charged to my credit card on July 21 2009, I still had not received my 14day Free Trial. My 14 day Free trial arrived on July 25th. Guess What? My 14 day Free Trial had expired, it startes the moment you place your order, not when you receive it. I returned the trial pack unopened. On July 31st, UPS brought me a package from Hollywood, FL., I refused the package as soon as I saw the address. The first thing I did on the 21st was call my credit card company and disputed the charge. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB for FL. Acai Berry unauthorized billing/shipments

Several months ago I requested the free sample (S) of these products advertised on the internet. Initial charge for the trial offer was for shipping only. I did not like the product; indeed it made me ill. I called the number above and was given an"authorization" number to stop further shipment. Since then, I have rec'd a shipment every month AND A BILLING on my credit card. I send the product, unopened back to the address on label. many phone calls have resulted in being told: 1> Its been taken care of
2> The shiping department isn't responsible, therefore don't send stuff back to them
3> you can only cancel by computer.

And on it goes. Meanwhile, every month there is a charge of 139.97 on my MC account.

Acai Berry Billed for a product not ordered and not received

I ordered a trial offer of the Acai Berry for .99 cents for 14 days. Was billed $39.95 on 7/14/09 for a product called "Life Cleanse" which I have never heard of and NEVER ordered and NEVER received to date. I called the company's customer service dept. 3 times. The last time I spoke with a "supervisor" Nathan Reed today 7/29/09, who ASSURES me that I WILL HAVE the produce in 3 days and that their 'REFUND POLICY" mandates I receive and mail them the product with an RMA # on the bottle and package for them to process my refund. OF COURSE! HOW CAN I DO THIS IF I DON'T EVER RECEIVE THE PRODUCT!

I have and am experiencing the same problem. I ordered mine 20days ago and they did the same thing. One rep told me there is no refund for the product b/c they gave it to me for trial price of 39.95.

I called 5 times trying to get my money back for the order I never received. The supervisor didnot help me out and he accused me of receiving the product and was calling to get refund. They also did tell me that it included free trip to cancun...OMG THIS IS SCAM.

I WENT THROUGH EXACTLY THE SAME AGONY of ordering this scamming product!

I ordered the "Free trial "acaidetox and the Life cleanse on 8/04/09. My card was charged 39.95 on 8/07/09 just three days after I placed the "Free trial" order. Then another 49.95 was charged for a product they had as listed as cancelled. They refused to refund my money even though I never received the product. I was put through to a supervisor who said the 39.95 charge was for an extra purchase. I asked to be e-mailed a receipt as the only receipt that I have has a charge of 1.99 for shipping. I was told that they do not send out e-mails. Then she stated that since I did not cancel in the 15 days there was a charge. When I told her that it still has not been 15 days she restated what she said. I also pointed out that on the terms and conditions page of their member website it states that the "product need not be returned"
I also received phone calls from them that my order includes a "free" trip to Cancun. No thanks! Lesson learned. Do not order from acaiberrydetox.com or naturecolondetox.com. I will also be changing my CC #.

Acai Berry Money Scam

Authorized a 4.99 free trial, not knowing that I was signing up for a subscription that needed to be cancelled within 14 days. On the 14th day, when I saw the 'unauthorized debit' to my checking account, I called to find out the scoop, and was told the bad news. I had not even opened the bottles, and they would not take it back. They have a no return policy. But they were good enough to give me a discount from 84.62 they would only charge me 59.95 for the product [plus freight of course]. A very expensive mistake! Buyer Beware! Read the fine print. Do not get sucked into this on-line scam!

You should know "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is". ALL ads that lure customers by offering a free product get you in the end. If you read the fine print, the ad will disclose that one is entered into an auto delivery system. Too bad, but this the con of the era. Any Free Trial ends up costing money. You get nothing for nothing.
