Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

DO NOT ORDER FREE TRIAL! I ordered this free (yeah right) trial and was charged $3.95 plus .11 cents service charge twice on the same day 01/05/2009 and than on 01/20/2009 I was charged $2.61 service fee and $87.13 for another months supply I never got anything from them I found this #[protected] disconnected! I put a stop payment on them and reported them to anyone and everone I could! I found another # which is long distance and was on hold forr 33 mins before I gave up now I'm out the charge for the long distance and replacement fee for a new debit card and have nothing to show for it SCAM SCAM!

Received 'free' Pure Acai Berry from Advanced Wellness Research, Inc. I called to have this cancelled and not to send any more products. The number I reached 1800503well-was answered by someone who said they couldn't find my acct. who do I see about this? I will call my bank immediately and refuse it, but my bank is sending us new mastercards due to a scam. So these are supposed to last 30 days, but I hear they are sending a second order out immediately and charging the bank.

Saw this message while i was on one of the emails i got and it said to order free sample for 4.99 shipping and handling charges only. Well next thing you know their charging my bank card for 59.99 saying their sending me acai powder which i never ordered nor did i receive. This company is a total fake, ripoff do not i repeat do not order anything from them even if they say it is a free sample. Thank god my bank called them for me with 3 way calling and convinced them to refund the money or they were going to have to investigate the charges and would be giving them a charge back which they did not want. I was issued a new card by my bank and they can no longer rip me off.please beware!

I ordered a free sample of Max Acai Boost on 8/21/09, received AcaiBerry Detox on 8/28/09. I always feel something is hinky about these types of FREE trials (but I like free stuff). I solve my dilemma like this:

I have a PayPal debit card that generally has a balance of under $10.00 and use it for stuff like this. I used that account for the S&H charge and was billed for $.99 by Lifeberry. I also went to myordersupport.com and cancelled the account. If they tried to charge me anything more they were sucking wind because I have no backup funding connected to the PayPal debit card.

Though I've never tried it, I wonder if a low balance generic gift-type card would work.

I wish all of you who have been impacted by this company and others like it the best in getting your money back but if you're like me who enjoys trying new products, I hope you find my solution somewhat helpful in the future.

I found two charges from a company called Rainforest Berry on my credit card for $2.00 and $1.95. I didn't even know who this comany was or what they sell. I wouldn't order this crap. I don't believe in diet supplements. I never gave this company my credit card information and they charged me for a product that I didn't even want. I tried calling their number and they put me on hold indefinately. Somebody take this company down. I know I ordered the Instyler a couple of days before this showed up on my transaction. I have a gut feeling that they illegally passed on my credit card info to this company. I called Capital One and all they will do is dispute the charge. Is there no busting this company. What's the purpose of having fraud protection on a credit card if it doesn't work.

Please do not purchase this trial period, you will own the WHOLE NINE YARDS at 79.95 every single month. Then you cant reach them. They tell you thier computers are down and they will call you back. You will be billed month after month. Beleive me its a big scam! You have to dispute it with your credit card company. I just got off the phone with mine and they said they have been getting swamped with calls since November since this Acai Berry thing was on Oprah with Dr Oz. Go on the site www.info@verifyourorder.com and read all the complaints if you dont beleive me.

I ordered a trial slimming product called acai berry over the Internet for £2.75 plus £1 shipping, when i got the product i read the letter that came with it and it stated, that unless i cancel my credit card they will automatically charge me $89 and thirty one cents every 31 days for a new supply of Acai berry, as i don't want any more of this product i tried to phone the number on the letter but no one is answering the phone, a friend told me Florida are 6 hours behind the uk so i stayed up last night and from one in the morning i must have phoned them 20 times but still no one is answering the phone. I need to cancel my credit card as i cannot afford this product and i am getting very upset as my bank has told me they cant do anything about it

I ordered acai berry on 5/6/9 and then cancelled it the same day. The woman on the phone said it was ok, because the order didn't go in yet. Then on 5/13/09 i get a notice in my p.o. box that there was a package for me. I refused the package. the p.o. said that this goes thru to your internet & I won't be charged. Today I received my monthly statement & I've been charged $83.13 for a product I don't have nor want & cancelled the same day. Please credit my account for $83.13 & I will check with my credit account company, to make sure that this is taken care of. Respectfully Natalie Lagnese

I ordered a TRIAL package back in February. Never received it. From that point on I've been charged for a package every month and have not received one order! I've called the Company and was spoken to as if I was the one committing a crime! I was hung up on when I told them I wanted a refund in the amount of $261.40. But first I asked who I was speaking to and was told Jenifer (I doubt that's really her name). I even had to tell her to slow down as she was speaking extremely fast and in a foreign accent (Spanish). I received an email stating that they could not refund my money due to "Company Policy".

Can't the U.S. Government do something about this fraud that obviously continues to take place (at April 22, 2009)? It's ridiculous. They all should be locked up with Madoff!

800 Numbers: While it may seem strange, toll free phone numbers like [protected] are not public record. This means that telemarketers can often call with immunity unless we fight back! File A Complaint Now!
FMW Laboratories market there Acai Berry Products of Detox and Cleanser as free Items for just the cost of shipping $3.95. I was billed 3 times for the detox product and full prices of $87.13 for the cleanse. When I tried to cancel the order and question the charges I found that the toll free number they list is no longer in service. Their website also turns up no access to customer service rep.

EROTSMERPUSIACA866-730-8746 GB $94.57

The above charges appeared on my CC after I called to inquire about a free trial of Acai Berry and was told that my CC would be charged only 2.00 for shipping for the FREE product. I asked if I'm going to be billed in the future and was told NO.

I noticed a charge for 12.99 for a shipment and immediately called to asked that they canceled any future shipment and that I was not interested in their product. This never happeded I guess.

They are just a RIPOFF and should not be in business.

After finnaly finding a phone number and calling and canceling I now have two(2) more charges on my credit card. I returned the product- and they still will not give me a refund. I have now canceled my credit card and but a dispute in with the credit card. The phone number on my card is:[protected]. They are billing from KNA? and Great Britain. How do they get away with this when it was a trial. I unfortunately had a health emergency when the original arrived and so did not call within the 14 days. however I did call and cancel later and figured I only had to pay for 1. however I have 2 more charges on my credit card amounting to another 168.00. I will never do business with this company again

I want to be sure no more of this product (Acai Berry) is billed to me; I do not want it. And when I called the "direct customer "number I got a tree and was asked for my credit card number. No way will I give that over the phone to a machine.

I was told I could simply cancel my "free trial" easily. This has not been easy.
I want an email that tells me I will NOT be billed for the product nor receive any more in the future.l

I have called but they ask for my credit card number to be entered and since this is a scam I don't want to do this. the hold time is about 20 minutes and I have been cut off a number of times.

today they said that i can return one bottle of acai and that they had not heard of the other company that is sending natra pure and power flush. i have a pile of bottles I want to return...

I order acai berry for a trail period, i never received the product. I tried calling to inform the company of the situation but of course there was phone technical problems. I checked my bank statement online and found out that the company had taking my money ($87.47) I proceeded to contact the company to get my money back. I was told that the trail period was over, i told them I neveer received the product, how can you try something you never get. I was told by a supervisor Candice that it doesn't matter if you recieved the product or not the trail still take place. I am going to file a claim with the BBB and with Florida's attorney general. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A FRAUD, TAKES YOUR MONEY WITHOUT GIVING YOU A PRODUCT, AND THE TRAIL PERIOD IS BOGUS.

They charged my credit card and sent acai berry supplements without my approval. No notice just automatically charged my account. After charges were made they then sent a notice saying you could cancel. That time period had already lapsed. They clearly know what they are doing and they are ripping people off. They basically are just selling a mild laxative and not what they claim to be selling. They know people won't buy their product so they have to rip you off.

I purchased these two products to try on a trail basis ACAIBERRY, and ADVANCED CLEANSE. I did not authorize any more shipments of these product and certainly did not authorize you to take money out of my checking account. I've been on unemployment for over a year now and I cannot afford these pills. I tried them because they were only .99 cents per bottle. There was no indication in your advertisment that indicated you would sent bottles out on an automatic basis and charge my checking account, I have enough financial problems I've already filed chapter 13 and I am behind in utility payments. I would appreciate very much if you would return the funds to my checking account immediately my mortgage is due next week and I need all the funds that I have and more. I would appreciate an E-mail confirming that you recieved this complaint and what actions you are taking to correct the problem. Thank You for taking time to read this I hope to hear from you very soon. Sincerely Yours

I ordered the Acai Berry Free Trial. I recieved the product only to become extremely ill from using it. I called the company to complain and cancel any further orders (as recommended by a friend of mine who was charged WEEKLY, $87.98 for the product)Upon calling Customer service, I was promptly told not once, not twice, but THREE times in a row, 'our systems are down, call back later. Only to be hung up on with no further discussion. I called back a fourth time, and was placed on hold for 35 mins. Then when a rep answered, I asked immediately to speak with a supervisor. She (Eve) told me that their supervisor was busy and asked if she could assist me. I immediately said, 'Why, so you can hang up on me too?' she assured me that she would do no such thing, and that no one should have done that in the first place. She took care of everything, told me to mail the new product *that had already been mailed and charged* back to them and with-in 24-48 hrs after the product was recieved by the company I would receive a full refund. I did as asked. Was given a confirmation number, to write on the package. I paid for shipping and a tracking number! I tracked the package. It was received by the company, and I waited for the refund. After 4 days I had still not been credited for my return. I called the company and they assured me that the refund was processing. Still nothing.

This company needs to be put out of business! Their products made me sick, and they still refuse to do anything about it! Had they actually worked. I MAY have considered continuing the product! They did nothing and caused me severe stomache pains to boot!
If someone is filing a Class action suit against this company, I want in.. I also know of a friend who would love to join in as well! Please contact me if there is anything going on for this!
Thank you

I received the free trial on 1/27/09 and saved mailer that indicated free trial product was sent on 1/21/09 by uspa first class mail. I tried to contact the company through the toll free number provided - [protected] - but received only a steady busy signal. I went on line at the site provicded - www.MyTrialSupport.com within the prescribed time frame to cancel future shipments 1/31/09 but found no area on the website in order to cancel future shipments as was indicated on the mailer.

Now I will have to complain to my credit card provider to cancel further charges from this company.

Don't order from this company. They are perpetrating consumer fraud. My experience is the same. Ordered "free sample." Called to make sure no further charges. Called again to make certain and received a "cancellation verification number." Several days later, $78.81 was taken out of my account. Called to complain, received another absurd excuse. An email to the company resulted in "after an exhaustive search of our records" we can't find any record of your order ... blah, blah.
Everyone should file a complaint with the consumer fraud claim department of your bank card, contact the attorney general's office (consumer fraud division), the FBI (again online consumer fraud), and another other consumer fraud organizations and agencies in your state.
This is the only way to shut them down, possibly get your money refunded, and at least cause them a few more sleepless nights than us! I refuse to be victimized again.
But the first thing you must do is CANCEL YOUR CARD NUMBER. Report this to your bank or the charge card company so that they can issue you a new card number. You have to do this or they WILL continue to charge you. (They charge under different names, etc. so you can't just "block them.") Your bank or charge card company can also investigate and refund your money. Start there and don't believe the RMA, cancellation number receipt; these are all excuses.

Do Not Deal with this company. I tried advanced colon cleanse with the acai berry product.offered online for 1.99 for each. Big mistake. once they had my account number they said I had two weeks to respond. in 9 days that had charged my card 59.00. I called and cancelled. In 2 weeks they had charge an additional 14.95, then 80.00 I had confirmation numbers of the cancellation and they still refused to refund my money. they insisted i waited past the trial period. they also sent me a product i didn't even order and charged me for it.this company is a total fraud.

I have been trying everything to cancel my free trial offer of the pure acai berry dietary supplement. I have called at least five different phone numbers including the one on the bottle and either get no response or someone who does not speak very good English and I cannot understand what they are saying.

My order number is 4192139 and I want my trial offer cancelled immediately. My debit card has about ten charges of varying amounts from other companies that they have sold my information to. I had to cancel my card and go through huge hassels because of this company's scam.

I received a phone call from this company after placing an order on the internet. Their website stated that you could try a one month supply of their product (acai berry) for free and only pay .99 for shipping and handling so I placed an order and gave them my credit card information.
A few days later, I received a phone call from a sales rep. who thanked me for my order and tried to sign me up for an automatic refill of this product. I told him that I did not want to continue the program and just wanted to try the free sample.
When I opened my credit card today, there was a charge for $86.42 from this company that I did not authorize. I will try calling today but am now convinced that I should not use my credit card to order any product that is advertised.

I ordered a free trail supply of acai berry for the cost of shipping only. I continue to to get products although I have attempted to counsel several times. My credit card is billed every month for a couple of products totaling as much as $94.00 each. I have contacted them by phone, and by email. I spoke with my credit card company this morning ask them not to accept anymore charges from them. Hopefully contacting the credit card company with solve the problem. Acai Berry is unreasonable and dishonest to communicate with. Good Morning America did a segment on them this morning. Also Oprah and Dr. Oz do not agree that they support their claims regarding them using their names. If you are having problems with acai berry, do not give up because they are rip off artist.

I too was the victim of this fradulant company. I requested the 14 day free trial. Prior to the 14th day (actually 11 days) I received a call from my Bank about the $86.85 charge. I had several email conversations with them. They said they would cancel my subscription (which I don't recall signing up for) and gave me a return authorization number to return the package and get a credit. I had complained that they were fradulent in their marketing and policies. The next day I received the package, immediately put the return authorization number on the package and took it to the post office. I have yet to receive a credit on my card. Now it appears they are no where to be found. Any help out there I would appreciate

I too had cancelled my account with acai berry after receiving the trial offer yet there was the $89 deduction taken out of my account. After ordering the trial order, I did look up the reviews to see how many other people were fraudulently charged and immediately got concerned so I cancelled my account. I now know that these peoples complaints were legitament and this company actually make duductions even though the business relationship between the client and business was resolved. I too, like many others are not in a financial situation to where I can afford unauthorized charges to be deducted... It was my daughters 16th birthday party and I went to take money out to pay for dinner and found the money that was suppose to be there... wasn't. I know some people make invalid complaints because they don't read small print or follow thru the cancellation process and want to complain later, but this is not the situation with me and now I know this business is unethical... do not trust them... and don't give them your hard eared money. I am waiting now to see if they are willing to refund the money... We will see...

Im sure most of you know the story, you order a trial package for .99 cents and then your credit card gets charged $87.13 or whatever. Well Im going to tell you how to get your money back. First its going to take alot of phone calls but if you are mad as I was its worth it. The box that your order comes in has the return address for the product, mine was 3007 Greene St, Hollywood Floridia, 33020. But before sending your product back call [protected] dont select the option to return product select the the 1 to talk with a customer rep, now this is where the waiting starts but dont give up. Tell the rep you want to return product and cancel your account, ask them for a return of product code mine was 14 digits, its your cancellation number-a return number. When you get that number take the box to your local postoffice and send the package back to them certified mail requireing a signature. Make sure that you write the return number that they give you on the front of the box that your returning. Check your postoffice for signature confirmation once they receive the package back. Then its back on the phone with the customer rep who will then process your refund request once you give them your signature confirmation code from your local postoffice. I sent my package back on 8-12 and had my refund credited back on my card on 8-24. I hope this information will be of help to you all, but I've learned my lesson, check out a company first

I originally agreed to take a jar of Acai Berry and a jar of Life Cleanse and only pay £3.95 postage, I then realised that I had to cancel and tried several times on various phone numbers listed to cancel but the connection was either broken or the person asked me to hold on and never came back. Eventually having paid £484.31, , . I managed to get an answer from "Health Science, Ordman House, 31 Arden Close, Bradley Stoke, Bristol. BS32 8AX. The cancellation number that I was given was my original customer number. I have tried to get some compensation through the Bank but so far nothing has been forthcoming. The shipping dates were 28/9, 28/9, 14/10, 15/10, and 16/10, . On each of these dates there was a jar of AcaiBerry and a jar of Life cleanse shipped.

Like any other product I wanted to see what the fuss was all about so ordered for this free sample wher I only had to pay for the postage worth 4.29 for postage. The product was shipped to me in 15 days. The bank called up and explained the situation and said to me that the company called Global Wellbeing is trying to debit your account 3 times in 2 weeks and now they have finally succeeded and taken 31.29 from my account. This is bloody unacceptable that anyone can just take money of your account without your concern. Can't trust internet shopping anymore..

Need a good explaination from this company and they should be out of business.

I ordered a trial version of a product called "Acai Berry" it was for $5.95 shipping and handeling. Well since then I have been charged $5.95 four times along with other charges of two $.18, $ .15, $2.68 and then $78.81. I called numberouse times to no avail. I finally found thier website and bombarded them with emails. I was reimbursed my $78.81. I then went to my bank (Bank Of America) and was surprised that there have been numberouse people in for the same thing from the same company, I filed a complaint with the fraud department. I have filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals office and I'm not done yet. I hate to think of all the people this company is screwing. You can go to thier website and voice your own opionions... www.advancedwellnessresearch.com

Today I have discovered how to cancel all 3 memberships associated to the Acai Berry Scams...I originally cancelled my membership some 6 months ago but have discovered that new fees have been coming out of my account for the last 2 months. THIS IS WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO...Go to www.acaiberryscamsreport.com/acai-burn-scam-review/ you need to then click on Order Free Trial and then on that page click onto live chat. You then give them your membership numbers...I told them that the phone numbers for insider secrets and Comprehensive Weight Loss Ebook Package were disconnected and they cancelled it for me. I have been trying for months to find a way to cancel all these memberships and this seems to be the only way...for now at least. Good Luck.

Applied for the free trial sample per the website. No where on the website did it say that I would automatically be enrolled for monthly refills and automatic withdrawals from my checking account. I contacted them right away when I saw that it came through, but nothing has been done to refund my money. I have not received another order since my initial call, so the full refund should be granted. I have tried call them several times but the phone call remains on hold. When I try to leave a message, the mailbox is full.
