Cancel it by saying it was a fruadulant charge. Tell your credit card company you have no idea how they got your card regardless. Since these guys are crooks it takes acting like one to get your money back. . . So be it

This company is a total scam. My friend & I both ordered a free trial sample only pay S & H. When we attempted to cancel with the phone number on the instruction it advised it was not a working number. I did some reach online and found that all numbers on record were not valid. There is also no way to contact the company via email. It was until a different phone showed on my credit card bill that I was able to speak to someone who of course agreed to cancel the product after it had already billed and shipped and they do not accept returns. I am disputing this charge with my credit card because they will contact the merchant on my behalf. If this has happened to you call your credit card too.

I didn't know, until reading this site that I was going to be billed $87 some dollars for ordering a FREE trial of this product. I don't know if anyone else has figured out how to get into their customer service area on the web but here is the url https://www.acaiberrydetox.com/secure/members/default.aspx

This will take you to a members area where you will put in your email address and then click to get your password. The password will come into your email and will be a long string of numbers (at least mine was). If you use this you will get into your information on the website.

I tried to change the qty ordered to 0 but that didn't work. I did input a request to cancel in the customer service area but will also call them at [protected].

Hope all of this helps.

Unauthorised payments for a acai berry supplement that was meant to be on free trail and only pay for shipping and handling was paid for a couple of months ago is now being debited again for which I haven't requested of £13.83.I'm now demanding you to stop debiting money without my authorisation otherwise if this continues I'm going to take legal action. This is truly disgusting misleading people in this manner and I hope that you do take this email seriously, it seems that this is a regular thing that you'll do.I've read the complaits board.Truly disgusting.

I was foolish enough to order the free sample product of acai berry product for a shipping charge of $4.99. I did not read everything at first, my mistake. When I did read it within minutes of my purchase, I found I would be chaged $87 if not cancelled in 14 days, so I immediately called and cancelled my order, I spoke with Justin, he gave me my cancellation number. Much to my dismay on the 26th I was charged $ 4.99 for S&H, and low and behold there was another charge for $3.95 from a company for Lipaphen 2 days earlier. I called right away, spoke with Ronald who was no help at all. After asking to speak with the supervisor, who I was told numerous amounts of time was too busy to talk to me, I refused to hang up until I spoke with her. Nisha refused to refund the entire amount and would only give me $3.00 back. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card immediately, informing them of the other charge. I then looked up the other company and found when I called them that I was charged that $3.95 for the same product as the $4.99 was for. Spoke with Abby, she then agreed to refund both ammounts to me. If anyone has problems with the acai berry shipping and handling charges call this number [protected]. They are the same company, charging people twice for one product. Abby was very helpful, and she also spoke english. I hope this helps other people before they get burned. Please cancel the card that you used before they have a chance to charge for more items. Your bank or credit card company will do this for you at no charge to you.

I love this product but what i do not love is the fact I too ordered the free trial and got it in a timely mannor. next thing i know i am being charged 39.95 for the top body cleanser. i tried to call and they both told me that i could not cancel my order but yet when i do talk to someone they say that my order has been canceled. i was told i would not get my money back for this product nor my overdraft fees. they told me it was not their falt i had such fees. as soon as i saw thed charges on my account that were not to be there i cancled my credit card. told the bank what was going on and got my money plus all over draft fees within 24 hours. i think it is messed up when you call a company to cancel an order and the first thing they ask for is a credit card number... why the hell do you want our credit card number? the only reason is so you can charge my card again...yes i love the product but i think i will wait till i can get it at my local drug store or health food store. CALL THE BANK AND REPORT IT AS FRAD THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK

I purchased Acai berry and Colon Cleanse for shipping only 1.98 and 2.04 on 5/14/09, for which I was billed. On 5/18/09 another 40.74 was deducted from my account, on 5/26/09 another 87.73 was deducted. I did not authorize these deductions. I have contacted the company and was given the run around. After getting rather upset I was given a cancellation confirmation number and was told the refunds department would be contacting me in two to three days. Something should be done about this type of fraud.

I order the free trial of the Acai Berry product no only did I NOT get it, they shipped it to the wrong address I e-mailed them for a week straight and no one returned my emails then I get an email from them telling me the charge of 59.95 was declined by my credit card company. you damn right it was declined no one told me I was going to pay that amount for one and hell I never received my pills for you two. I did an online scam complaint with the BBB and hopefully other people will search information about this company better than I did and not get taken for a ride like me.

I ordered a trial sample of Acai Berry tablets, for which I paid the post and packing. The parcel arrived while I was on holiday. I had the intention of using them as soon as I got back. Unfortunately, as soon as I read the label, I realised I would not be able to take them, as I had had a stroke. Also, alas, it was over the 15 days allowed for cancellation. I had thoroughly checked out the web and did extensive research before ordering these tablets, but nowhere does it state online that you cannot take these if you have had a stroke. If it had said that, I would not have ordered them in the first place!

Scam... I ordered the free trial of Acai for the cost of shipping and handling, which I paid, and which an additional $.16 foreign transaction fee was paid, around May 5. Two days after receiving the product I called and cancelled any further produce, which I never received. I made a complaint with my bank and asked that no further deductions be made with this company. The gave me a temporary credit. I then had to submit a letter with details.
On May 20 a charge, of $82.31 plus the $2.46 foreign transaction fee was again withdrawn from my checking acount. After the first fiasco, while checking my account, as I do every week, I see they have deducted another $82.31 plus the $2.46 foreign transaction fee. Since it's Sunday, I can't call my bank and there is no response at the Acai number shown on my bank statement and the number listed for customer service is naturally closed today. I will contact my bank tomorrow and make another attempt with Acai to stop them from withdrawing any additional funds from my account. I have never received any additional product other than the 14 day trial supply. Have since learned that two other ladies in my office have experienced this same rip off.

i called to cancel my free trial of pure acai berry and was told my credit card was already charged for a monthly fee for a bottle that has not even been shipped and will not accept the unopened bottle if returned. the charge was $78.81 It was a 14 day trial and i was charged on 3-13-09 but only recieved the bottle 5 days ago. I dont think its fair to be charged for something not shipped and has been canceled before the shipment left the building. Its a scam. Most people dont read the fine print closely enough. You think your only paying $ 4.99 and can cancel before being charged and you cant.

I ordered Acai berry on-line. This product does not work. However, I cancelled the ordered but 2 other charges appeared on my account. They claimed that I did not uncheck a box that was offerring free 7 day trial and charged my account for items I knew nothing about. These free offers are suppose to be on Acai berry website. I reordered again to see and of course, it is not there. I want my money back fron Fit factory and Primetime. There product is no use for me and I do not want it.

I ordered a trial size and agreed to pay $4, 99 shipping and handling fee. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged $78.81, This charge was not authorized!. Two weeks later, my credit card was charged an additional $83 and additional product was sent to me. I have tried to reach the company for an RMA(it is stated on the website that an RMa number must accompany product in order for the return to be processed and credited. After two days of trying to get through this number, someone answered and told me they no longer endorse this product. They forwarded me to www.getorderhelp.com. I sent in an email with the necessary information in order to track the order, and was told no such order existed.. Subsequently, I have contacted my credit card company, issed a dispute over the two charges and closed the account...

Do not get involved with this company! Go to a health food store and buy product off the shelf!

I agreed to the a trial bottle which i knew the condition of it. But when i recieved my first bottle only 4 days later a charge for another bottle went on my account. May i saywhich i didn't ever receive! I had many phone calls that ended with no help stupid ppl who gave me the round about. I thin get someone in December that tells me to send back the bottle to the company well i paid the postage to do so along with insurance. I just made a call last night(1/5/2010) regarding the bottle i had sent to them. They told me that they had not receive a bottle i had sent and that the 15days were up in august. Well the person that i talked to in dec told me to send it back! They also told me that i had to take up the postage loss with my postal company! I did call and they said that is was acai berry tropics responability to do that! But i did, and found that the package made it to delaware and that a person from the company had signed for it! So they straight out lied to me! Companies can't be run like this! People don't have the means to be screwed over like this! This pill didn't even work, they didn't even give me time to open the bottle before they charged me for another, which i didn't get ( nor do i want) . If the company doesn't want to deal with me i will go to ever consumer report place, and report what they have done! I want My Money Back they took out of my account!

I have never heard of Acai Berry and one day I get an email from Acai Berry Edge confirming my order. I immediately reply and tell them that I did not place the order. I then get a call at work confirming the same order. I told the rep that I had never even heard of this stuff and demanded that she give me the last 4 digits of the card that was used so that I may cancel my card, which I immediately did. Over the next few days, I received at least 7 more emails from different acai berry companies claiming that I had placed an order (with the same card info). Some of the companies are: UltraGreen, Acai Berry Supreme, Acai Berry Marvel, and other variations. About a week later, I began receiving all of the trial bottles of the various Acai products. I started to throw them in the trash but held on to them in case these shady companies try to demand a return of their worthless product (one of them already has).

What is most concerning is that these companies (or one mastermind company) somehow got their hands on my credit card number - on a card that I NEVER used and still had in my wallet at the time the order was placed - my home address and my work telephone number. That is just odd. And way too suspicious.

Has this happened to anyone else? I would really like to investigate this further. I don't believe that some third person I.D. theft expert stole my card to order this crap - how would they benefit when the stuff was all shipped to my house? I believe that these companies are somehow getting their hands on the information and hoping that people don't catch it so that they can bill you and you are left to fight with your bank about the unauthorized charges. OR, you cancel the fraudulent order but they still try to bill you for the sample. Luckily I caught them early. And they messed with the wrong person because I am already in the process of complaining to my state Attorney General's office. Connecticut is a small state, they will look into it. :)

FIGHT BACK.

I ordered the trial sample of acai berry and was billed the 4.95 fee. I tried the sample and agreed to a one month shipment of the product. I got zero weight loss results from the product and wanted to cancel any further shipment. They billed me $86.85 for that month's supply. I called the cancellation phone number they provided. Healthy Living answers and puts me on hold, once for 30 minutes and once for 60 minutes. I continue to call and can never talk to a real person. Another automatic shipment is scheduled to be shipped. Since I couldn't cancel the order I had to cancel my VISA card so it can't be charged. DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A SCAM!

So, I have had the displeasure of dealing with this as well. I've called them several times today, only to hear someone on the other end clicking on a keyboard, and convientenly the call gets dropped. I'm calling from a land line, by the way. I checked out the product and it was my error in not reading all the links and small print business- but I always check for that. So when I rechecked today, sure enough it is there, with a wordy explanation about satisfaction and retrictions that apply and all that rubbish. But note that while it is there, it is not explained clearly at all! Not to mention, I wish the best of luck to anyone trying to get though to request that the charges stop. As this email has taken me all of 5 minutes to type, my call has been dropped for the fourth time!

On 2/2/09 I ordered the free trial bottle of acai berry and cancelled it a couple of days later. I started getting returned checks because someone took money out of my account. Yesturday I went to the mailbox and got the notice from my bank and a bottle of acai berry. Thats when I found out it was you guys who took my money. I called to find out what happened and yall were very rude to me and said I never cancelled and I could not have my money back. I talked to a supervisor who was just as rude and he would not let me talk to his boss. I am on disability with 3 kids on my own. I don't have the money to spend like that. I wanted to try it out and then when I got some extra money I was going to get a bottle. When I called they said they had no record of my cancelling and would not refund me my money. I can't even buy groceries for my kids. You cannot do this and think its right and you did nothing wrong. You told me to get my phone records from the phone company but I have no idea even where to start. I don't remember the time or the day I called so I don't know what to tell them. I want my money back and I will return the unopened bottle with no problem. You treated me very bad over the phone and I didnt do anything to deserve to be talked to that way. I need my money back and you took it with out my authorization! I already filed this with the bbb and I will not stop until it is resolved.

There has been an unauthorised payment of £82.95 taken from my Barclaycard by these people for 1 pot of Acai Berry. I received originally one for free trial (p&p only charged but HAD to be by credit card).

It appears that neither phone numbers are genuine. the +[protected] got me through to my local hospital who's number is [protected] (Dorset UK) and the UK Toll Free number of [protected] is not in use.

I have made multiple attempts to get the RMA number needed to return the unused and unopen containers of this supplement and have the charge removed from my credit card. I have spoken to at least 5 different people and all I get is that they can not find my information in the computer system. The answer is to call back the next day. I have requested names of supervisiors, when I request to speak to them no such person. The operates constantly ask the same questions and the same information over and over again due to language barrier, I requested someone that spoke and understands the english language and I was hung up on to end the phone call. I will call again tomorrow 1/7/09 I was given the name of Shawn Watson. If I don't get the information needed to return this product and get the charges taken off my credit card, I will notify the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in the city stated above. I feel I am getting the "run around". If this problem is not settled, I may have to consider a class action suit with other unsatisfied customers. You may contact me at my email kellyseagles@aol.com. Thank you for taking the time to review my complaint. Kathy

I am extremely appalled that a "free" bottle of Acai Berry can somehow end up costing more than the shipping only as advertised. I noted a charge was put on my account about two weeks ago and did not authorize the same! Just like Kimmie, they have stolen money from my account to the tune of $166 give or take some change! How can a business be allowed to operate like this? When you call in, you are put on hold endlessly so you are never able to reach a person to cancel and complain! IT IS A SCAM! SOme one should be policing this company!

I ORDER THERE PRODUCT 14 DAY TRAIL OFFER, IT TOOK 7 DAYS TO RECIEVE IT. WHEN I DID, I TOOK IT TO MD, WHO AFTER READING THE INFO ON BOTTLE TOLD ME I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT DUE MY MEDICAL CONDITION. THE PRINTING FOR INGREDIENTS PRINTED SO SMALL HE COULD HARDLY READ IT. I THEN CALLED AS TOLD BY THE AD. THE ANSWERING MESSAGE WAS SO VERY MISLEADING, I TAUGHT I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. I THEN HAD TO SEARCH FOR THE WEBSITE. I CALLED ON THE NEXT DAY, ONLY TO HEAR I'M A DAY LATE, AND MY ACCOUNT WAS BILLED 89.98. THE PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS VERY RUDE AND HANGED UP PHONE. I MUST ADMIT I WAS VERY UPSET AND NOT MY BEST, BUT I LET HIM HAVE HIS SAY. I placed an order for an acai berry free trial. I gave them my credit card number. The first charge was on 04/19/10 for $5.95 for the trial and $0.05 for using my card. The unatuhorized charge was made on 05/05/10 for $127.86 and $1.02 for using my card. This is a scam! Do not order this product online.

I tried contacting this company, I gave them all my information and they claimed that they could not find my information on the system and refused to transfer my call to a supervisor.

I too fell for the this scam. I accepted that I did not completely read the "terms and conditions". I was charged for a shipment. I went on-line and followed the instructions for canceling the product and received a confirmation email on 5/17 stating in RED that " No further action is necessary! You will receive NO additional charges or shipments!" Seemed pretty clear to me. All was well until yesterday when I received another shipment. I assumed there was some mistake, so I retrieved my cancellation confirmation number and called the company. WHAT A SHOCK! I ended up furious and confused. They told me they were completely in the right for sending another shipment and that I obviously didn't read the agreement. They kept putting me on hold to listen to recorded offer to continue the subscription for 9.99. That gave me a warm fuzzy. I repeatedly explained that I did not want anything to do with a company that conducted business in such a manner. Eventually I received a second confirmation number. I then called my credit card company to dispute the charges and realized they had made not one but two $99.00 dollar charges to my card on the same day! I've contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. I would have written off the initial charge, but this is out right theft and these people need to be stopped. They have sent an additional cancellation which is identical to the first. The only difference being the cancellation number is one less than the original. Very very strange.

I returned the acai berry bottle that I got charged for about 2 weeks ago. I was told it would take 7-10 business days to get my refund of $88.55. It has been 11 business days now and I still don't have my refund. They said that they would have to redo my credit information because something was wrong, but nothing has changed on my credit information. They said I would have to wait 7-10 more business days. I am very upset, I asked to speak to a manager, but the girl on the phone hung up on me after telling me I did not need to speak to a manager. I don't know what is going on over at acai berry but they need to be retrained on customer service and data entry.

I ordered Acai Berry Cleanse - I ordered a free sample for $3.95 shipping. Then the company charged my checking account twice automatically for 87.13 within 15 days of that order. When I called the company they said its in their terms and conditions I would be charged but I got nothing in the mail & they will not reimburse me. I'm calling my bank to report as fraud and get a new checking account - I told Acai Berry to stop charging me but I"m nervious I will keep getting charged - I've paid 174.26 already so I'm reporting this as fraudulent.

I wish there was a way to get my money back especially since I got NOTHING in the mail but I doubt I'll ever see this money again .

I tried the product with complete dissatisfaction not only did I not lose weight, I felt hungrier. I tried to call several phone numbers to cancel future orders but one said please call back during "normal" business hours. It is Monday at 11:00am in the morning! The other number I tried to call that I got from my bank said..."number is no longer is service". I hope Oprah addresses all of these complaints soon or she'll find herself in the same predicament as the cows! ### COMPANY...BEWARE.

I did order one free sample of Acai Berry and only was responsible for $4.95 shipping unaware of the fine print associated with this website. My Visa was charged $13.95 for this, I did get $9.00 back and returned that bottle. Then on [protected], I received another bottle of Acai Berry and was charged $69.95 to my Visa card. I was unable to get a call to the number on the bottle and I have been trying to get this taken of my card, then today [protected] another bottle of Acai Berry came in the mail. I called the number I found in you complaints [protected], I did reach someone and was given a confirmation #166169, that I would not receive any more shipments. I think this is a disgrace that you credit card can be charged without your knowledge of this. I will try to contact Visa and maybe this will not happen again. I will never be fooled into anything free again. Please post, maybe it will help someone. Vicki

I called them to get a 'Return Authorization'. After being left on hold for more than 10 minuted I hung up. Called back in a few minutes and phone rang on and on. Upon further checking I found out the State of Florida is looking into the actions of this company in Florida. They do not respond to returns of unused product. One of the local TV Stations, WPLG looked into there operation in Hollywood and Miami only to find both offices empty and boxes of returned ACAI Berry sitting there. How many of us got hit with the $79.90 charge for an unworthy product? I have contacted my credit card company to cancel any additional charges.

Ordered this product Acai Berry free trial for 5.95-Confirmation # and receipt still in hand...Was supposed to be delivered by December 30, 2008. No product, of course they have my credit card info. Someone called to confirm order and I was given [protected] and [protected] as customer service numbers to cancel. Of course, no one answers over the weekend and Monday-Friday 9-6 EST they are busy. Is there any government agency or attorneys monitoring this website to help us? Anyone gone on FTC.gov to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission? The spam emails with return emails are invalid. The links in the email are invalid. Any suggestions?

As other complaints I am a victim, they charged me $87.13 prior the expiration of the free trial, I also order the colon cleanser and did not receive on time, by the time I received it the trial was over and they charged me full price. Is hard to get someone to answer and the phone, they said they will credit the amount that was 3 weeks ago and nothing had happen. When I called they informed me they had shipped another bottle, I told them how that can be possible when I had cancel and did not want anything else. Something needs to be done it is obvious this is a company that accostumed to fraud and consumers are not been warned and their issues taken care of.

CANCELLING YOUR CREDIT CARD IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO!

I ordered the "Not so Free" trial in January. After I received the trial (full 1 month supply) I read the small amount of information that came with the bottle and called the only number I could find. I was left on hold for 45 minutes then disconnected, then left on hold for 30 minutes and finally got to talk to someone from India that took even more information from me before telling me their system was down and that I would need to call back and cancel. I called again and got someone else who yelled at me for being upset about the inability to cancel and return the product, then got disconnected AGAIN. I came across all of the complaints about trying to cancel the automatic shipments and got worried because I used my debit card to pay for the shipping and handling. I immediately went to my bank, they were very quick to cancel my card number and issue me a new one. I was fortunate enough to only get charged shipping and handling. I never used or returned the bottle I received, but also have not gotten any more shipments.

I signed up for a free trial of these 2 products and they were mailed on January 29 2009. I did not receive them until Feburary 9 2009 which only gave me 4 days left to try the products. I had to go out of town to work so therefore I didn't even get to try the products, nor did I get to read the fine print that came with them, and when I got home on the 19th of Feburary they had already billed my bank for $79.96 and $78.84. I tried to call the one for the ACAI BERRY and it took forever for anyone to answer and when I finally did get an answer they said that they couldn't cancel my first order and so I have lost all of my money to this scam. However I was able to cancel the rest. I still haven't been able to reach the other company for the Toal Cleanse which they promote together. Here's the kicker, they are not doing anything fraudulent because all of this is in fine print when you agree to their terms when you take the trial product. However they are very DECEPTIVE. You cannot get your money back if they have already hit your account but they do have a return policy that requests you to get an RMA # so you can return it, but you can't get anyone on the phone. Here is the only address for return. P.S. I have closed this account so they can't get anymore of my money.

I was charged £75.40 for the supposedly free Acai Berry trial. I contacted them via email and aparently in the terms and conditions, if you don't cancel your subscription within 15days you will get charged the full amount for it. If it's 15day free trial, why send a months supply...I am arguing with Viv3 Labs over email, as from this information, I should've only been charged half for the 15days left that aparently aren't included in the free trial! When I signed up for this, it said 30day free trial, but, conveniently enough, I am unable to locate the website from which I ordered it. If anyone has a link, please add it!

Ordered the 15 day trial. At 7 days called back and advised for health reasons needed to cancel. Sent back 1/3 bottle. This happened in October 2009. on February 6, 2010 my bank acocunt was charged $79.62 and $3.25 for shipping of a product I never received nor i authorized the charges. i called several times and sent several emails. The $3.25 was refunded immediately however the $79.62 is still not refunded eventhough I have an email date March3 stating is being processed. i called again yesterday and was told basically to wait my turn and never before Arpil 20.

So i have filled a complaint with the FL attorney General, District Attorney's office i filled a criminal complaint, BBB and FTC. Also filled witht he same entities in CA where i reside.

I ordered a FREE trial bottle of acai and was charged $5.95 for shipping and handling on my credit card. That was fine with me because I read that that would happen. That was a couple of weeks ago and I have yet to receive my acai. I was checking my credit card balance today and they have charged $79.95 for a product that was supposed to be free. I was livid. I tried calling the fx suppliments and got a busy signal. There wasn't any way that I could even e-mail them. Called the credit card company and they are in the process of taking it off. I was told that they could not block it. I even e-mailed farmer's almanac and told them about the scam and received an immediate thank you for letting them know about it. I think that's the way we need to fight it. E-mail the sites where we saw it and let them know that it is a scam.
