This company is such a scam. They offer you a free trial and you just pay $4.95 for shipping. Shortly after that asked for a manager and was refuse. I am now di I was charged $83.95 for this item. I called and the cust service rep said the $4.95 was for shipping only. 8.90 on my credit card. I called again and told them I cancelled and they would not credit me. Isputing the chage with my bank. We'll see what happens.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THEIR PRODUCT SUCKS!That is such BS, I wanted my money back and they refused. I cancelled and 2 weeks later another charge for $8

After reading that Acai Berry Breeze offered 14 days free trial I called to cancel. No one answered the phone and there wasn't even voice mail during business hours. After ringing with no answer it went to a busy signal. I called later after business hours, then I received a message stating to call back during business hours. I wish I would have found this site before ordering. I plan to contact the BBB.

Your advertisement is nothing more than a scam. I in good faith ordered the acai berry breeze and colon cleanse 3000 thinking I would give it a try. You offered a free trial only pay shipping and handling of $4.95. When in fact you automatically charged my credit card $85.00. I am and will dispute this as I received one bottle as was the deal. I would never recommend this free trial to anyone. Choose another way to loose weight. If you order the free trial expect nothing more than headaches, stress and no trust. This company will automatically deduct hundreds of dollars from the card you used with the s/h charge and a nightmare to recover. This product/company sucks... We learn from our mistakes. Learn from this one and don't order...

This is a TOTAL SCAM. Buyer beware. I learned my lesson the hard way. The notion to the customer is that you will have 14 days to try the product once you receive it...NOT TRUE! The trial for this product starts when they ship it out. It took 10 days to receive my product and within another couple of days my account had been charged, just over the 14 day so called "TRIAL PERIOD". How can a customer know if the product is going to work unless you receive the product within a couple of days? So you may only have a few days to "trial" the product and call to cancel your memebership. This is a very deceptive company. They do not have a refund policy and so you are stuck with the $83.95 charge if you do not call before the 14 days is up. I also ordered the colon cleanse 3000 and my card was chared the same amount of $83.95, two days after the acia berry breeze for the shipping costs. The "fine print" that most people do not read or in my case did not see because it is so dark against the background website. Please read these posts before buying and save yourself the hassle of dealing with these unprofessional people. They are VERY rude and when you ask for a supervisor, you get one but he was just as rude, if not more rude. He kept interrupting me and was nasty to me. Please do not use this product. They are making a mint of poor souls looking for a quick way to lose weight. Not worth the hassle. They have no website to go to, no confirmation email is sent indicating your purchase and the only phone number that I found was after I googled the company that showed up on my credit card statement. That website only gives you an email address and phone number, nothing else. I also question whether this product has the amount of acai berry in it as it claims. I've thought about having it tested to see how much acai berry is actually in it. If I find that they are false advertising, I might file a lawsuit. I asked the man on the phone where they were located and he would only say Scottsdale Arizona. By pure luck, I found the actual address. Now, whether this address exists, remains to be seen. Luckily, I have a brother who lives there, who is very influencial in that town, who I will have find out for me if this address even existst. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT! IT IS A RIP-OFF!

After seeing Oprah's face on their online advertisement, I thought this product was trustworthy because Oprah wouldn't endorse just any fly by night product. I received the product approximately 2 to 3 weeks after ordering the trial bottle and within 1 week and a half my account was billed $84.62. After hours of being disconnected on their 1-800/1-866 lines, I finally got through. I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions which was at the bottom of the advertisement in very small writing. It stated that you have 14 days to cancell to avoid any addtional charges and your 14 days begin when you order the product, not when you receive it. After 14 days you are charged for the bottle you received as a trial for full price. Tell me, is that misleading or what? They refused to refund my money because the terms and conditions were there to read (even though the clock was ticking to take advantage of this super offer). I am hghly disgusted with this company and my heart just breaks on some of the sad stories that I had read from other victims. I have only taken 3 of the pills so I can't honestly say how good or bad they are. I am determined to continue voicing until my money is refunded from somewhere.

Ordered from
Acai Berry Breeze
3370 N. Hayden Rd.
Ste. 123-180
Scottsdale, AZ 85251

I had 14 days to see if product was "right for me" but did not receive it until the 15th day after ordering. As soon as I received it, I sent an email requesting to cancel and I mailed it right back. But even though their "terms" stated I had 30 days to return the product before I would be charged, I was charged over $83 on my credit card just 5 days after receiving the product. As soon as I saw the charge I emailed their support inbox and they replied with a refund denial.
I am going to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.

Avoid ordering ANYTHING from this company. Product is not what they say. Also they claim to give a free trial bottle for payment of S & H but secretly (as fine print is buried in terms & conditions) they set you up to automatically receive their product every month for an inflated price ($89) & they also charge you for the free bottle 14 days after it ships! And they REFUSE to refund your money!

I was told about this Acai berry by a coworker. I was truly interested and rush to my computer and found what I thought was a legitimate report on it by this news station doing a scam test. Well It looked like it passed with flying colors by this so called -Mary Cunningwood's person. Ordered it with this great trial of 14 days 1.95 shipping. SWEET DEAL! not
Well I did slow down enough to go online to my bank and get a virtual credit card number. This number is nut my actual card number but a random numbers the bank gives you for temporary internet purchases, so you don't get scammed by endless charges to your card thus canceling to stop the charges. Needless to say, they did try to charge the 87.95 per month charge but NO SUCCESS NO AUTOMATED EMAIL OR CALL
I had my virtual credit card set for no more than 10.00 and not good for no more than 30 days. They couldn't do a cotton pick'in thing with that number. and I dont have to ruin my long time account history with my credit card. I recommend doing this with any internet purchasing.
It my have been my fault for not seeing all the fine print but When the primary charge for a product has to be in fine print... there's a problem.

I thought that the website looked a little hokey- I read the disclaimer at the end and it reads that basically they are just posting trademarks and not affiliated with any of them. If you look at the deadline to get your "free trial" it just so happens to be the next day! I googled channel 6 in sacramento and it is a PBS station, thus would not have accuweather as what is on the site to look like an actual newsite. Additionally, as I googled Health news 6, there was an autopopulation in the google search bar for scam, which led me to this site. Now here is something truely ironic: One of the Google Ads listed on this complaint page is for the exact same product! (Lose 32lbs in 30 days).

Yes, I too purchased this product online (4.95 for 30-DAY TRIAL) and was charged 88.95 shortly after. My bank rep advised me to cancel my credit card. So, I ended up canceling my credit card and got a new card. Then my bank refunded the 88.95 back into my account. To stop these charges from being drafted out of your bank account you should cancel that credit card...RIGHT AWAY!

sorry to hear you got scammed.
yeah that "health news 6" is just a big front for click banks.
in fact, read the disclaimer at the end, it's beautiful.
they are basically saying the test never happened. that mary doesn't exist. that it is just a concocted story based on reports from satisfied customers, including the comments!

too bad you didn't check out my site http://fibomercialsandscams.blogspot.com first. i could have saved you some money and aggravation and possibly all with a smile and chuckle.
it's what i try to do.

maybe next time.

The above comment echoes my experience to the letter. I fell for the ad of the trial offer and to my surprise and dismay was charge $84.00 after a month of receiving the product. I order both the Colo Flush and Acai Berry Breeze offer at the same time. I was charge again $88 for the colo flush and was told by the Direct Mark Company that I should have read the information at the bottom of the ad. Do not try this product because it is overpriced and their ad is deceptive.

Like all the rest of you, I ordered this product thinking it was a free trial and did not read the small print. When my credit card was charged, I called the 800 number and talked to one of their customer service guys and he said it was only a 14 day trial and that since I did not call, that was why I was charged. I said I did not want it then and he said he would sell it to me for $ 19.95 and I still said no so he said mail it back and your card will be refunded. I was given the address in Az. from him and I sent it back. I have a confirmation of delivery from the post office as well as a signature of the person who accepted the return. I have emailed them about this twice and said if they would not credit my card, I would have my credit card company reverse the charges. I also copied and pasted a copy of the post office receipt and signature. They said their credit card company would stand up to this and that there was no fraud so no refund. I have contacted my bank and have asked them to investigate the matter and file a complaint. Hopefully they can help. This truly is a big whopper of a scam. I wish I had read these complaints before ordering.

Customer Beware! I recieved an e-mail and it was supposed to be an article from a news paper "Health News 6" . The article is from a "reporter" Mary Cunningwood who tested acai berry and a colon cleanse together to see if the products work like they say they do. She then promotes Acai Berry Breeze, and the Colon Cleanse 3000, saying that they are only $4.95 each and there are no hidden fees. I purchased this for my wife, and was promised that the product would be shipped to me by August 31st 2009. They charged my account the $4.95 each, but my product never came. Then they charged my account $4.95 each again, but still no product! Then they charged me a convienance fee on both products! I Called the customer service number which is [protected], and they would not give me any answers to what was going on. I was lucky because my bank cancelled the transactions and gave me money back. Do not fall for this SCAM!
