This bank operates out of a Walmart Super Center. I made the tragic mistake of using the ATM owned by Academy Bank. It malfunctioned while trying to withdraw 360 dollars, but it still deducted it from my debit card. I came in and talked to the assistant manager who counted the ATM and saw that it was off but still did nothing to help me. This is inside a Walmart with security cameras everywhere and a machine that they admit was malfunctioning. They forced me to go through a 30-40 day dispute process with my debit card to try and get my money back. I called this branch and the customer service several times. They are a horrible company that doesn't care about customers. If you have a problem they will tell you tough luck file a complaint. They are complete crooks.
