Academic Travel / Bad customer service
Don't deal with this agency, they don't know what a customer service is. This is what happened to me:
Authorized a transaction for a vacation trip for three: 2 adults, 1 child -age 3 to Mexico. The problem appeared when there was a check in in the airport, appeared, that instead of a full ticket for a child, the agent Natallie Rukhin issued an infant ticket with no seat. as it is illegal to travel with a child older than 2 years without a seat, we had to purchase a ticket at the gate for a last minute price of $600 one way. upon the return the agent gave controversial information about what she had in her records, stating she didn't know the age of a child. upon finding out that there was a mistake, she hang up and refused to talk since.
