I have been waiting for over a month for a refund for a product that they admit to have received on 9/26/09. I have made 3 seperate phone calls this month asking about my refund. All 3 resulted in being told that they would "write down my info and send it to corporate". The latter 2 both said that it has not been done yet, but they would. This 3rd time I repeatedly asked for a supervisor, but was REPEATEDLY told that "they are too busy with other calls, and could not help me any further anyway".I also asked for a corporate number and was told "we don't have a number for them". I call B.S.
This is a perfect example of a company that makes millions, NOT with a good product, but with a great scam. First, they entice you with a free trial, then bill you for that product, as well as 4, yes 4 others. 3 I immediately cancelled so I wouldn't be billed, But the 4th, I wasn't even aware of until it showed up. The best part is, they get to keep the product AND the money. I believe this is called STEALING! The people of this company shouldn't just get sued, they should go to jail. Last time I checked Stealing and Fraud were both illegal. But this company relies on the fact that most people just give up. I am not. I have placed a report of fraud with my credit card.
