Now that their website is shutdown (not the main page that only has a short message - but everything else) and now that they messed up my order, I'm obviously extreemly concerned that they won't make it good. The main number isn't helpful regarding order inquiries, and the order inquiry number they gave me won't answer.

On a positive note, I at least have something of value from them, although it is only worth 75% of what I paid for.

Update:

I got ahold of them (later in the afternoon/evening seems better). They promised to ship and send tracking number for the correct product.

Update:

I received the correct product the next day. Not bad at all considering I called at 4:00PM PST. Once I got ahold of them, they were more than willing to make the necessary corrections. It still spooked the heck out of me though.
