I know from long time ago that abx were one of the slowest courier in Malaysia with bad cutomer services due to last experience but my wife and her friends didn't know that so she mistakenly sending the book that urgently needed by my daughter for her exams... 👿👿👿👿

To whom it may concern,

I been forced to complaint, i send document from KL to Penang via ABX service ( [protected]) on the 29th December 2017. But until now my customer did not receive the document. When i call your ABX contact number, none pick up and i have to hold for 20 mins. Finally on the 4th January 2018 one girl picked up and said she will check and get back to me but no news from her. I called again today (5th January 2018) one girl by the name of Mala picked up and said she dont handle the case so i insisted to speak to manager but she claim that no manager but the person in charge will call me in 10 mins but until now no calls and i dont know what happened.

We are paying for fast service but your service suck and your customer service horrible. i have lost business due to delay. The girl who attended me was not talking in pleasant tone, and did not call me back as promised. My customer is chasing me and Mala asked me t deal direct with Penang branch as she not able to contact them and they are not responding. What is going on ? Where is my document?

Hi, I'm puan zila and I'm so angry and said with your service. My parcel should delivery to me before 31/12/2017. When I check the item delivery to abx Petaling on 23/12/2017 from China, and want I call your staff on wednesday 27/12/2017 from Petaling MISS GAYA told me i will get my parcel on thursday 28/12/2017 and she say she will call me back but NONE ! BIG LIAR! Then I make a call back 10-15times I check with abx Petaling on Friday39/12/2017 and told me the parcel at subang abx and ask me to call abx subang. I call abx subang 10-12times, the abx staff MISS LINA say my parcel still at Petaling, and I ask me to call abx Petaling back. Did u all think I have free time to deal with this, I ask MISS LINA to check for me with abx Petaling and she say I will contact your back on saturday 30/12/2017 but I think all of u have a same dialog and bad attitude.(BIG LIAR) none from your staff call me to give a feedback until today!

ABX Express for Kota Kinabalu call this number [protected] many times still no one to pickup..Call on 26.12.2017, have to call 3 times also no one pickup only the fourth try answered. Also today call 3rd times still no answer.. and my thing i have to walk cross the road to get to abx person to collect. full information i give also dont know the place, just beside them standing but also they want to u turn .. Make my day worst..

This one courier guy working at the area of my house and he said in the phone call hes not gonna sent the parcel to my house cause he said my house is so hard to find. This is twice he asking me to take the parcel at the other places which is easy for him to give the item and leave. The last one it was my mistake didnt answer the his call but the point of his call to make sure I can go get the parcel by myself and that day I was late for 5 minutes. Then he so mad at me saying that I was late and the day will be raining and because of me he unable to sent the other parcel to somewhere else. Why he so mad at me? its not my fault that he unable to sent the parcel to other places. That is his job to sent the parcel to me. The point is IT IS NOT MY JOB TO TAKE THE PARCEL . HE SUPPOSE TO SENT IT TO MY HOUSE NOT SOMEWHERE ELSE CAUSE I PAY FOR THE POSTAGE.

Shipment flight start from 11 Dec on China,
14 Dec show details is flight delay, that's ok.
Flighe complete on 18Dec, but still no update any status till 21 Dec, and call customer service many time is no answer until end of call.

Hey, what the service you given?This is flight shipment u can delay 2 week?If need 2 week i never choosen the flight services!That's all in urgent to use!

My parcel sent out by 14 December 2017. Status online tracking update on 15 December then no more continue update. I've call to every branch, either no one picks up or cant reach to the line. Status say my parcel already in subang but it takes so long to reach setapak kl here. My parcel number is [protected].
I wonder ABX workers are they really working ? Poor service ever. Will ask seller never use this kind of service anymore.

barang out for delivery dari 13/12/2017 until today (18/12/2017). tak sampai sampai i call petaling jaya branches they never answer my calls tunggu sampai 5-10 minit pun dorg tak akan angkat! aihh stress! kalau ye pon tak boleh nak hantar sampai depan rumah call la suruh self collect kat pj. LEMBAB! tak nak mengutuk tapi dah terkutuk dah! sakit hati dok call sejuta kali. lepas nie tukar la EXPRESS ke 'EX-PRESS' LEMBAB!

MY order from Shoppee had already arrived in KL on the 28th Nov and it is now nearly a month and I have not received my order.
The contact number provided was either engaged or not in service even after trying on multiple times a day or different days and trying all the contact number given on the website.
The website is just as bad as there was no information regarding my shipment at all.
I have never seen such a terrible service provider and it seems like this company is a virtual company.. I do not even know if this company actually exists.

Bad service in ABX Ipoh. Seems like all the staff working there has no urgency in delivering customers' parcels. Tracking no. [protected] arrived Malaysia on 30 NOV [protected]@15:00 and shipment arrived at ABX Ipoh on 5 DEC 2017 but till today not yet to receive the parcel. It is still pending. Yesterday I called to PEN ABX, she said will sent out the item by 6 DEC 2017. But today 8 DEC 2017, I called to ABX for double check and she told me my item sent out already. Can I have a reasonable explanation from the company? This is the first time I'm using your services and I hope this will be my last time for it. Kindly please double confirm check and let me know when will i receive my items. Thank you so much.

very poor delivery service ever..please lah abx do jour job sent my parcel...parcel saya order dari china from shopee ni tracking number SHX72450755MY dah 3 sampai malaysia, ke subang then dihanhtar ke petaling jaya tapi tak dihantar keluar lg...masih lg ada di abx petaling jaya..kalu courier company lain dah sampoai pada sampai...pekerja abx tidak melakukan kerja...tolong lahn ambil tindakan pada pekerja abx di abx petaling jaya...

Kenapa barang saya masih tak sampai..tracking melalui shoppee tulis dah sampai di abx pj 27 nov 2017 tapi sehingga hari ni 7 dis 2017 masih belum sampai !

i feel so upset about abx courier system n delivery method... my friend did send me a parcel from 28 nov 2017 until yesterday i didnt rcvd it... what happen... i did try to call abx number but there is no answer.. same goes to yr sitiawan branch... there is no answer... what is this... who will pay my losses during waiting... i need make a claim due i cant use my things which i suppose to rcvd it on 29th or 30th nov...

I wish I can give 0 star for this lousy and [censor] courier... My parcel reached Malaysia for 13 days and they still not able to deliver my parcel... They also have no idea about where is my parcel now... Called ABX Kajang and they said my parcel is at PJ head office, but when I called PJ head office, they said my parcel is in delivery...? WTF? Different answer from different location... Every time I called head office and provide my tracking number to them and my tracking status will add one more status called 'Shipment on tracing', and end up no results... The customer service personnel at head office is very rude also... They can't talk properly until they can become harimau when they speak with customer... Is this a very good attitude? Should close this business lah... Don't operate it and ruin customer's life... So now I know edy... If you buy something online and your product is being handle by ABX Express = You 'donate' your money to ABX Express... That's all. You are throwing money to the lousy ABX Express... Waste your money and time... This company is just like a place that store your parcel and let customer to collect their parcel, not a parcel delivery company...

i have ordered an item from the seller on 11 Nov 2017. The seller already shipped out my item on 14 Nov 2017 from China and the item has been transit in Malaysia on 15 Nov 2017 for transit. the tracking number is SHX69788984MY.

on 24 Nov 2017, the item was arrived at ABX facility at Subang. then it was transferred to ABX Kuala Lumpur on 25 Nov 2017. But, it is weird why my item turn back to Subang on 25 Nov 2017? on 27 Nov 2017, the item was in shipment status. it supposed to be delivered and i suppose to receive it latest by 30 Nov 2017.

since there is public holiday on 1 Dec 2017, i wish my item receive on 4 Dec 2017. when i call ABX office (03-[protected]) it cannot be reached. and i called another number, 03-[protected] there was nobody pick up the phone. i also had send email to follow up the status but no reply. my email is [protected]@gmail.com

Bad service in ABX Penang. Seems like all the staff working there has no urgency in delivering customers' parcels. Consignment no. SHX79043746MY arrived PEN on [protected]@0849 but till today yet to receive the parcel.Is pending more than 2 weeks.Yesterday i called to PEN abx and spoke to "HAWA", she said will sent oout the item by today 30NOV2017.And today 30NOV2017 i called by to HAWA for double check and she told me couldn't found my item.Can i have a reasonable explanation from the company?  This is the first time im using your services and i hope this will be my last time for it.And please check and let me know when will i receive my item.

My parcel already arrived at the ABX facility on 16/11/[protected]@21:14, and has been in shipment tracking for 5 working days now. I called ABX Klang on 21/11/2017 and was informed the rider had an accident. The parcel is still with them. Hello! ABX has only one rider in Klang? The customer service said will arrange another rider to deliver it.
I follow-up with a call again on 22/11/2017 and the parcel is still in ABX Klang. Customer service informed will arrange to send it either in afternoon or next day. I called again next day (23/11/2017) and the parcel is still in ABX Klang! Customer service said that will arrange to send if no rain in the afternoon. OMG! What does deliver got to do with the weather! ABX Klang, don't give stupid excuses when you failed to keep your promise to your customer! Not one time, but 3 times! Your service is really sucks! Will advise others to NOT use your service!

incident : i call abx alor setar on this time (9:00am) and the caller told me that she will inform his runner to send my item by today (22/11/2017) at this evening (around 1pm to 5pm). after lunch at (1pm) i call again the abx service alor setar, and they said that they didnt receive the info to send my item, and i spoke with one girl, name (azlin) and she promised to me send the item on tomorrow that is on (Thursday 23/11/2017) because their runner has go out to send the item. im very disappointed with abx service, they delay to send my item.
