Doug from ABQ Seats displayed pathetic customer service regarding my ticket purchase for a concert in Toronto, Canada.
I purchased tickets through his affiliate TicketLiquidators and received my total price of $86 dollars. When the tickets arrived ABQ Seats had tacked on $25 for shipping which I had already paid for in my order.
When I called to inquire Doug was both rude and [censored]ted in his responses and tried to blame me. He actually hung up the phone on me and wouldn't answer when I called back.
There is nothing in the purchase agreement that says additional shipping charges can be added to the order.
Do NOT purchase anything from ABQ Seats. I'm putting out a 4 Star warning on ABQ Low Lifes.
It's always the one guy answering the phone, they only have a P. O Box and have no problem ignoring you if you have questions about fraudulent charges.
Hello Menia! I am employee of TL responding to the customer above. I noticed in passing that you mentioned that you ordered initially through our exchange with the seller concerned (ABQ Seats). We at TL are a nationwide exchange (like EBay) through which independent ticket sellers (like ABQ) resell tickets to popular entertainment events (sports, concerts, theater). We have certain standards we expect sellers to uphold and we're very sorry if you felt you were not treated with the respect you deserve from your seller.
Your post is from 2010, but please know, if you ever want to order through us again, you can message us via ComplaintsBoard and we'll give you a nice discount on a new order... AND we can make sure, if you feel uncomfortable ordering from ABQ, to steer you clear of any of their listings.
