About Time Services installed my pool on the 4th. After filling the pool with water, there has been water leaking from one of the filter hoses that is connected to the pool. It isn't secured properly. We've been calling and texted Tim for serval weeks and he won't call or text back to come by and resolve the issue. We paid good money and this is poor business. I would NOT recommend this company at all.
We had the same thing happen to us. Tim’s men installed the pool and left us with a leaky pump. It is probably a quick fix... a tighten or seal. Left several messages and texts. I explained the issue with the place that recommended him and they have also asked him to call me. I have been patient but find it a bit ridiculous at this point that he can say he is coming and not show. Don’t understand and would not recommend.
