NOT PAYING SALARIES
NAGPUR (Maharastra, India) BASED ABHIJEET GROUP INDULGED IN POWER - ROADS - MINING - EPC - FERRO ALLOYS - STEEL - CEMENT HAS NOT PAYED SALARIES FOR THE PAST FOUR MONTHS ( Feb, Mar, April, & May ). THE COMPANIES SUBSIDIARY COMPANY CORPORATE ISPAT ALLOYS LIMITED INDULGED IN SOLAR THERMAL PROJECT IN RAJASTHAN HAS NOT PAYED SALARIES FOR 4 MONTHS. THE COMPANY IS NOT INTERESTED TO RELEASE AT LEAST HALF SALARY TO CARRY THE PERSONAL NEED. COMPANY HAS STOPPED PROVIDING SALARY SLIPS AFTER THE MONTH OF MARCH. NOW WE ARE AFRAID THAT THEY HAVE NOT PAID THE EMPLOYEES PROVIDENT FUND AND INCOME TAX.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am an employee of Abhijeet Project Limited a subsidiary of Abhijeet Group indulged in Abhijeet Project Ltd in Chandwa Jharkhand, the company has not paid salaries from the month of March 2013 and not deposited our provident fund and TDS of Income tax. I say government should act on behalf of us. The government should put some rules for the private sectors regarding this issues, otherwise the employees of the private sector companies will not have any job security.
