My name is Aammir Mirza and I am writing this letter on behalf of my wife. She took admission in Abha Gaikwad Patil College of Engineering (Add: Mohagaon, wardha road, Nagpur, Maharashtra 441108, India, Co.: [protected], +[protected]) for M Tech CSE course in 2011. My complain is that this college is almost fake because -
• This college is not having any UGC(University Grant Commission) faculties because of which their final defense Exams were not conducted by the RTMNU (Nagpur University) and which caused delay of 1 year in completion of M Tech from now.
• It has digested money in the name of donation and other miscellaneous fees (Proof of document attached along with complain)
 Donation taken is around 2 to 3 lakh per student
• The college is not having a proper/stable Principal.
At the time of admission they promised every student that they would help students in their recruitment by bringing I.T companies or by providing them with jobs in their own B.E college as lecturer but there were no companies which visited college and also because this college has started maintaining bad reputation there were poor admission in B.E. So, the students of M Tech were kept on lecturer ship job on the condition that they would bring 10 admissions in the B.E College in 2 months time. And if any one failed in that then they were terminated from the job no matter how his/her performance was. My wife was no exception to this trap.
The students have maintained all the records and the documentation required for the completion of the M Tech course but because they were having no regular faculties -
• The college did not know the last date of synopsis submission and the correct format of the synopsis, which resulted in chaos on the last day on which the college has to submit the approved synopsis to the university. Also, on that day when the students brought the binded copy of their synopsis, they were asked to submit another copy of it - but in other format.
• These people were asked to open the completed thesis work again and again just to change the name of the Project Guide, which costed extra money and extra efforts. Also this proves that there was no one in the college to properly guide the project work.
Instead of giving guidance, the H.o.D of M Tech CSE branch Prof. Mrs. Pragati Patil (Mo.: +[protected]) used to harass my wife saying that she would give her extension if she does not do the work again and again.
Also when these people went to the college to ask why these exams were not conducted the management (Mr. Mohan Gaikwad, Co:[protected]) and the faculties (Prof. Mrs. Sulbha Patil, Co.: +[protected]) mocked them and harassed them saying that they cannot do anything and if they want something then they should go to the RTMNU plead and cry to them to take their exams.
My wife is so much disturbed by this incident that I have to seek Counselors’ help to bring her back as she is mentally and financially moved. This is not just the end one of the student is so much shocked that he might end his life.
Proofs like call recordings and emails of harassment, receipt of donations, etc can be provided if required.
At this point of time when we are newly married instead of leaving fruitful life I have to manage my wife’s mental disturbed state which is causing a lot of career & mental disturbance to me as well. I seek help from your organization to please get the way out of this issue.
NOTE: I have all valid documents for fees paid and other requirements if required can submit the same
