I had three pallets of freight, all well organized, shrink wrapped and banded.

All three pallets had been dropped, and one, containing metal file cabinets, had obviously had extremely heavy objects dropped on top of it, causing dents so deep in the top that it is now impossible to open. The contents will now have to be removed by using a grinder to cut the tops of the file cabinets off. One item was also missing from that pallet.

There was a report of transit damage to an intermediate freight center, but I was not informed until I called and asked. I never saw the report.

The response from ABF, after my sending damning photo documentation, was a query about the estimated weight of the damaged objects.

I received a check for $20.00.

Please NEVER use this freight line! They lost shipment and my name and company name for 2 days and then left the 4 small boxes on a large pallet in front of my garage. They were not shipped on a pallet-ABF put them on one. I don’t want a pallet and will have to pay my waste hauler extra to pick it up. Then when I called everyone made no sense and were obstinate and rude.

It is surprising that your store would hire a security company that are trained to terrorize my child while she was trying to pick something out
I complained to your store manager and while we were speaking there was a grown man changing Right behind her .I ask her for the name of the security company and she didn't know and she didn't ever bother to take my name or phone number to follow up with me. the first I heard of this was a speech my child had written for a school speech about her being bullied .at Calvin Klein location by Calvin Klein security gauards . I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in your stores policy on how it deals with minors

I shipped a commercial shipment to an account in Ohio from New York with ABF, and the cost was under $300. I shipped about twice as much to Oregon, and I thought I would get a similar rate.

Instead, I was called while the shipment was en route that it would cost over $2000. They want to make it my fault for not having verified the rate on this shipment. They told me that they could lower the rate only to $1636, and on getting a new quote from them and from other companies, every quote came in at $950 or less.

Because they are headquartered in Arkansas, it is not practical for me to seek further redress, but I will make sure I never use this freight company again.
