Abenson Taytay, Rizal / delivery of replacement unit not sealed

We are asking for the replacement of the unit that we bought last Nov. 9, 2017 because it is defective. Then after the approval, the unit that delivered for replacement (Nov. 19, 2017) of the defective one is NOT SEALED? How it is possible that you are giving a product that are not sealed. So much disappointment for this service and also for the delivery crew. Where is the assurance that the product delivered is BRAND NEW if the packaging itself is OPEN? It is unfair for us to paid exact amount hence we cannot get what we paid for. Give us some feedback regarding this matter.
