Yes. Ofcourse. The scammer rob cavalear is at now @abc123webdesign.com, he cheated me 400$ for the project therecruitingacademy.com. He is a bankrupter, worst web designer, faker. Beware of this guy.

Addition to the above - Rob Cavalear has a new address than the one posted but with his name and the company of 123 ABC Web Design you can bet it is the same person.
Also if anything happens to you - do what I did - I logged a complaint not only here and with the BBB but also turned him into the Attorney General Florida for fraud.
Factually this person takes money and does not deliver service. See the BBB website on him with my complaint it will be 3.

Rob Cavalear owns and runs the business. Claims to do shopping cart and web work. I have been running projects for this type of business for 17 years so I am very familiar what a programmer does and the operation.
This person took the money and after a month of excuses put up what was supposed to be a shopping cart. It's nothing more than an excuse to say "see I really was doing something". There is nothing functional about it and it definitely does not work or look like a shopping cart.
It's plain and simple fraud to take the money, then try to get around with an excuse that he "tried". There was no intent of providing what was agreed to.
Maybe an untrained person would doubt themselves thinking it was them that made the mistake. In this case I made the mistake of not checking this person out before sending a check. So if he will not take a credit card and ask for a check it is because you have no recourse and he knows he can keep the money.
