ABC Warehouse Overall customer experience.

From the time I walked in I was taken to every washer and dryer the salesmen Ryan wanted to sell me versus what we asked for. After the initial purchase was finalized I made a few small changes. After it was like pulling teeth I changed the sales person to Kathy. Tried to add a refrigerator and it showed up not working. It took 3 days to address the issue. Let's just say I'm considering returning all of it and buying elsewhere.

The general manager finally called and said they would exchange the refrigerator but it was a newer version and it would cost me $200.00 more to do it. What BS. That's customer service? I'll never walk in again. They've lost a customer for life.

ABC Warehouse Car audio

I called the Brighton location Friday while on my lunch at work and talked to the car audio person which was working the desk by the way his name was Bobby. I told him what kind of car I had and everything and he told me he had all the stuff in stock to come in Saturday morning and they would install me a radio. I show up Saturday morning around 11am and he knew exactly who I was tells me to pick out a radio and as I am picking out a radio he comes to me and says he does not have all the parts so he than looks up the part number and I start calling places which I called like 10-15 places and finally a place had 1 left so I than drove all the way out there and got it and paid $25.00 for the part which was in Pontiac. I than arrive back at an warehouse with the part for the installation guy to tell me it is the wrong part so I than ask for a manager. About 30 mins later the manager comes back and goes out into the garage and ask the installation guy what the correct part was and looked it up. So I than ask the manager at that time what is gonna happen he tells me I am gonna have to order the correct part and he can only give me $10 off of the radio and that was the best he could do. So during that time the Bobby guy was gone on lunch and so I was standing at the counter talking to the manager and in comes Bobby from lunch and begins yelling at me full force yelling and the manager did or said nothing to him. I than start trying to talk to Bobby and he continues to yell at me so I say forget and leave the store I than get into my car and back out of the Audio garage as I am backing out Bobby comes barging out the Audio door try's to yell at me more so I than put my car and drive and take off.

ABC Warehouse Car stereo

I purchased a car stereo for a Christmas gift, on December 2nd. After I paid for it and asked to set up an appointment for the free installation. I was informed they don't have anyone to do the job. The guy quit! It is now January 30th, and they still haven't hired anyone! I am livid! They are losing my business forever! I had planned on purchasing two mattresses, a smart t.v., sound bar and a new grill. Not now! I have taken my business elsewhere! I'm going to take the stereo back for a full refund, including the extra materials fee, installation package {harness} and blue tooth mic, that I don't even have in my possession, totaling another $49.00! I live 38 miles from Lima. Not Happy! Save yourself the time and trouble and don't think about walking in this store!

ABC Warehouse Warranty

After waiting almost 5 yrs I contacted abc warehouse regarding my $500. Warranty that I never used. I was told that I would actually only get 250.00 back and that I should receive something in the mail. I never got anything in the mail and I contacted them today. I was told that my warranty refund had expired over a year ago, that it was actually an in store credit that I needed to use within 90 days and that I was misinformed. They don't send anything in the mail to remind you and if I were to have used it I would have had to have the original receipt which supposedly had all those details... Get this.. On the back. So I won't be doing business with them anymore after 2 refrigerators, 2 flat screens and 2 sets of washer and dryers. They are totally full. Of [censor]. Amazing they can look up all the details at this point but would expect someone to. Produce an original receipt after 5 yrs. And only make it clear when it's too late that it was a store credit anyway. Wow. Great business practices.

ABC Warehouse Salesman brad and rick livonia mi plymouth rd.

Went to Abc warehouse 1/12/2018, pre approved with Acceptance Now, picked out a tv was told by Rick we could not finance that tv lie #1. Acceptance Now had already said we could, lie #2 ok I'll let you get that tv but you have to buy a 300.00 warranty! When we said no he sent over Brad who also said. we had to buy warranty, Brad also said we had to buy warranty because he wasn't making any money on sale! And lady from Acceptance didn't know what she was talking about! Went to Dearborn Abc got tv, without warranty no problem! Rick continuously argued with my husband about what we had or could buy! Will never go to Livonia ABC again, Salesman are rude, argumentive! BTW we purchased a 75 inch tv.

ABC Warehouse appliances

In the last 3 years i have purchased 3 different appliances from ABC Warehouse and every single 1 breaks down right after a year. The managers are very rude and do not care about customers. So here it is a month before Christmas and i have to take my kids Christmas money to buy a new washer because this company does not sell quality merchandise or care about loyal customers. Never again will i purchase a product from this company and will no longer refer to other people.

ABC Warehouse Inconvenience, delivery delay

We went into Sandusky, Ohio ABC Store. We loved our sales man Robert Taylor. Everything was going great. We ordered a black stainless fridge, black stainless stove, a LG dryer, and a chest freezer on the date of 9/24/17. We asked if it could be delivered on 9/29/17 Rob stated “no problem” the night before delivery we received a phone call at 8 pm at night. The Manger stated “your black stainless fridge and stove that you bought is not in stock” we continued to ask why he was calling the day before delivery and he stated “he just noticed, but we can switch to regular stainless and it’ll save us money” well we agreed even though we were beyond angry at the situation. An we never saw the price drop. The day of delivery I never received a phone call, nor a voicemail stating they would be there. I was at my house cleaning the bathroom and didn’t hear the door knock. When I went downstairs there was two pink letters in the door stating I missed the delivery. (No phone call, no voicemail) when I called the manager of abc warehouse he said (the truckers pushed the door bell and no one answered” I then told him the “door bell dosent work!” Why wouldn’t they knock if I didn’t answer to the door bell? I told the manager to just cancel our order because we were just beyond furious how everything was handled. “The manger then stated I’ll have them come back around if that’s okay” once again we accepted the offer thinking okay it’s going to be fine. Once they came back around the truckers said they couldn’t bring the fridge up the stairs because they were tired and ready to go home. Reminding you it was 1:20pm! So not only did we not get what we paid for with no discount, we also had to put the stuff in the garage because the delivery driver was tired.
We will no longer shop nor support abc warehouse. By far the worse service we’ve encountered.

ABC Warehouse Rude manager in dearborn store

Worst store ever. I recently bought a house and was planning on buying all my appliances as well as electronics from there. Bought a 65 in tv and when I tried to return it after 14 days the manager said that I wasted his time and that its passed 10 days that he will not return it. The tv was still sealed in its original box (never touched). Very bad service at the dearborn store. I spent over $5000 dollars there. I will never go there again. Trust me go else where and spend a little more its worth it.

ABC Warehouse 7 piece furniture set

The Mishawaka location has horrible customer service. We waited over 2 months for our futurnite to get here. We paid cash over $3 grand and was treated unfairly. Finally after a month of me calling.. they gave us a loaner set and then after me calling again... he said he take a couple hundred bucks off the loaner if we just wanted to keep it. Umm a few hundred dollars for a used set? No thanks. I called today to give Tom, the sales man that happened to answer this time an alternative number for the delivery to reach me and he was very rude and wanted to rush me off the phone while I still had questions. We will NEVER bring our business here again. We had spent over $5000 dollars on a washer dryer, the furniture set, the day before we bought a mattress and sofa... Mike the manager is just about the commission then leaves you high and dry to wait it out. Poor communication on everyone's part and Tom was very rude on the phone to me when I had questions about the delivery. I am in customer service, a realtor to be exact, and this is not how you treat someone who is writing your paycheck.

ABC Warehouse delivery

5/10/2017 I went into the ABC Warehouse location on S. Pennsylvania in Lansing Michigan. The manager (Greg) waited on me and was very helpful and I purchased a mattress and box spring set. I asked him if they would haul away the old mattress and he said that it was included in the $59.95 delivery charge. The truck got here this morning 5/13/2017 and I had already gotten the old mattress and box springs out to the front yard for them. I had them leave the new mattress and box springs in my living room so that I would set it up myself. They left the new and then refused to take away the old as they said some BS about not contaminating the rest of the products on the truck. There is nothing wrong with the old mattress other than one stain in one corner where one of my cats coughed up a hairball and the liquid went through the sheet. The box springs are older and the only thing wrong on them is that I used to smoke and they have turned yellowish on the sides. How exactly would they contaminate anything and why didn't the drivers just put both of them into the large plastic bag that had both the new ones in it? If I have to take care of the old ones myself, I am going to file a complaint with every government agency that I can and either way I will not be buying anything from ABC again.

Your drivers are not what you want to call professional looking either.

ABC Warehouse poor customer service

I just called to ask a question about the number of employees that ABC Warehouse has in Michigan for research on a work-related project and spoke with Bernadett Peppel and she was incredibly rude to me on the phone. She completely disregarded me and the question I was asking, and did not give me a chance to explain what my question and research was for.

If she is the head of human resources and doesn't know how to interact with other humans, she should not be in charge. I could call her all the nasty names I want but I am professional and respect her as a HUMAN.

ABC Warehouse employee

I have shopped at the store in Lima Ohio for many years I have never been so upset till recently. I went into the store and one employee named Terrance was the most useless person I have ever had wait on me. He acted like he was about half stupid didn't know how to explain about the washer I was looking at and eventually I walked away in disgust. While I was looking for another product I heard him talking to another employee about my appearance and calling me very nasty names. I was trying to continue with my shopping when I turned around and he was behind me making fun of the way I walked. I left the store very upset. If something isn't done with this employee I will be taking to my attorney. I feel this is not the job for him if he doesn't know how to treat a customer. I will be coming into the store to check if he's still there before proceeding with this matter.

I bought a TV 5 days ago and wanted to return and the manager Isaac Brown (from Farmington ABC location ) will not refund the money plus wanted to charge me a restocking fee. Very unhappy with services of ABC WAREHOUSE. Will never buy anything from them. I don't know how they stay in business .

ABC Warehouse sony headphones

I was absolutely appalled by the horrid service my family and I received from your Dearborn store. For Christmas, my family bought a 42 inch flat screen TV and a pair of Sony Headphones for my 80 year old father. We bought these on December 9 and were never told of any 10 day return policy. The headphones do not work and we have had 3 different electronics experts out to the home to try and get the headphones to work (they do not work). We went back to the Dearborn store on Sunday 12/27 with the receipt and all paperwork, except the box (my father threw this away). I have never had such poor customer service in my life! We asked for a pair of headphones that work (after spending more than $500 in electronics) - Kamren Hamed proceeded to tell me that we only had 10 days to return anything, regardless of whether it was a Xmas present or not. Then he told us we must have the packaging, then Tony, the Manager told us we just need the receipt (which we had). When he realized I had the receipt along with all the other paperwork and plastics, he changed his tune and said we must have the packaging also ("Sony is very particular about only taking returns with the box") - bottom line, ABC Warehouse has used every excuse in the book to not solve our problem and provide a pair of headphones that actually work for an 80 year old man. I, and our extended family, will NEVER, EVER shop in ABC again - we never would have had this issue with Best Buy, this poor level of customer service is absolutely unprecedented. My next email will be to Sony directly (to find out if this is their stance on customer service as well - I highly doubt it!), then to the Better Business Bureau and any other consumer reporting agency that I can find to alert other consumers of the deplorable service of ABC and the unwillingness to stand behind the products you sell. Enough is enough - if I can keep others from making the mistake of shopping at ABC, I will feel like some good came out of this poorly handled event. Sincerely, Mike C

ABC Warehouse no returns or exchanges on defective appliances

I purchased a dishwasher from ABC Warehouse and paid for delivery and installation. It was delivered and installed on Tuesday August 25th. Two days later, I loaded the dishwasher and attempted to start the appliance but it would not start, only blink. I contacted GE (General Electric) initially and was told to restart the machine to reset the settings, which I did but the problem continued to exist. I contacted ABC Warehouse, spoke with Ryan, the General Manager who sold me the appliance, to have it replaced. I was told they do NOT replace the device and I would need authorization from GE. I proceeded to call GTE energy and the customer service representative stated since the device is less than 30 days old, I would need to speak with the store I purchased the appliance from. I called Ryan again, told them what they said, asked to have the appliance replaced since it had been less than a week and I was not interested in having a NEW dishwasher, which I have yet to use, repaired. Ryan proceeded to state replacement was not an option unless GE authorized the replacement and I was not eligible for a return nor a replacement. There is nothing on the receipt nor in the store regarding this (no replacements, no returns, etc) and it is completely unreasonable to expect someone to repair a NEW appliance which has yet to be utilized, especially since I notified the company of my issue within days after its installation. As I have been given the run-around on this issue, it is evident that ABC Warehouse does not stand by the products it sells and is not concerned with its customer's satisfaction.

ABC Warehouse fraud in ohio and michigan

I made a large purchase from ABC Warehouse, after being warned not to go there. (Should have listened) One of the purchases was a 58" TV and the deliver person just dropped off the TV and did not take it out of the box. Ok, I thought that was wrong when I paid extra for delivery and when they got there wanted to charge me more to sit the TV on the stand, NO! Second, I paid extra for a TV stand to be put together but on delivery day the stand was dropped off already put together, how do I know they put it together. There was also a short, really heavy girl salesperson with long black hair who thought she was attractive but she is too fat and laughs alot which is really annoying!

First and foremost I find a few things wrong with your complaint. I work at ABC and perhaps you are mistaken or just unaware, but ABC has not even carried a 58" TV for a number of years. I am courious also as to how much you paid for "delivery" of your TV. Customers are given a number of options e.g. $19.99 for basic delivery, which is simply droping off the boxed unit, or $39.99 for delivery and placement which includes installing the legs and putting tv on stand. As to your implication as to "how do I know they assembled the stand, because they dropped it off already assembled." Why dont you go to the store and ask to see the stand in its original packaging? If you cant comprehend that some of these stands take 4 hours to build and are done on an individual basis at our main distribution site, then delivered to you. Did you expect the driver to assemble it in front of you? you probably would be complaining about how it took 4 hours for them to deliver and assemble the stand at your house if that were the case. Last and not least you are a terrible excuse for a human being, hiding behind a computer to insult a saleswoman, whom had nothing to do with your delivery driver wanting to charge more to place the tv on the stand because you didn't pay for it to begin with.

ABC Warehouse the rep provided damaged tv and still haven't changed it

I bought TV from the store www.abcwarehouse.com. The seller told me that they were certificated and provided warranty, but it turned out that my TV was completely damaged and it even didn’t switch on. I called to the company and explained the situation. The rep started to mumble and couldn’t provide precise answer to what I needed to do next. I still haven’t changed it or got refund, ‘coz the company didn’t reply to my emails now. Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.

ABC Warehouse sales person scam

I went in today 2/22/13 to purchase a tv. Told the salesperson what I was looking for. 1080 p smart tv 42 in or bigger. He showed me several and finaly talked me into a samsung pdp 1080 p smart tv 3d 51 in tv. The list price said 849 on the sales floor so I asked if there was anything he could do. He came back and told me it wad my lucky day he could do tv and he would throw in a dvd blu ray player for 798. I was excitdd andbought the tv . I went home and before I opened it I wanted to read the reviews. When I went on abc warehouse website you had the same tv including the model number for 698. Why would you scam me and not tell me hey its on sale for 698. Why do you have to lie and make it sound like you gave me a great deal. I will never shop there again and a full return will be done. You are the typical low class sales person that everyone hates.

ABC Warehouse bad customer service and no support

In Nov. of 2007 I purchased a 58" television for 1948.00. It was for my sick mother and her convalescent brother. In August of 2008, not even a year later, the TV goes out. For an entire month we waited for a sevice technition to come out and fix it, per the warranty. We had already been in contact with the store salesman prior to this. After waiting so long we decided to take the Tv into the store, and maybe exchange or get a refund. The Manager on duty was Robert Risse.Robert refused to exchange or refund any money. in fact he even called the police on me because I informed some customers of ABC Warehuoses "No return, No Refund policy. Now my mother has to sit in her cramped bedroom, as she recovers from cancer, to watch TV. Just so everyone knows this store is located on 10 mile and Southfield Rd. In Michgan. Call Robrt and ask about their Policy, and why this old lady, and crippled brother cannot get good customer service

ABC Warehouse rude obnoxious store manager

I purchased a TV got it home and the stand wouldn't connect to set. Returned it same evening and it was exchanged no hassles. After a couple of days the volume started to mute in and out. I took the set back to ask for another exchange or was willing to upgrade. As soon as we walked into the store the manager had a attitude. He orders and I do mean ordered a salesman to plug it in which he did and the set didn't do it. The manager comes over and states in a very loud voice pointing his finger at my wife "This is the way it's going to be I'm not going to refund your money but I will ALLOW you to upgrade or just take this set home." I hadn't ask for my money but at this point that was exactly what I wanted and he refused. Stated that if he allowed me to exchange this set I'd be back next week complaining about speaker size. My wife asked him what was their return policy he says it's solely up to him because Michigan doesn't have a customer return law. Finally he has employee plug the set in else where and what do you know no sound. Then he tells the guy to get another set take it out of the box and make sure nothing is wrong. I got another TV that seems to work OK. I've made many purchases at that store and never returned anything. I don't believe I've ever been treated like that in a store where I do busy. But I do know I'll never do business with ABC warehouse again and hope to discourage anyone I know from shopping there.

After filling out the outline complaint form. I received a phone call from the store regional manager the following morning. Was given an apology and told I could return the TV for my money back. So use the on-line complaint form they do respond.

My question is why would the store manager treat you like that if he knew a complaint would get you a return? Sounds like ABC has a "squeaky wheel gets the grease " policy. I called a Ohio store and they said they have no return policy also. Sketchy company with sketchy policy. Cant believe they have been around as long as they have. As a matter of fact when I called and asked about the return policy the manager got hostile towards me a said I needed to call the manufacturer. WTF ?
