I ordered a birth certificate translation from this company and paid for it with a credit card. When I wanted to check on the status of my order a few days later there was no one I could talk to, their advertised "outstanding customer support" is not active, there is no Online representative available no matter what time of the day you try it, their phone lines only ask you to leave a message.
Still hoping I would receive the document I waited.. and waited. I never received my document even though the company took money from my account. Fortunately after I contacted my bank I did get my money back.

DO NOT use this company, its a waste of your time!

lrider, make sure to stop the payment with your bank so you at least have your money (since you never got the translation..)

Fully refunded April 24, 2012. This has been a frustrating experience.

Bryan, In my case I have received no services so it's not as if I made any changes to something they actually did. I don't like the fact that the refund comes by mail (which hasn't been received) when my payment to them was instant through PayPal. I started this mess on Nov 11, 2011. Today is Mar 21, 2011. Waiting for this document has set back my legal processes 4 months and I still have not be refunded. They did nothing for me. My document was already professionally translated. There has been no explanation as to why they did not have my birth certificate certified. To me they are fraudulent and haven't proven otherwise. Don't waste your time with this company. I found another company that did this in 3 days.

I DO NOT agree. I had already started a certified translation with ABC Translations when I came across this page by accident. On the same day I was going to call them, my hard copies arrived in the mail. My lawyer said they were perfect and I didn't have any issues at all. I emailed the rep who handled my translation and he said that they refund by mail and people don't like that, and they don't give refunds after they have already done the translation and the customer wants to change something that will invalidate the translation and put them in a bad legal position, like changing somebody's last name or something not in the document in the first place. My lawyer uses ABC Translations now. She's says they're "super, " so I'm going with that, especially since my own translation went smoothly.

Add me to the list of people taken by this fraudulent company. I made a payment to ABC Translations for $69.00 for a birth certificate already translated to Spanish to be legalized on November 11, 2011. This should have taken eight days maximum. As of today March 7, 2012, I have received nothing and have had some useless correspondence with Andy Bresset Senior Project Coordinator. Most of their online email addresses are non-functional. I waited too long to be able to have PayPal dispute the charge. Bottom line. No services, no explanation and no refund. The Better Business Bureau gives them an "F" rating. I should have checked first. Before hiring their services I suggest you do a web search "complaints abc translations' to see how bad they really are.

They got me, too. I wished I had checked reviews first. I have been waiting 3 weeks for my 24 hour-turnover 2 day-priority-mail translation. They billed me the day I requested the translation; it has been 3 weeks and they wont reply to my e-mails or phone messages. ABC Translation is a SCAM.

This so called company got me as well, I sent in medical forms to be translated from spanish to english. Now 9 days later I'm still waiting, cannot get in contact with anyone and read this. Certainly explains why my payment went through but I have not received translated pages...stay away huge SCAM!
