didn't get my refund
I am always aside from writing reviews, but I think now I have to do this.
So several weeks ago my friends gave me a Costco gift card I wasn't planning to use as I usually shop at different places. So I decided to combine the useful with the pleasant and to sell this $200 gift card to them.
Still haven't received my money. Called and emailed them numerous times, they answer me with stupid bot-generated emails stating that my issue will be resolved on a first-come. What the hell is this? Are you overwhelmed by complaints or what? Shame on you!

Attention. It's not written in their policies, so you have to know it BEFORE dealing with them.
If you don't use your gift card within ninety days, your money will magically disappear. You may ask: can it actually happen? Who wouldn't use a card within 3 months? Well, you won't believe, but it happens.
I gave a gift card with a $500 balance to my daughter, but she had no time for a proper shopping as she had to leave abroad for a long time when she returned and wanted to use the card, it was empty.
So now we're out of five hundred dollars :(

Charged twice for one gift card ordered - Company refused refund for second charge. Customer service discourteous.
Starbucks gift card purchased on 8/24/17. Received one confirmation - and then second card showed up - no sales confirmation. Initially VISA was charged 4 times for one purchase. After complaining it was reduced to 2 - but ABC gift cards (CASHCARD.OCM) refused to remove second charge.
Be careful of the possibility that you will be charged several times on your credit card!

No money on card
I bought a $100 worth gift card from www.abcgiftcards.com website and gave it as a present for a friend.
When my friend tried to use it she found out that card was empty, there was no money on it!
I was embarrassed and extremely disappointed and demanded some explanation from ABC Gift Cards. They did not explain anything and promised to contact me back later but never did. That was terrible and I will never use ABC Gift Cards!
I have no idea what happened and I guess I'll never find out.
Fraudulent gift card seller
I have purchased a Costco gift card from ABC Gift Cards website as a present for a family member. When my mother tried to use the card it was not working. First of all I contacted ABC Gift Cards and demanded some explanation and my money back. These scammers did not even bother to reply, then I contacted Costco and they said that they never allowed ABC Gift Cards sell their cards! Please, do not deal with this fraudulent seller, you will only lose your money. They are selling gift cards without any permission!
I was robbed!
I bought several gift cards from www.abcgiftcards.com and after I paid they just disappeared! Cards were purchased more than three weeks ago and still no sign of them! They don't answer my messages and completely ignore me! This was the first and last time I will ever buy from this fraud company. These people will scam everyone out of their money. Please, keep your money safe and don;t let them steal from you.

I purchased a gift card valued at $100 from ABC Gift Cards. I tried to use this card and it was denied because the card had never been activated. ABC Gift Cards denies any responsibility, since their guarantee is only for 45 days. BUYERS BEWARE!
Fraudulent gift card sold
abcgiftcards.com sells store gift cards in the secondary market through its website. I purchased a Barnes&Noble(B&N) gift card at a 12% discount from face value. I paid $150.97. When I tried to use the card at a B&N store for the first time, it showed a ZERO balance--meaning that the card was fraudulent. I immediately contacted abc, and they demanded that I send them a scan of the card, which was not possible at the time because I was travelling and do not have a smartphone. I asked that they cover my cost of sending a scan (which would have to include renting computer time) from the hotel, and they ignored my request. I asked them why they couldn't accept an email with the card number and pin number, and they could only parrot their requirement of a scan. Eventually, I managed to get a scan over to them, but the process took over 2 weeks to resolve. Having researched problems with gift cards over the web, I think it quite likely that the gift card was probably bought via a stolen credit card or number, and re-sold to abc. The card was probably cancelled by B&N once they found out about the fraud. Another possibility is that the seller kept the number and PIN and bought merchandise at B&N's website, where a physical card is not necessary. ABC only guarantees cards for 45 days, so it is imperative to spend the card as soon as possible after receipt.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I got a burger king card put it on Google pay went to bk and ordered food and they said i can't use it because they don't have a barcode reader and don't take Google pay! So now i have a $10 card i cant use! Cancel my bk card a return my points. I'll try some other card...
I'm not getting stuck with something i can't use!
DON'T USE THESE GUYS. abcgiftcards.com buys used gift cards with existing balances from people, and sells them for a discount to other folks. I bought 2 Cabela's gift cards - a $70 & $80 card. I received them promptly in the mail and immediately went to Cabela's site to confirm the cards balances. They had both been used and redeemed and carried zero balances. MY MAIN POINT IS: WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS SELLING USED GIFT CARDS IS SO UNSOPHISTICATED AS TO NOT CHECK A CARD(S) BALANCE JUST PRIOR TO MAILING IT? The answer escapes me. Anyway, I contacted them promptly and filed a claim with them. Their warranty / guarantee is only 45 days from purchase, so it is best to act immediately. I had to go their cardcash.com site to be able to contact them via email. Their abcgiftcard.com site had no contact page. I will give them that their claims service was good. Within days they acknowledged my email, kept me updated to the progress, and credited my money with 5 or 6 days of filing. WHY SHOULD A PERSON EVEN HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS FRUSTRATION IN THE FIRST PLACE? Again, the answer escapes me.
