l am abdul wahab, i have send a cargo from your jeddah office on 15/4/2018 to my home at andra pradesh . my bill number is aj 156772,
200 kg contains 10 box.chocolate, badam, pista, children's toys and dress are included in my box.my parcel reached my home on 28/4/2018, only 13 day taken.so i have very happy to receive my parcel before your promising date.

Hope someone will have time to read our complaint.

We booked Sea Cargo to Chennai and paid AED 4000/- for 36 Boxes. Mr. Basha who took the booking informed that it will be door to door delivery and we need to pay only Customs duty in Cochin Airport. When we asked why in Cochin he informed they will deliver items to Chennai since it is door to door and need not worry other than Customs duty charges.

Cargo arrived after long waiting and we received message from Basha that we need to contact Mr. Shamaas, Cochin for our cargo. We contacted him and for our surprise he informed that he is Agent for our Cargo and we need to pay him Rs. 22, 500/- to clear and another Rs.15, 000/- for delivery to Chennai. ( Total Shock )We contacted Sharjah office and Basha informed we need to pay.. else we cannot clear our things. When we told we can keep our own agent he said ok but we need to pay Rs.22, 000/- so we didnt had any option other than to go with Mr.Shamaas (123 Cargo)since he was having all documents related to our cargo.

Two nice gentleman came home and packed our things who ONLY knows where all the expensive items are kept and we specifically told them we have many glass items and asked them to bring enough bubble wrap which they missed and informed they will pack in their office.

Let me give list of missing items .

1. One box had BOCK Public Addressable Speaker which is packed neatly in our house. ( Speaker Box remains same but they removed speaker, accessories and kept old broken microwave which do not belong to us )Pic attached for ref.

2. One complete set DELL desktop

3. Braun Food Processor

4. Home Center Expensive Decorative Clock

5. Makita Baby Grinder - Cutting Tool

6.Toshiba Laptop

7. Kitchen Utensils (Large) and all cutlerys ( Home Center Items )

8. Glass wares ( Wine glasses etc )

and many other items like artificial jewellerys etc to name a few.

Damaged Items

1. Samsung Microwave Glass Door Broken ( Pic attached )
2. Bosch Dishwasher packed upside down hence mainboard damaged ( Pic attached)
3. Many broken glassitems ( Pic attached)

Our Queries / Doubts

1. If we need to go thru Agent Charges and Transport Charges in Cochin why we havenot been informed of the same. If it is communicated we would have booked some other cargo who can directly deliver to chennai rather than Cochin. Not at all logical..Hope you agree ?Our hotel charges, agent charges, Transport charges is all additional which is not informed to us.

2. When laptop and desktop, speaker, food processoer was missing from that particular box dont you think its fishy? Only the guys who packed knows where it was kept. Please employ trustworthy guys in ABC.

Waiting for your earliest reply .Also we requested for contact numbers other than Basha no one provided the same.

I had sent see cargo through ABC cargo Al Quoz branch [protected]/[protected]) on 16-Feb-2018 total of 3 boxs to Chennai Vellachery..

Pleased to inform that i had received only 2 boxs on 04th Apr and the third box was missing from the day I'm trying yo reach this cargo but no one respond properly and really frustrated on this...

Finally i got one guy from the branch called Jiglesh [protected]) his also not really helpful simply asking time saying call later today tomorrow like asking time but no response at all even the office staff's are really an uneducated dont know how to talk to customer...

Never ever seen such a worst stupid service in my life time from this ABC cargo...

I cant wait further so please treat this complaint as urgent basis to know the third box status when to be delivered?

i have forwarded 150 kg cargo from your riyadh office on 1/4/2018 to jammu kashmir.total six box, two comfort set, two blanket.10 box chocolate, 8 pkt tang and last one box full dates.cargo reached my house on 17/4/2018. in which one box chocolate is damaged and other things are in very fine position.i complaint to your riyadh abc and waiting for my compensation.

my name is sudheer mistra, i have send a cargo from your buraidha abc on 11/3/2018 to jabal pur district at utterpradesh.your office in charges told me that 15 day of delivery.my family received my cargo on 5-4-2018, 10 days delay.my cargo numer is b090012, included two boxes, home appliance, children's toys, badam pista dates and other food items.

we have send a cargo from your riyadh abc on 15/3/2018, near about 86 kg, my invoice number is a261110.my parcel contain full of chocolate, badam, dates, children's dress and tang packet.parcel reached my home with in fifteen days.but one packet of chocolate and pista are damaged.i inform this case at riyadh office for compensation.please arrange my compensation as early as possible.

i have send 200 kg home appliance from your jeddah abc on 1/4/2018 to madhyapradesh for my home inauguration.in which 4 boxes full of my home decoration items, balance boxes full my children's toys, cloth and food items.my cargo is arrived at my home before your promising date.it will take only 13 days for delivery, so i appreciate for your prompt service.

i have send a 75 kg cargo from your riyadh abc on 12/2/2018 to my home at senai at gujarat state in india. it contains three box, one box full of chocalate, badam pista and dates., second box full of children cloth and toys and third box full glass items. my parcel has been reached my home with in 18 days.one glass set and one toys are damaged .please arrange compensation for my damaged items.

I sent cargo to delhi from your branch in batha on date 9th of september 2015 Invoice Number A328295 but cargo not received. I went to your ABC Cargo Head Office in Batha Riyadh for claim but every time they say that next month many time they have taken my invoice copy but not any action has been taken.please resolve this issue and provide my claim money as soon as possible.

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from abc cargo company. It was on4th Nov 2017 that I booked a freight service with your company that promised to deliver my cargo at Mangalore. The details of my cargo shipment, receipt etc are as hereunder.

I had handed over 2 Cartons (35.300 kg and 16.1kg each) to the BurDubai Meena Building Branch for dispatch.
When the cargo reached the destination on 1st Jan 2018, I was utterly shocked to observe that the goods sent from Dubai and the goods dispatched to my destination were completely different. What I received was 2 cartons: One of 16.1 kg and the other carton consisted of a wheelchair instead of the 35.3 Kg carton with my personal goods.
I am definite that there has been some shoddy work at your end that has resulted in me receiving someone else's goods instead of mine. To my good luck, I was at home when the delivery was done and I opened the carton sensing that something was out of place. When I saw that the other carton consisted of a wheelchair, I refused to accept the package on the spot. Your representative offered nothing by way of apology when I confronted him with the matter.
I am most annoyed that I trusted a reputed firm like yours to deliver the right goods to the destination. My impression of ABC Courier Company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how I will get back my precious cargo. To let you know, till date there has been no response from ABC cargo for my mails, calls and messages.
I trust this is not the way That ABC cargo wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have sent several cartons of cargo earlier and have never encountered such a situation before.
Finally after 1000 calls they delivered my 35kg carton on 9th march. Once again i was utterly shocked to see that many of my things missing and was replaced with. 3 pillows. Out of 35kg i recd 25kg only. Rest were rubbish things added by them to make 35kg. 3 branded ladies leather hand bags, 4 victoria secret perfumes, creams, tool kit is missing.
I am going to take up the matter with the higher ups and also expose you on social media if they do not take remedial measures at the earliest and see that is rightfully mine is delivered at the earliest.

If you know value of ur money please dont send anything through ABC cargo. Their service is worst and u cant expect prompt delivery of ur items. I am reprenting for sending my things through abc cargo

One of my family member who stays in Riyadh they have sent a TV through ABC Cargo.
We got a delivery through ABC cargo from Riyadh.While delivery they said there is no open delivery for us we thought may be there is no option so we took there details and we took the parcel and we opened it with full of excitement and the worst thing is it was broken at the end we don't know what to do there is no option with us.My family member who stays Riyadh he went to office and gave a complaint through the issue they said they will take the tv and refund money till now it was 4 months there is no response with them.we are paying such a huge amount to shipping what is the use of this.Totally felt bad with shipping.Please response through this issue.

Worst company ever...I would never ever deal with this company ever and also tell all my friends family member and all my colleagues that never believe abc cargo...
I called them to pickup my things 2 days before and scheduled my pickup on Sunday morning and I took an off specially for this.
I called them morning on Sunday and they said we will come after 2:30 to pickup but still no calls nothing.
I called again they said sorry driver is sick so we cannot pick up now and we will come by evening 6-7 I still agreed...
Than 6-7 they said driver is not yet come he's in hospital may be around 10 we will confirm and again no calls from there side...
At last I called them again and said okay bring tomorrow at 7 again 7 passed but no call back no pickup I called them they said 8 30 we will come but still no time value.
Now at around 10 30 they are calling me this time I need to sleep and get ready for my next day I wasted 2 days for these people with no avail really disappointed with the service...
If they cannot assure you timely pickup they cannot assure you timely delivery and no assurance of your goods...
So my advice to all never trust this company...as my personal experience...
Time is value and if they cannot be on there words never trust them

I had handed over 35.300kg and 16kg carton to ABC cargo burdubai meena building office on 4th November 2017 to send to mangalore. When I recd these things at my residence on 1st jan I was surprised to see that they HV sent a old broken wheelchair instead of my things. Since then I am contacting burdubai office and their head office in alquoz every day. Sent several emails but nobody is taking the responsibility to track my cargo. This clearly shows their negligence and irresponsible attitude. Dear friends Never do a mistake by sending ur cargo through ABC cargo in future. U can't trust what ur family receive at the other end. Nobody will take the responsibility of tracking ur things. They just pass on the blame on one another and escape. They are least bothered about our things. What matters to them is only cargo charges. Hence please don't do the mistake what I did by trusting ABC Cargo.

I send cargo wt 72 kg 2016 bill no 13256 &13258 from makkah saudi arabia. Still not delevered to me. There is no response for my inquires and still not sure i will get that back or refund. They are cheating with many. Some one if has the power should question them and punish the person responible. If you cannot do the job please close your shop. Some should check there fraud list

25/9/2017 and my bill no is aj152635. it contain two boxes and full my new home inauguration items and also badam, chocalate, pista, toys.it has been arrived at my home on 20/10/2017 and my home function is on 25/10/2017.
there is no damage on my parcel and items are in good conditions.
