cargo not received
I send13 boxes cargo through ABC Cargo from Al Jubail to New Delhi in the month of june 2015. Already 22 months have passed but Still I didn't received a single box. Whereas other people who send their items in January 2017 have received their items within 20 days. What about my cargo, will you please send me my cargo. I am waiting for your response. I made unlimited call but
didn't received any information about my cargo. My cargo Details are given below.

delay for my cargo
Dear abc, my name is mohammed sulfi, I have send a cargo to my home on 30 days ago. My parcel number is 23889, (Bihar-india)
Yet not received my parcel. Please give correct details of my parcel. One of my friend received their cargo with in 20 days. Once again request you to take immediate action to get my cargo. My parcel contains chocolate and food times, so we humbly request you to deliver my parcel early as possible.

I have booked my cargo from Jubail, Saudi Arabia to Delhi in June, 2015 vide AWB No 404744, the cargo has not been delivered yet.
The status of the Cargo is unknown, most of the contact nos. are either not working or never picks up. The website is put under maintenance for several months. Whenever the phone was picked in the past it was told the cargo will reach in the next month.
Immediate action is required by ABC Head Office, notify immediately status of my cargo and time required to deliver the goods as per booking.

My consingment recieved yesterday form ksa. invoice no: 165415, on [protected]. have 4 four cartoon and one cartoon contains dinner glass items.unfortunatly some glass items damaged. damaged items is one glass bowls, two plates and three water glass. how to get my compensation over damaged items from your company. my cargo not received

I have send consignment from jeddah to kannur (bill no : 165421, on [protected]) and company agent says that will deivered with in 15 days from the date of submit. but still today 20 days complted and till not delivered.
When I called jeddah office they says that clearenced at airport... how many days will take for delivery to my home. please urgent delivery

Worst customer service and irresponsible staff. They never give correct info, standard answer, Delayed by Port Authorities.
Promised me 30 days and delivered in 78 days, All glass and plastics items are broken One box missing, instead I got someone else box.

I have sent the cargo on 16th of march 2019 my invoice no 21624 and they promised me with in 20-25 days deliver your cargo but now 35 days finish. they are telling different stories everyday. Sometime they tell me that It will be delivered within 2 days and then next day they tell me it is still not cleared by the customer

Sent a cargo consignment of three cartons to kasargod district from jeddah branch. Two boxes already arrived and I am waiting for the third box to be delivered to my kasargod address with bill number 164846.
My friend sent a cargo one month back from jeddah branch and it is already delivered to his address in kerala. I am expecting same speed delivery for my remaining one box. Please do the needful.

Dear sir, my cargo is received yesterday (bill no : 164845 on [protected]). following items damaged. nido tin 2.25 kg, tang 2 kg. that was opened bottle and goes out side. both are not use full. please give me compensation of damaged product. if cleared compensation I will be send again cargo. not cleared it is last and final cargo from my side.

have sent my consignment on date 06 june 2015 from al-hasa, saudi arabia to Kannur India through abc cargo but still not reached at the destination till 28 january 2017. My consignment number is 99899. When I contacted the authority they said it will be delivered in another 35 days and I am still waiting...
This was one of the best cargo services company and I am wondering why the delay is caused.
The latest update on the cargo consignment delivery received by cargo authorities is it wil be delivered in 35 days.

My tracking number on the receipt is HWB no.163634. I had a carton filled with my wardrobe & other stuffs and a philips stereo set box. Which i sent through ABC Cargo 1 year back from Saudi.. I have not yet received my luggage. I started from Saudi on 4th June 2015 & currently it is more than a year. Hence, request you to kindly take action on this issue and help me to get my luggage as soon as possible.

What the dash is this. One month before I send the cargo through your service by paying 11 dhs per kg and had a commitment from your company that I will receive the items with in 15 days from the date of submit
But till today it is 30 days crossed. Till now I didn't receive the items and I am backed to ras al khaimah
This is bad service and I recommend all friends not to send your items through this stupid company
And they don't know how to talk to the customer.
Me and my friend send the items together and he received. I didn't receive till now.
When I called the ras Al khaimah office they blamed calicut office. When I call calicut office they blame ras Al khaimah office.
My Cargo by the same company from Jubail Saudi Arabia has not reached after 1 year and 7 months and there is no information shared by cargo offices, they have either closed their offices or closed all contacts. And there are several similar cases waiting for their Cargo...please share the office contact if you are able to contact them..
