Abby Auto Transport / No customer service

This company transported my custom 66 Cadillac from Pensacola to Tampa, July 2007. The did $11000.00 in damages and when ask to claim it the driver took off and when the company was called they gave the insurance info and when this was processed it was found out they sub-contracted Bolware Trucking, who truly was not insured. After being cursed out because they destroyed my car by ripping out the drive shaft, destroying the air bag system, and scratching the paint, they managed to run the car into the TOP of the garage, yes the top. After 6 months of getting the insurance run around, I began to call the owner 'Larry' of Abby Auto Transport. Talk about run around. He would never return my calls or emails. I would have to call from different phones just to get them to answer. Once i did contact him, he told me that they did not have insurance and that i would have to go after the company that THEY HIRED. They could not even get a hold of this guy, that they hired to the job. I even went as far as to drive to Panama City looking for him, imagine NO LUCK. So after a year and a million phone calls; I still have a damaged car. This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I customer service dead?

    I've used Abby Auto Transport several times to move cars for me and have never ever had any problems. They are alway very helpful. It sound like this guy is not giving us the whole story.
