Supervision of Sub-contractors: Subcontractors (e.g. gardeners) sometimes don't clock in/out and MA blindly pays for the work/headcount without any checking.
Gym Management: Treadmills are frequently out of order with long repair leadtimes.
Security: Residents/Non-residents often tailgate and Security Guards do not ensure that each resident scans his/her access pass and prevent tailgating.
Noisy Residents: No action is taken on noisy neighbours who party/karaoke throughout the night.
General Maintenance/Lighting: Slow response to reports of maintenance/lighting issues. Intercom system spoilt and not repaired for a long time.
