Aarons Furniture Rentalsbad warranty!!! don't be fooled

I leased a new tv from Aarons and was told that should it ever need repair that a loaner tv of the same quality would be delivered in it's place until the leased tv was repaired. Their warranty extends for sixty days after the final payment so I was told this loaner agreement also extended for that sixty days. My tv needed repair twenty days after I made the final payment and was picked up and delivered to their service center but a loaner tv was never brought out. I was told by the manager that this loaner agreement did not come into effect since the tv was paid for!Not only did they lie about the loaner but they have said that my expensive Sony tv was not repairable and they would replace it with an LG brand. Not acceptable in my opinion. I have been lied to about what they will do concerning warranty and I won't do business with them again.

    The people that work their is so rude they don't know how to talk to people same here I would never do service with them again I won't even recommend there service to anyone

    I have had got my w/d from Aarons back in 2015 payed them off less then 90 days ago they both now on there last legs when i started my act with them they was brand new then moved and sent back they brought me used i would have to say that they are far wors then rent a center ever thought about being so i would highly recommend not to less with them the one and only nother maine store is such a joke even the ast management amanda is a joke also ored a new bed and they never delived or called to make a time to drop off

    Aarons customer service is a joke. They called me and when I was talking the employee was cutting me off and trying to talk over my concerns. A few months back I was trying to send back my rental and they would not take it because of a couple of scratches and said I had to continue paying on an item I did not want anymore. They stated that the warranty does not cover damage to the items. They are so quick to call me at 8:30 am on the day that it is due, but will not answer the phone or come by to pick up items unless it’s at their convenience. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks to come pick up something. I’m never going to use Aaron’s again. I’m 100% done with these clowns.
