I don't know what you bought or who you are since the employees add positive per their employer. I have enough emails and complaints on files from others who disagree and this will be handled properly as fraud is a felony. You can testify in court.

Here is an update: American Auction Network is in a lawsuit with the people who bought the business in March, 2017. They got scammed and closed the business down in November, 2017 and now proceeding in a lawsuit, which might go Federal since the business owner who purchased AANtv lives in California and I know for a fact American Auction Network/Jerry P. Hartman/ now known as AJNtv and there may be others involved are under investigation. Now Jerimiah Hartman (who's real name is Jerry P. Hartman) has opened another company calling it AJNtv and his daughter, Brooke Hartman states she is CEO of L. Rochelle, but uses the same address as AJNtv which is 1499 Gulf to Bay Blvd.. Clearwater, Florida 33755. Their phone number is [protected]. If you have a complaint, go to the Attorney General, Federal Trades Commission and if you have a lot of money lost, you can contact the FBI. And for Real Estate complaints, contact Florida Real Estate Commission aka FREC and file your complaints. Fraud is perpetrated on a lot of consumers by these people, but you must do something about it if you are sure you have a case. And I agree, as I have been defrauded by these characters who gives the impression they are honest, but it is all deceit. They will not return monies, and they won't return phone calls, so you are talking to a brick-wall. Find the agency you need and get it in writing and file the complaint. You will not get restitution monetarily or otherwise as they only want your money and will sell fake jewelry (-I have some) and lie to sell their wares. What appears to be on TV would seem honest as other companies we do business with on TV, but this is a different breed and they have no shame on stealing your money.

Got cheated on jewelry. The old bait and switch routine. Never received full refund, including return shipping and expensive insurance, as promised. Phone calls resulted in evasion. The right person to talk to was never available. Glad they are no longer on the air on DishTV.

These are nothing but scammers. Stay away from these auctions and don't buy an merchandise from them. They won't return your money and you will fight with your credit cards. Go to the Federal Trade Commission and file your complaints against American Auction Network. They know how to get your money and you will be sorry. Please call me as I am looking for a "Class Action Lawsuit". I need all the support I can get to get these people out of business. Now they changed ownership, but they are still liable. Report to the Police and follow Disputing Credit Cards Charges in the Federal Credit Card Charges. You can call me as I have and need a Attorney who wants these scammers out of business. Anyone else can call me also.
[protected]. Banks have a duty to you, but you must stay on top of them as I have heard and saw so many stupid lies from the merchant it is ridiculous. People need help, and I want to help all I can. Is there any Attorneys who will help. Even the banks don't read all the paper work and I have lost so much time and money because of being ill-advise.

I'm sorry that you lost money on your investment. The real estate market has been unstable this past decade. It mostly depends on how your marketing to get top dollar for your real estate. We have no ability to guarantee that you will get any specific return rate. The host can speculate what a fair market price is for the property. Considering that this was a live auction where the bid amount is constantly changing I have no idea how anyone can make an accurate estimate in the heat of the moment. Please call [protected] or [protected] so we can reference on tape which day you are speaking about. Also so we can get a reference for where you came up with that quote of 37.5%.

I have bought few properties from AANTV, they are good honest people, we all make mistakes but it's nothing serious . I enjoyed buying from them and will continue doing so, ROB is amazing as well as Shawn and the ladies that work at the office such as July and Andrea. Again thank you AANTV for making it possible for me to buy properties in FL and other states. Nasser

I agree with many of the posters here that AANTV is a very deceptive Company. I have been around the areas where they auction off properties. The house or lot may be in a dead area, but they show the neighborhood as busy (houses in the same zip code), but in reality it is a low end neighborhood. I would not even think about buying from them. Properties in Florida can be researched thru the County's Assessors office. It will tell you who owns it, when it sold and who bought it. But if you watch the auction from the start, Rob always says several times, "do your due diligence." This is AANTV's out. Buyer beware! I watch it for the entertainment value.

bunch of liers i was waiting for a lot to go up for bid that's attached to my land i watched it everyday on line and called every morning and night and one morning i called they told me it sold to one of the investors. in the middle of the night. it never want up for bid on line and still said on line action date not scheduled. and when i tried to make a bid on the phone ahead of time i was told i cant as of yet.it wouldn't be fair to others . witch is true . but as i can see they play favorites to there investors and let them have first shot before anyone else, i will be contacting the BBB, and consumer protection and an attorney i needed that land that's why i watched and called in so much. it attached to mine property

I bought a condo from them on TV, tit was a good investment in Clearwater! When it came to inspection after the transaction closed, the shown electric washer/dryer were not there anymore. But we did find a beaten up gas unit (unconnected), the building does not have any gas connection! I called their office and was told that they did have some bad people working for them and they think between selling and closing process someone stole the units which were shown in the video and replaced them with bad gas W/D that didn't even fit the electrical wiring in this complex. They told me that they were sorry have since let some bad people go. I had to purchase a new washer and dryer and pay for it myself. Now in the video they didn't show all flooring, so again being gallable and trusting, parts of the subflooring was missing, I had to replace the total flooring myself at $ 3000 plus. Also all the screens had been stolen. I was not compensated for any of this.

You all need to know that Jerimiah Hartman is selling the company to Russians and holding10% on April 17, 2017. Scams are all that goes on in this auction and they are running so far behind on bills that the vendors won't deliver the products-so they run off to Vegas and try and get the chains-jewelry and supplement what you have purchased to fill your orders and they won't be the same. They will keep your money in ANNTVBUCKS, as a way to hold on to your money and tell you "you can only purchase items on auctions". They don't advise you of this until it is too late and you are waiting for your credit. State law states " 15 days to return the owners money back". I have been waiting for 2.5 months and had to dispute with my credit cards and I will be taking them to court for unethical practices leading to hardships to consumers.
His "new building" as they call in their moving, is because they are tearing the slug building down they are in. I am going to put in the newspapers and try and get an interview because they owe me $10, 000s of thousands of dollars. Even when you tell them to cancel orders they will throw things in boxes (I have been getting something every day and have refused all orders for over a month just so they can say they sent to me) well all orders went back with an RMA# and I have proof. Now that I made a summary of all that has happened and know there are others like me I am asking all to join in a "CLASS ACTION SUIT". Please contact me through my email address glendaross999@yahoo.com, or you may call me, [protected]. Strength is better and if you want to help it would be appreciated. Thank you for your time. Bought first property with AANTV. Was excited about it great
Price . They sent me an invoice told me to call Matt so a few days later I called. Matt wasn't at that extension or even in when I called. Talk to another rep said I wanted to finish paying for my property. She said you purchase was cancelled! I ask what? She shai that my cc has insufficient funds for the deposit so they cancelled. Ok first of all if there is any attempt from my cc for a charge that is insufficient my cc company text and emails me. I call cc company and they told me they have no record of an attempts from aantv! None. So back to representative she says oh must of been a mistake buy you owe 20% of the purchase price since you had insufficient funds. I said I need to talk to Debbie and the rep said sure she said they think they already resold the property. Keep in mind 3. days after auction when you have 15 to pay for it. Rep said Debbie will call me. Guess what never did. I have 3 calls with AANTV nothing. When does anyone ever use their cc and it gets denied, I suffice not funds? Aren't you told about it? I never was .sad I lost a great property there has been online complaints that aantv does stuff if the property sells too low. I believe this is the case. They told my my cc was insufficient . Not true could of bought 3 homes on . Had same cc for 12 years.. Called my cc company they have no record of an attempt from aantv to charge my card . Way to get out of auction aantv. I won't be your first customer.

Purchase home in New Port Richey back in 2012. Lots of video editing, fancy camera work and fast talking real estate spokesperson hid a lot of deficiencies with the property.
House was a electrical nightmare, wired with aluminum wiring. Lucky I found a licensed Electrican to rewire the house. Second, tile floor thru dwelling were all crooked, misaligned, didn't match, no, straight lines. Must of been layer by a armature or blind person.
Cameras never showed any portion of the tiled floors. Stove and refrigerator were quickly shown, but were so old and dirty we wouldn't of cooked a meal on the stove for our dogs.
Never mentioned that houses west of US 19 have to pay extremely high house insurance.

As consumer I nor you the buyer should have to prove what is or has been documented and recorded. They knowingly falsify information and this deceptive practice is punishable by law as a crime in the society. Since I have to prove AANTV is wrong once I ask everyone else to step forth and disclose the repeat offenders actions so that Realtors licensing organization remove the cheats from the real estate business.

As a Realtor, honesty is ethics is expected and several complaints and law suits will create a class action against these deceptive thieves. Where I come from theft by deception is a crime. Your videos and proof will assist in recovering losses form this auctioneer that claims to not know what they are selling. It is a Realtor duty to the public to provide research and valid information to buyers any deceptive practices should be taken into account and history will prove that their is corruption and the license should be cancelled and not reissued to these people. As a lesson to others a deceptive Realtor and licensed auctioneer that should also be licensed to sell Real Estate that lies about or misinforms the buyers should be put in jail and charged criminally. As licensed professionals ethics and honesty is the reason licensing was created, to protect the public. CLASS ACTION IS COMING! Will be looking for you!

This Company hires unqualified people to work on homes, these workers that are put in leadership positions most are drug abusers and alcoholics that don't have licences or insurance. These are the same people that don't pay their workers basically steal from them at times these homes are infested with mold and termites but that information is not given to potential buyers. Before you deal with this company check them out. There are plenty of complaints. DO NOT WORK OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY*** That is if you value your finances and home.
